Hard sole wale shoes na ho.... sports shoes paheniye.... jo heel ko support karein. Shoes me ap heel pad bhi istemal kr sakte hain....dono pero ke liye.
You can heal your heel pain by yourself by using the following formula Aap jis pair ki aidee dard h uske middle portion (talve) ki jangh pe aapni socks ya phri garm patti ko golai me fold krke aapne shoe me rakhle, aap itna mota krke rakhe, jis se aapki aidee pr aapka weight na aaye, aapko chalne me koi takhlif nahi hogi aur ye aap 2-3 mahine kre aur iske bad hatane pr bhi ye dard nahi hoga, aap ko 100percent relief milega
