Its funny when you said you got stuck I immediately thought to myself, "I wonder if Matt comes and gets him in the MORRvair" and sure enough that is what you got. Great vid, nice to see the year in review. I know it was kind of a rough one for you and injuries but sometimes that is what happens. Cheers to an even better 2022.
What a year! As soon as I saw you were stuck I immediately thought of Matt's Offroad Recovery! Too funny to see the Morvair show up to pull you out! See there is some cross channel pollination going on 🤣 Happy New Year to you and Yuka!
You and Yuka have the Best quality mountain biking videos. And the best quality commentary. Funny, serious, emotional, nervous, triumphant .... it is all in there. I hope covid allows more racing soon, I really enjoyed your racing vids. Tell Yuka to take a cake out of petty cash. Happy Landings in 2022.
Well, seeing Matt's Off-road Recovery on this channel is rad. One of my favorite non MTB channels. The year recap was well done also. Keep on, keeping on, Eric and Yuka!
Ohh hell yea🥳🥳 Hopefully I get to see you guys this summer here in Alaska🙌 I would wait till late June or July for Alyeska bike park to open and our newly built hilltop bike park here in town. We also have lots of single tracks that's not park related which is rad too. Happy new years cheers 🍻 guys hope you guys make it up here🙌
If you get a chance next year, try and hit Duthie Hill in Washington. Looking at your current riding, I think the shorter and sessionable trails will benefit you. The community there is great and you should have no trouble progressing!
Hopefully you can get into Alaska where the wildlife is considerably whiter and a lot bigger than the black bears back home. Hopefully 2022 will be a more confident year for you and happy New Year from all of us in the UK
LOL, that's hilarious, I've been actually watching Matt's. Another great colab, I was thinking of them when you said you got stuck. A great recap of your year.
Hey Eric, you should look at getting some recovery boards for the van to help get you unstuck. Also a self winchall for if trees are close enough to pull yourself out. Happy new year
Great recap! Super stoked about the coming year! I have to admit I’m really jealous of the lifestyle you and your wife have the courage to live. I’m still just trying to fit in vacations and bigger weekend rides. I can’t seem to get further than an hr or two away on the weekend and that only occasionally. Our 6 children are all grown up and on their own. My wife and I are only 48. I’m torn about 5 more years for a full pension and “live now!” While we’re young enough. Haha, anyway, seems like your of an uplifting mindset for the coming year. I’ll be watching! Thanks for the great videos.
Ooh on your way back up, try a place just outside of Seattle Washington called Duthie Hill Bike Park, really nice in the spring, no lift, but lots of nice, and challenging trails to ride! Check it out
Looking forward to your 22 road trip into Alaska. Girlfriend and I are hopefully traveling from Australia in the summer of 23 to do a a circuit from Vancouver, Yukon. Alaska then East to the Rockies and down along the B.C border with the USA hitting as many trails as we can.
In Canada, that is called two broken fingers which requires a doctor to splint them and 4 weeks off. In NW Arkansas, we call that a Tuesday and keep on riding.
Hey, while you are out in Utah, you should come through Colorado. Buena Vista, Colorado has some really sweet trails, and I live near Buena Vista in Leadville. Honestly it might be too cold to ride right now, but in the spring time it would be totally sick if you came out.
If you ride kincaid in alaska, there is a jump park that not a lot of people know about, it'll be a good way to progress your jumping skills even more!
Trick to riding scary features: Remember, “no brain, no pain”! The less you think = less apprehension, less anxiety, less hesitation, less panic muscle lockup (which leads to) -> more flow, greater speed, increased steez factor (x10), hairier chest (sorry ladies), and the need for a larger helmet! Keep doing what you do! Absolutely looking forward to the 2022 content!
Yes this was a great year! Love your channel absolutely amazing rider and you have great content. 👍 That's funny Matt came and helped with his UA-cam channel 😄
Loved this! Suggestion, while you are here in USA, come back to California! You've missed a gold mine, Santa Cruz... bring Yukas bike back to birthplace!
Hey Eric I know making a trip down to Bentonville is a long ride, but there is so many more trails there, it would be sick if you went in the near future
Happy new year! We are going to be in SE utah next week too, would love to meet up and ride if you want company, We are friends with Antoine and Isabelle too.
Cool that Matt from Matts offroad recovery came to pull you out. I watch his channel regularly as well.
Me too xD
Same here!
I have basically zero interest for trucks and off-roading, and yet Matt's channel is super interesting.
@BlindstuffMTB i totally agree. I also watch the Fab rats channel which is a friend of Matts offroad recovery.
Two of my favorite things- mtb content when not riding and MORR!
Seems like UA-camrs filming UA-camrs risks fracturing the "Space Timeline" continuum.
as soon as I saw the MORRvair I was like hey I know that vehicle! too funny, glad I wasn't the only one
I thought the exact same thing! couldn't believe it, now going to search for Eric's recovery
Love it I’m a Sub to Matt’s Off-road Recovery as well. Can’t wait to see his video and you getting one of their shirts 👍
I am too
What a year! As soon as I saw you were stuck I immediately thought of Matt's Offroad Recovery! Too funny to see the Morvair show up to pull you out! See there is some cross channel pollination going on 🤣 Happy New Year to you and Yuka!
Hey BCpov, I just broke my wrist during an enduro race, and just like you Its very hard to move my fingers.
keep up the work

