Something that came to mind while I was going through the movements was if you might be able to provide us with a 5-second rest period as you transition from one move to the next, so we get the full 30 seconds in. As always, I enjoyed this workout as much as I do for each video you post!
Agreed. I'm a bit older and it talkes me longer to get up and down and transition into the correct position. I felt like I was constantly behind and kept having to stop and start the video. I also struggled with lower back pain with the russion twists and vtucks but I'm guessing that's just because of the extra weight in the stomach. But I am looking for workouts to get these Abs!

I did struggle with some lower back pain though and I don't know why. I haven't worked out in long so could I have changed the shape of my spine because of wrong posture?

Hi Joanna, I'm a beginner and I've started doing cycling everyday for 15 min...but I'm afraid that it's making my thighs bigger....cuz I measured my thighs earlier and they have increased by 1 to 2 cm in just 1 wk....will my thighs get bigger if I do cycling?....
