Hi Andrew! I made potatoes like this today! Omg!! They were Soo delicious! I have been making oven fries and getting tired of how dried out they always are. So I tried your method in my panini press for 10 minutes! Perfection! Thanks for sharing Andrew! You and your wife are just awesome!! 😊👍😊👍😊👍😊👍
Andrew have a mindblowing good sauce to try with yr potatoes. Promise will not disappoint. 3 Tbspn tomato sauce, 1 Tbspn worcestershire sauce and 1 tspn tamari sauce all stirred together. Called Okonomiyaki sauce. Voila! & Buon appetite! :)
Hi Andrew, I know people inundate you with recipes but Im going to tell you mine anyway! Lol Peel and grate 3 medium size Sebago (they have to be dirty ones - not sure why). When grated, grab the potato and squeeze hard to get the excess juice out. (Don't do this in the sink because it sets like concrete! - starch). Place grated potato on your sandwich press and cook for 15 minutes. Turn and cook another five (my top is hotter than the bottom). It makes the BEST hash browns ever!! But does not work so well with other types of potatoes as they don't get as crispy on top. Salt and pepper. Very yum.
Thanks Andrew for these types of videos. Maybe you could make some play lists? It's helpful when I like to just replay your videos on what you eat in a day. Or rather how you eat? Thank you!!🍉
Andrew, don't take me wrong BUT pls pls pls, never put your hands inside the food processor without turning the power completely off! Pause mode is not enough... I have a machine exactly like yours and I love it, but it's dangerous/very powerful. Kisses to you and Mandy.
Nice video, thank you! And I watched it twice to catch whether the spuds were raw, so thanks, Mandy, for thinking to ask! I did the cooked spuds in the waffle iron after watching your vid, and now I'm looking forward to doing this style! Gotta go get me a panini grill tho! I'll stick with slicing by hand for now. You've got some great machines there!
Also discovered easy way to wash really clean yr muddy spuds by sprinkling on the wet spuds some bicarb soda and wash with a scourer sponge under cold water
Hey Andrew love your videos and I did put in comment for you to win the the Veg Source ticket. I've got a new grill still sitting in the box- can't wait to open it up and try this potato grill!
Love all your videos, and the way Mandy is also a part, very sweet couple. You love each bite, after over 200 days of eating just potatoes amazing. I wonder what your first meal will be when you are done? Love your enthusiasm!!! Way to go Andrew. Cheers from the USA!!!
they looked awesome! i make something similar with grated spuds in the waffle iron machine and they take about 10 mins from raw, no fat nice hash browns:) sorry too you didnt get the trip, you would've been great:)
Tell me if I'm wrong here but I thought you weren't supposed to have things like sauce when eating the potatoes? if Andrew is eating ketchup what other sauces can you eat too? I might have missed that memo....
Hi, I did the Q&A and found my answer. I was eating it with salt and pepper. paprika etc but no sauces. tried eating air fried fries today and I think i like it without the sauces lol. yeah I know I'm odd :)
Hey dude, I am at the moment looking into doing a udemy course for some extra cash. I am sure that you could do a course on how to lose weight in a healthy way as I have noticed there are several paleo diet courses - which we both know is not healthy at all - on there. See what you think man could make you some extra cash and spread the word. Dyl :)

Sounds delicious but too much effort for me! Anything more than taking a lid off a bottle and pouring it our is too much effort ;-)

Thanks Andrew for these types of videos. Maybe you could make some play lists? It's helpful when I like to just replay your videos on what you eat in a day. Or rather how you eat? Thank you!!🍉
It's on my to do list! :-)
I am happy for this video because I have some on my brand new panini press/grill and I learned from this video what to do next time!

No need for the machines. A fry pan would work fine I reckon.
+Spud Fit The panini grill is what makes it! Lol
+Sherri Amaral Hodge there's something about those grill lines!
+Spud Fit Indeed! And they seem to crisp up nice in there, from what I hear! Lol. I'm wondering, does the grill get hot on both top and bottom parts?
+Sherri Amaral Hodge yes both parts heat, you can choose to turn the top off if you like though.

That would've comne in handy at the beginning of the year but that's another thing that's too much effort so I only by pre-washed spuds these days :-)
Please turn on a desk lamp in the kitchen next time. Thanks.

cuisinart and breville, I don't know the model.
Tell me if I'm wrong here but I thought you weren't supposed to have things like sauce when eating the potatoes? if Andrew is eating ketchup what other sauces can you eat too? I might have missed that memo....
Check out the FAQ page at www.spudfit.com to see the rules I follow. I made it up myself, you can make your own rules too.

How much potato do you eat a meal and how much a day? 😊 or you just eat until you are fool?
I just eat as much as I feel like, whenever I feel like it.
Do you miss veggies? Or fruit?
I don't miss anything.
Sorry you didn't win the trip to LA. You should have😢
Oh well, plant based news was a worthy winner I think. Might try crowd funding the trip...
+Spud Fit 🍉They still may pick additional people. Hang in there!
+CameliaDiamonds yes I hope so! Not holding my breath though.
