Here's another Indoor Walking Workout for you! This time, the exercises will also target your waistline - to tone up and strengthen the CORE. This workout is low impact and beginner friendly. It's great for everyone to do at home, plus it's lots of fun! Simple exercises, yet extremely effective.
Your heart rate will be increased, you'll be burning lots of calories and fat. While filming this workout, I managed to hit 2.9km and also burned 250Cals in just under 30 mins. You'll be burning an average of 200 - 300 calories depending on your speed of walking, workout intensity, fitness level and also body composition.
INTERVAL: 45 secs Work - 15 secs Rest

😅😅 I have no idea how some people can still look good with perfect makeup on after a workout, unless it's not filmed "as live" but edited with breaks in between. It's fun to do the workout with you guys, because that I really know how it feels and can guide and motivate you through. 😎

Excellent. I'm 74, but have been aerobics for over 40 years. My balance and flexibility are getting bad, after an illness. This was great.This daily workout, or at least 4x a week, should get me back in a better shape. No more falling! Amen. Thank you
I TOTALLY underestimated this workout! I thought “no jumping” oh this will be easy! Let’s go! Boy was I mistaken! No regrets though. I burnt 264 calories!

Joanna I cannot thank you enough. I started to gain weight during the lockdown last year. I came to the point were I couldn't fit into my wedding dress. I am not one who enjoys workouts but your channel has been perfect for me. At first I started losing weight but as time went on I stopped losing weight. You said in another video to measure your waist instead, so I did. In the last 6 weeks I have lost 3 cm around my waist and I am seeing some definition around my abs. I cannot thank you enough for your amazing videos for people like me who does not like high impact ones. I am soo happy with the progress I've made and I will keep doing more of your videos! You have made such a difference for me and I am so grateful for out channel!!
This has become my go-to workout while I’m fasting. Easily gets me 200 calories and I love how both the warm-up and cool-down are included. Definitely worth it!

I did this workout everyday when I just started my fitness journey. I remember struggling so much, but the feeling after it was just always freaking amazing. I’ve said this before but the few walking workouts you have are of a much higher standard than what is available on you tube. I would love to see more because these workout are so sought after.
Absolutely amazing how I feel the burn consistently throughout Joanna’s workouts. Plus, I’m always reassured there will be no pulled muscles or strains afterwards. This was one of the most fun workouts I've ever done.
While it looks so easy at first it was so intense but I still did both rounds.
I normally lose interest in a second round if it's the same exercises again but here I felt really motivated to go on. Great video really.

Finished this workout today! Wow I am drenched 😅 tough but super effective workout! My heart rate avg was 138bpm, reaching 155+ (threshold for me)...and I burned 267 cal! I've tried to complete this video a few times, but today I finally finished it!!! Joanna, your low impact overweight video was a staple for me as I lost 60lbs. Now I've graduated to this one!! So thank you for your channel and for your endlessly positive spirit ❤

Joanna helped me sooo much in loosing weight.. I was lazy to go outside or to the gym. And I learned to train at home and it was amazing. I have never loose so much weight in my entire life. She helped me to accelerate my metabolism by walking at home. I've lost a lot then school began and I stopped doing but I still lost weight even it was not fast. Quarantine worked and I've lost 8,5 kg !! 81,8 ( june 2020 to 73,1kg in February 2021). I know that if I wouldn't stop I would have better results !!

Thank you Joanna! I started my commitment to exercising atleast 30 mins a day or min. of 240 mins per week. At first it seems nothing's happening, but just this month, I have felt a lot of changes in my body--less allergic rhinitis and colds; less mood swing; more focus while at work; and clearer facial skin. My friends also noticed the loss of weight. There are times I wanted to stop and give up but then I always remember that healthy body and mind takes discipline.

Been following you for almost 2 years already. I went into a fitness slump after a series of love-hate relationship of daily exercising to lose weight when pandemic started, but after reassessing my goals by the end of the first half of 2023, I remember that losing weight is just secondary, being healthy is the main goal. It also improved my mental health--I am more energetic and positive lately after my 30-day challenge of 30-minute active movement/exercise.

This is an awesome workout! An old neck and shoulder injury prevents me from doing floor exercises so this was just nice for me, no stress on the neck, but still effective to sweat and get the heart rate up. Thanks!

I need to get my core stronger, so it's nice to have a lower impact work out that focuses on the core while being a whole body work out. I like that I can do it inside regardless of weather or time of day. I like the options to make the work out more challenging as I get in better shape. Excited to have a new walk to add to my evening repertoire. I made 3200 steps and 1.25 miles. Due to the cold weather, it's getting harder to get my daily steps in with an outside walk, but adding a 30 minute indoor walk to my evening routine seems help me reach that goals. Thanks for the variety!
This is the first time I have done one of Joanna's workouts. Really enjoyed it as cannot really do high impact, so had to keep to the easier option. But a really good workout, all the same. I will definitely be back for more of her workouts
