  • Total body workout including tons of core using your own bodyweight or a medicine ball. I'll show you both versions - round one is bodyweight. No excuses here because you can do both rounds with no equipment and it's still CHALLENGING! Go as hard as you can - it's your workout - don't cheat yourself! Less than twenty minutes.     This lady knows what she’s doing she’s stronger than me exercises are simple all you need is a med. ball what more can u ask for these exercises get u back in shape slowly.

    22/6/22 spirit of a champion in the AM. Thanks Marsha for the amazing practice. I was breathless and sweaty but completed successfully. The reverse crunch with med ball was the most intense 😅.

    Great Workout, although I am not fond of high knees so I used my jumprope in place of those! Thanks for posting!
