    I loved the gentle reminders to breathe and to be ok with moving how your body allows not worrying about matching a text book pose.

    this is just what i needed! i'm recovering from foot surgery and although i have more mobility now it's still a long road ahead of me. i've been feeling so tight and my muscles are so weak. i can't wait to try this !

    Thanks 🙏 so much ❤ for this. This is like one of my favorites of yours I go back and do this one a lot cause it really helps stretch my muscles out in my legs. I’m a caregiver so I’m on my feet a lot during the week a good amount of hours so my legs and back are hurting so it does help a lot so thanks

    excited to do this one..will be great to do while watching the news etc..😊 Shout out to SBY. been doing your practices for prob going on 3 yrs straight now. You're right, the day goes much better when you do a practice daily and 1st thing if possible. I rave about your practices. Videos easy to follow..youre easy to follow and so fun to do plus calming. I feel so much better afterwards..thanks again💖💖💖 (plus you have so many other tips for IBD etc etc) thoroughly enjoy you

    Great use for that chair I had lying around in the closet! Hips feel nice and relaxed. 🐴on a chair feels great even though I was imagining myself without the chair, holding my entire weight up...
