Now I'm just thinking of V1 at the beginning of a stage just sitting cris cross apple sauce in front of a terminal just trying to learn how to get better
I've been addicted to nuking in the last room of the Meatgrinder to instantly clear every enemy, immediately opening the exit. I don't think I've played the level without doing that for ages.
This sort of thing is genuinely some of the best advertising Ultrakill can have, at least to a certain type of player which UK is tailored well to. Showcasing mechanics like this is amazing. Awesome video, Herb. Haven't played in a bit since Greed came out but I love to see it.
funny, I usually set of a nuke right in front of me and then use dash frames to avoid the damage instead. You also get some heals from it. Great vid btw I didn't know about those dmg numbers.
Now Core shotgun might be my favourite shotgun types, sounds really fun to nuke dozen of enemies with this rather than just punching pumped shotgun, thanks for the guide!
This guide will also be useful for the new rockets since they share many of the same properties as the core eject grenades. Though there are some differences.
thanks for making a video about this, I use the core all the time and I never see anyone else do it. I doubt that will be true for long and I learnt some new synergies
I'll never be able to keep up with how fast video game communities come up with sweet-ass advanced tech for games. I just bought this game for my birthday and absolutely LOVE it and the speedrun scene for it
"Core Snipin's a good job, mate! It's BRUTAL' mode, outta Lust. I guarantee you'll not go thirsty. 'Cause at the end of the day, long as there's two machines left on Limbo, someone is gonna want someone dead." --V1 if it was aussie
I'd really like if you made a detail guide of the sawblade gun, some special techniques you can do with it and whether or not it's better than the normal nailgun in most situations
Can you make some guide videos on other weapons and their alt-modes? Like the nail gun? I'd like to know more about their mechanics, tricks possible exploits etc to make my gameplay better. I really enjoyed your coin-mechanics video which got me the idea for this
Hey herbmessiah: How possible do you think it would be to kill Minos prime with nothing but slams and the grapple arm specifically, on standard? (I fear violent may be impossible lmfao)
So is the comparison to P-boosting just that if you want to take advantage of any of a c.e. shot's properties, use c.e., but if you only want the quick 3.5 damage with a little a.o.e. then you use a p-boost?
Hey Herb, great video! Do you have any tips and tricks for the new buzzsaw weapon? I can't think of a single time I'd rather use it instead of the default ones, so could you show me where they're viable?
Hate to nit pick but at 2:49 you said that the nuke was the biggest explosion in the game, but that title should go to the Easter egg stalker explosion in 4-2. ( Still an amazing vid tho 😊)
I'm writing for a new tactic I just found but that I still can't do it. While in cybergrind I somehow found that there's way to instantly recharge your railcannon. I found this glitch while trying to nuke the shotgun core. I had sucked at it and had kept accidently doing it by electro railcannon and not malicious railcannon because it had been on the first place in order to charge my coined bullets. Then I noticed that my malicious railcannon was already charged when I clicked on 4 again after I had left cliekedand confused. I did it this railcannon instarecharge a few minutes later. I tried to figure out how I had done this but I suppose it's possible for me to do it only by accident. Is it possible for you guys to figure out how to instarecharge the railcannon?
I like how he's taking these videos as lessons, like he's teaching a bunch of murder machines basic math
There are lots and lots of machine, and nowere near enough blood to sustain all
More like etiquette.

