22/6/22 spirit of a champion in the AM. Thanks Marsha for the amazing practice. I was breathless and sweaty but completed successfully. The reverse crunch with med ball was the most intense 😅.
I like it better with the medicine ball... More of a challenge Thank you again.. Love it!
