    Your Hand yoga,Foot massage,Joint pain exercises are all very effective and helpful I am doing them regularly to get rid of my Arthritis. I am grateful for your help .God Bless you and your family for your Social Service Once again I express my gratitude Thanks 🙏🏽Madam

    Hello Ann, Love your channel. This year it is my goal to heal myself from fatty liver, diabetes and stiff joints. Can you create a yoga video to improve digestion? I’m having problems due to medications. Thanks

    I appreciated the video. However being a long/tall person… It feels like you cue way too fast. I’ll have to figure out how to slow it down by at least 50%. And I’m only halfway through a breath in before you’re telling me to breathe out.
