      Hi dear Nabin, cervical stenosis is very difficult to treat. However you may advise:
      1) Cervical traction.
      2) Avoid neck extension.
      3) neck flexion exercises will help

    I am having back pain from last 1 year , I did MRI 3 times , 1 time in India and 2 times in Germany as I am resident of Germany , There is no issue in Back or spine . But I get sever pain in left heel once I started walking .
    Now Orthopedic doctor has stared Shock therapy on my heel and looks like it’s working . But how do I find out actual root cause of the pain ?

      Just to add , In india doctor fooled me saying disc budge just for sake of huge money . That’s why I did MRI 2 times in Germany just to be 100% sure about back.
      But here also Orthopedic doctor is not able to find root cause of the pain. My pain starts from Back then goes into Butt and then in heel . Only Ieft side.
      Please provide your views

    Sir, While playing my heel hit the ground very hardly. I have used many treatmentz in last 1 and half years but still now it pains a lot. If I walk too much then also it starts paining.

    From last 3 months i have this severe hill pain.. Doctor gave me calcium, vitamin, pain killer, even shoes sole changed to some soft one.. unfortunately all efforts in vain.. as on 12th march 2023 i came accross your video... Forget about these 6 exercises .. I got instant relief from just 1st exercise.. i did 30 repetitions almost no pain.. however i shall continue doing atleast 5 recommended exercises daily to strengthen my foot ...     Sir i have heel pain in left foot...i have very low calcium n vit d...jab tk mai calcium supplements le rhi thi to pain nhi hota tha.two month se calcium nhi le rhi aur ab pain bhut jyada h..my doctor said to take calcium ...should i continue my calcium supplements..pls sir rply me..doctor said that it may be planter fasciitis also

    A few months back, I had a very painful elbow condition, and was not able to lift even a cup of tea with my left hand. Fortunately, I saw your presentation on Tenis Elbow and started doing it.
