Day 4. I feel great. I have tried several different beginner yoga programs. This is the first one that actually works you up slowly. And walks you through step by step in ways you understand. I'm really living this. Thank you!

I love how you slow down all the moves I just previously did on auto-pilot, without understanding how each micro-movement affected my breath and nervous system. This is such a great way to relearn how to unite my mind and body with yoga. You're amazing, Sarah Beth!

I have just recovered from Covid and decided to try Yoga as a less intensive workout to help me get my body back on track. It is working really well and the way you present it makes it really easy to grow into it. So glad I stumbled onto your youtube channel and thank you for taking the time and making the effort to share yoga with everyone. Peace and blessings

My favorite part of this video was the standing back bend! Also i loved the parts where you added helpful commentary and I also love how you reminded us to go slow and to be careful with our movements! Thanks for this awesome video!

This is my Day 4/7 of the Beginners Yoga Challenge I am so so grateful to you Sarah for all these videos and making them into challenges. I have done yoga before and I used to do home workouts daily too. But for some reasons I couldn't workout for quite a lot of days. These practices have been a great way to start. After every practice I feel so good and energized to get through my day. Thank you so much!!
I do this every couple of days, I'm 22 years old with a ton of hip pain but this has really helped reduce it so much... I feel like I'm getting my life back

Thank you for offering the suggestion to use something to hold onto with my hands in the back. I sometimes get discouraged because my hands don’t comfortably intertwine like that, and I’ve never heard anyone give a modification like that. I felt really good doing this practice today! Thank you for these videos Sarah. I broke both my arms at the humeral head last summer, and suffered 4 compression fractures in my spine. Since then everything seems to consistently get stiffer, so I had been looking for easy stretching/yoga to do, and hoping to eventually work into something like Vinyasa yoga to also possibly burn a few calories. The 7 day challenge has been great for me, and already seems to have helped lower my pain a touch, and also seems to be increasing mobility. I'm grateful to you for these classes that are so beneficial and easy for people in my position to start with. These videos help give me a positive mental boost in the morning, and simply help me feel more energized as I go into my day. Thanks so much!
Enjoying these 10min intros, really loving the tutorials in each one as it helps me understand your timeless classics from years and years ago! Bad sleeping and PC useage has come to a bad posture so these are great for really stretching me out. 10mins is no time at all.