i get so excited when bcpov uploads 😁😁
I'm terrified by most of it, but the open and honest way that they present their adventures keeps me coming back for more.
When he said he’s stuck I was like “man that looks like Moab I wonder if Matt’s off road recovery will come help him 😂 I was pleasantly surprised
Incredible recap video!!!! Amazing work thank you! Love that Matt Off Road saved you ❤🙌 love their channel
Great year full of accomplishments. Too funny that Matt’s Off-road Recovery came to pull you out.

See you guys in 2022.
I love when two channels come together
Honestly, I had no idea there was such a big mountain biking community before watching your channel. So thanks for introducing me to that :)
When you said I'm stuck, I was hoping Matt would come out, then. It happened, that's really awesome
Followed every video. Watching now from my trainer with broken wrist from riding devils den in Arkansas. I’m feeling your fall pain.
I love the Matt's Off Road Recovery channel. Funny they're the ones that pulled you out. Small World!

I love that Matt and his crew pulled you out!
Thanks for taking us along. would love to follow the BC trail up to Yukon and over to AK myself.
2021 was, by a wide margin, the worst year of my life. One of the few bright spots was following the adventures of Yuka and Eric...
I've been a fan of Matt for a while it was cool seeing him on your Channel
So you “made a call” hey! Love the impromptu collab between some of my favourite youtubers
I’m always trying to combine my love for Off-Roading and MTB on my channel! Now I know it’s possible.
I always enjoy the videos of yours. Thank you. Let's go for 2022.
If you get a chance next year, try and hit Duthie Hill in Washington. Looking at your current riding, I think the shorter and sessionable trails will benefit you. The community there is great and you should have no trouble progressing!
2021 turned out to be a great year of riding! Can't wait to see what we can make of 2022 :)
Hopefully you can get into Alaska where the wildlife is considerably whiter and a lot bigger than the black bears back home. Hopefully 2022 will be a more confident year for you and happy New Year from all of us in the UK
As always, love the video. I can't believe that Matt's Off Road Recovery pulled you out. Have a great 2022!

Looked like a great year with the exception of the injuries. I hope you have a great 2022.

Matt's Off Road Recovery!!!!
In Canada, that is called two broken fingers which requires a doctor to splint them and 4 weeks off. In NW Arkansas, we call that a Tuesday and keep on riding.
You should head through Santa Cruz California on your way back, great trails
