this is just what i needed! i'm recovering from foot surgery and although i have more mobility now it's still a long road ahead of me. i've been feeling so tight and my muscles are so weak. i can't wait to try this !

I’m a caregiver so I’m on my feet a lot during the week a good amount of hours so my legs and back are hurting so it does help a lot so thanks

Great use for that chair I had lying around in the closet! Hips feel nice and relaxed. 🐴on a chair feels great even though I was imagining myself without the chair, holding my entire weight up...
