Got a ways to go before I can do some of these. Thanks for these workouts that I can do at home. I'm going to keep at it!!! Would love more resistance bands or kettle bell workouts.

They loved it! The backwards crab was kind of hard for them to get their heads around but the rest went very well. Afterwards I took them thru the foam roller workout you did when you were sick. THAT was very well received! Thanks for your help with programming. Pure TRX gets so boring. ❤