Had to get good at Core Sniping to Perfect Soul Survivor, honestly, got pretty decent at it. It's so satisfying to Nuke of all the eyes in one shot
HOLY SHIT I SHOULD TRY THAT
wait you can do that ?
i can finally p-rank this one

Do NOT abbreviate ULTRAKILL
While waiting for Act 2, I decided to practice consistent core sniping in combat. Goddamn it feels so sexy to use
That schism transition 👌
That transition at 1:58 is way too good.
1:20 Outdated fact! As of patch 15c the cores DO follow your momentum
1:58 he though he could sneak in the coldest transition in the ultrakill fanbase
God this game slaps harder than it ever needed to

So i just finished P-1 soul survivor and your videos helped me a lot while I played Ultrakill. Your content is great keep it up and have a good day
The graphics and editing in this tutorial are very good. Well done. Gonna try this stuff out!
I've been waiting for this as core is my favorite alt fire and i hope this makes more understand how useful it is and want to use it
literally was looking for this yesterday and now here you are. Thanks, bro
Finally, my favourite techniques get a video.
The thumbnails are great, as always.
Nuking straight up wipes out rooms, love this game so much
Can we just talk about how well this video was made. Major props
Welcome back herb. Thanks for the tutorials.
Now Core shotgun might be my favourite shotgun types, sounds really fun to nuke dozen of enemies with this rather than just punching pumped shotgun, thanks for the guide!
Using core eject in 0-3 was possibly my worst mistake, except in the room behind that rock wall.
These videos are so well edited man, a joy to watch
This guide will also be useful for the new rockets since they share many of the same properties as the core eject grenades. Though there are some differences.
core eject my beloved
great vid and i especially love the thumbnail
those transitions are wonderful, thank you
The production quality is rising quick!
Subbed.
thanks for making a video about this, I use the core all the time and I never see anyone else do it. I doubt that will be true for long and I learnt some new synergies

Ive been underestimating these little bomb guys.
Nice tutorial, will definitely start using Core Eject more. Loved that transition with the schism on fire, top tier editing
This is my favorite mechanic in the game alongside coin punching. Can't live without it
the thumbnail shows that I'm truly a fan of tf2 cultures and reference
i just realized that its the funny sniper scope rn.
core eject! my favorite :)

I've still got to experiment more with it myself, but I'll look into it for the future
transitions are getting better and better :)
Should note that Core Ejecting at Streetcleaner will cause them to bat the core away.
hyped for deadcoin tutorial!
Herb teaching how to ULTRAKILL
1:15 I’m really confused as to what you did. You fired the core flipped a coin but didn’t shoot it. Can someone please explain this
I'm deflecting the malicious face beam off a coin and it targets the core eject
@@HerbMessiah aaah. Okay, thanks for clearing that up

me as fool neglecting the red rail canon because I thought it was the blue one that caused nukes, I feel so dumb, thanks for the guide.
you're automatically coin splitting, you're too good at this, chill!
you can also take off with the core by just walking forward, jump and at the same time core, coin and shot or you can change to explosive railgun to

The saws are really great for fodder groups and trap setups. It's something you'll enjoy more if you like a trapper playstyle.

would it be easier to put malicious rail at the first mod slot for your railcannon for core sniping?

NEW HERB VIDEO
Lol, I thought this was "core" as in "basic" so I didn't watch it. I didn't realize until I learned it was called core eject.
You know I didn't think about that, switching up the title to add grenade would probably be a good idea. Glad you finally got around to watching it!
Fun fact: core-sniping doesn't work in a demo version of Ultrakill (as well as coin-punching)
Meet the sniper
I almost always have problem that I release core eject too late, thus it doesn't shoot grenade and big explosion combo is ruined...
try tapping M1 instead of releasing, that also works to launch it like with the piercer revolver
should add another style named "remote detonation" or "Ultra remote detonation"
i will be waiting for the next lesson of: how to use the rocket launcher :)
I'll be so ready for it when it drops
Challenge: Prime sanctums, violent, basic revolver only, no coin, no parry, no dash
Lucky roaming in UA-cam.
The Core Eject always felt underwhelming for me... Let's see how you prove me wrong
As expected from Herb, I changed my mind. Nuking is really difficult for me, but this got me hyped enough to practice. Thanks!
which should i keep first, da electric railcannon for coin adding or malicious for da nuke?
I do the MalRail on 1 personally
hmm, though choice
