So I just randomly clicked on this video and I want to do this challenge for 30 days as my college has started and I don't have much time for workout. *Weight -61kg Waist - 31.5in Stomach -36in* *Goal wt -55kg Waist - 29in Stomach -32in* Age :19 *Day* *1:* Finished this video( 10 mins felt so long🥵) , I also walked 6500 steps. *Day* *2:* done(pushups are so hard that I can't do more than 5) and walked 9000 steps *Day* *3:* skipped for today (my legs were in pain all day maybe I'll have to substitute those squats) walking-10000steps *Day* *4:* done (250 reps wasn't enough ,I'll do 500 reps from tomorrow,also I did Lunges and In&outs in place of those squats)walking-8000steps *Day* *5:* skipped again 😖 walking- 6000steps *Day* *6:* ah shit skip today ,walking -11000steps *Day* *7:* did 500 reps walking-7000steps *Weight* - *61.2* *Waist* - *30.5* *Stomach -35.5* Day 8: Did 250 reps as I got my period during the workout (walking -2000 steps) Day 9 : I almost skipped today but I did this workout and had a bath before sleep, yayy(no walking today,also did whole 25 push-ups today ) Day 10- day x Honestly ,I didn't workout these past days I'll try to start from day after tomorrow Okay I don't know what day it is i skipped a lot of days and I am getting so tired gng to college everyday and I am Day 30 -36(I guess): I started doing workouts daily and they do seem to be working but I still have a long way to go and this video is not at all boring it's easy quick and works so I'm going to stick to this video for another 3 months and update my results then (Reminder : anyone want to stick through the challenge do track-enter your workout in comments it really helps)

No. there will be some other workouts to reduce fat then :-) I have reduced 23kg already. just need to tone up now and have to maintain my current weight.
Day 1 and I'm feeling great. I just did the 250 reps, plus 5 minutes warm up from this channel as well. For cooling down, I just did some stretches on my legs and arms. Feeling great and sweated so much during this workout. My advice for people who are looking to try this workout is to do it at your pace. Joanna did this workout in under 10 minutes, but I did my whole workout at around 20 minutes - 5 minutes warming up + 1-2 minutes cooling down + the main workout. I only looked at the list of workouts that she did (description box) and skipped to parts where she did exercises that I wasn't familiar with (I'm a beginner btw). Then I open my soundcloud playlist and worked out with music in the background. There were times where I was too tired so I took a break. For example, I did 10 crunches, then rested a bit for around 10 seconds (didn't really have a strict timing, just don't rest for too long), then did the rest 15 crunches. Also, i complimented this workout with healthier meals and snacks - i'm taking this slowly and there are things that I just can't give up (e.g for breakfast I ate 2 toasts with chocolate spread and 1 banana. A lot of people suggested peanut butter for a healthier option but I just don't like the flavour of it). Also, as I'm still 15, my parents do the groceries, so I ate white bread instead of wholemeal - going to get them buy the wholemeal next time. For lunch and dinner I pretty much eat what my parents cook, so they're going to be rice with veg and a side dish. I usually eat a piece of fruit after each meal and drink sip or two of water before eating the actual meals. Sometimes I cook myself some veg stir-fries and add a bit of rice on top of it if I have the choice to do so. I'm going to do this challenge so I'll be updating from time to time. Just if anyone's curious, I'm about 160 cm in height, and I honestly don't know what I weigh. I would estimate anywhere between 63-69 kgs, maybe even a tad bit over. I don't have a scale in my house and I don't know where to access it anyway (I live in the UK). I 'measure' my weight by how I feel wearing my clothes and my waistline - what's funny is that I don't even have a tape measure, I just measure my waistline using some leftover plastic rope that my family used for our washing line, then measure the lenght with a 30-cm ruler I use for school.

Ive tried similar routines to this one of soh by REBECCA LOUISE abd fitnessblender (toning cardio / pilates hiit workouts) Ive been adding more strength routines (with dumbells) in and doing cardio moves like jump lunges skaters plank jacks mountain climbers in out squats ... at my own pace regularly. I do focus on doing a lot of *strength butt thigh workouts* that are 20 to 30 min. Since i am a pear shape i feel that works best for me combined with 4 min of core and back exercices everyday. And I cut down on cookies and chocolate and little things such as picking a healthier option at a restaurant , portion control of snacks , eating more fibre and healthy fats. I would eat more veggies , I would have much more oat meal & dairy products as a breakfast and fresh fruit and/or dairy in the evening instead of mini snickers or tiny chocolates or ice cream or even worse snacks ...

Just done final day, 4 sets. When the first time I did it a month ago, I thought I couldn't even do it for 1set. Then when I was in the second week, I thought I couldn't finish 2 set.. but I pushed my lself. and in the 3rd week, I was sure I could do it for 4 sets. And today I nailed it... this workout is AMAZING I measured my tummy at the start a nd it was 38 inches..after only FOUR DAYS doing this workout with 500 repetitions (so two times a day ) and after four days I measured and by tummy is now only 23 INCHES!!! I cant beloved it this is incredible!
I'm new to this channel and when she first said 1,000 repititions here, I thought she meant repeat the workout 1,000 times per week, and I was like, "Well, f*ck. I quit."😂
Sweat isn't an indication of an intense workout, If it was, then you can wear a jacket and you would start sweating in 5 mins without having to work intensely
@STFU ik, the workout is good but i was saying that sweat isn't an indication of a good workout because some people barely sweat at all while doing an intense workout
@@Sommzzz I can't remember the measurements that I took but I remember getting my ab definitions, the closest I ever got but I was mixing it with other workouts. By week 4 I was flying through the workout instead of sweating like crazy and stopping. Honestly keep at it, you will get results but eat clean as well.

U got my heart beating fast while i was doing the workout. Im doing this in 30 degree heat and on my period and i honestly feel great. I took a walk earlier and im doing this to burn extra calories and tbh i love this workout
Hello people, I just finished Day 1 of this exercise today after 2months of inactivity. 🥳💪.. Doing it 3x weekly.. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Didn't check my weight as my scale is bad but took my measurements. Will try and report my stats here weekly. Peace out ✌ Week 1 Day 1✅ (Monday) Day 2✅ (Thursday) Day 3 ✅ (Staurday) Quick one: last week was meant to be my week 2 but I was super lazy and keep on shifting the days till this week 😫.. Now, week 3 is week 2.. I also added one of Joanna Soh's steps to dance aerobics on alternate days. It's not been easy, I am still struggling with push ups, what I do is work in 5 to 10 push-ups in between the rest of the exercises as I can't do 25reps all at once Week 2 Day1 ✅ Day2✅ Day3

I finally found a workout that I want to try, I'm a little nervous because my weight is 75 kg, and I'm 1.63 cm. And now with the quarantine situation, it is the best opportunity to try it, I have not had the discipline to follow a diet and exercise plan. So at 31 years old I want to look beautiful and confident as before, and model as I did before.
This is my second time doing this, my muscles are still sore from two days ago! It’s quick and effective though. I’m sweating so hard right now! Usually I don’t mess with any workouts that deal with jumping since I have asthma, but this one? I’ll let it slide!

girl that is waaaayyyy too skinny for your height. you don’t need to lose weight. maybe do some yoga and weight training instead to tone up. you don’t want to malnourish your body because that is really unhealthy
Sweetie that is way too low of a body weight for someone who is 5'3. 115 lbs is normal for what you're supposed to weigh. If you want to lose weight please stop at least at 100 lbs. Even that is pretty skinny. Please don't go all the way to 85 it's not healthy 😰
And girl you should be eating at least 1000 calories a day you will be in a severe calorie deficit which can cause eating disorders not to mention YOU COULD DIE! Please don’t

Soo great I saw this video yesterday and today tried it after 5 mins warm up and cheers I was able to do all 250 reps without stopping just with the flow of the video... #challengetaken surely complete it... Hope so I lose my weight (well I'm 18 and my height is 5 inches and weigh 53 Kgs

Just done final day, 4 sets.
When the first time I did it a month ago, I thought I couldn't even do it for 1set. Then when I was in the second week, I thought I couldn't finish 2 set.. but I pushed my lself. and in the 3rd week, I was sure I could do it for 4 sets.
And today I nailed it... I did it 3 times a week. Thank you for making me stronger Joanna...

this workout is AMAZING I measured my tummy at the start a nd it was 38 inches..after only FOUR DAYS doing this workout with 500 repetitions (so two times a day ) and after four days I measured and by tummy is now only 23 INCHES!!! I cant beloved it this is incredible!

Sweat isn't an indication of an intense workout, If it was, then you can wear a jacket and you would start sweating in 5 mins without having to work intensely

@@Sommzzz I can't remember the measurements that I took but I remember getting my ab definitions, the closest I ever got but I was mixing it with other workouts. By week 4 I was flying through the workout instead of sweating like crazy and stopping. Honestly keep at it, you will get results but eat clean as well.

U got my heart beating fast while i was doing the workout. Im doing this in 30 degree heat and on my period and i honestly feel great. I took a walk earlier and im doing this to burn extra calories and tbh i love this workout

Hello people, I just finished Day 1 of this exercise today after 2months of inactivity. 🥳💪.. Doing it 3x weekly.. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Didn't check my weight as my scale is bad but took my measurements. Will try and report my stats here weekly. Peace out ✌

Quick one: last week was meant to be my week 2 but I was super lazy and keep on shifting the days till this week 😫.. Now, week 3 is week 2.. I also added one of Joanna Soh's steps to dance aerobics on alternate days. It's not been easy, I am still struggling with push ups, what I do is work in 5 to 10 push-ups in between the rest of the exercises as I can't do 25reps all at once

I thought it was 1000 calories
Starting from today. Will start doing low carb diet after 15 days as I am fasting for the Ramadan currently and have to eat carb for Sahri and Iftar. So,
Day 1: 68 kg
I finally found a workout that I want to try, I'm a little nervous because my weight is 75 kg, and I'm 1.63 cm.
And now with the quarantine situation, it is the best opportunity to try it, I have not had the discipline to follow a diet and exercise plan.
So at 31 years old I want to look beautiful and confident as before, and model as I did before.
I'll try it too. I'm starting with yoga. Next week this will be my routine.

This is my second time doing this, my muscles are still sore from two days ago! It’s quick and effective though. I’m sweating so hard right now! Usually I don’t mess with any workouts that deal with jumping since I have asthma, but this one? I’ll let it slide!

girl that is waaaayyyy too skinny for your height. you don’t need to lose weight. maybe do some yoga and weight training instead to tone up. you don’t want to malnourish your body because that is really unhealthy
Sweetie that is way too low of a body weight for someone who is 5'3. 115 lbs is normal for what you're supposed to weigh. If you want to lose weight please stop at least at 100 lbs. Even that is pretty skinny. Please don't go all the way to 85 it's not healthy 😰
Not to mention if you do this to your body now you will have health problems for the rest of your life
And girl you should be eating at least 1000 calories a day you will be in a severe calorie deficit which can cause eating disorders not to mention YOU COULD DIE! Please don’t

Soo great I saw this video yesterday and today tried it after 5 mins warm up and cheers I was able to do all 250 reps without stopping just with the flow of the video... #challengetaken surely complete it... Hope so I lose my weight (well I'm 18 and my height is 5 inches and weigh 53 Kgs
