    Hi Andrew! I made potatoes like this today! Omg!! They were Soo delicious! I have been making oven fries and getting tired of how dried out they always are. So I tried your method in my panini press for 10 minutes! Perfection! Thanks for sharing Andrew! You and your wife are just awesome!! 😊👍😊👍😊👍😊👍

    Andrew have a mindblowing good sauce to try with yr potatoes. Promise will not disappoint. 3 Tbspn tomato sauce, 1 Tbspn worcestershire sauce and 1 tspn tamari sauce all stirred together. Called Okonomiyaki sauce.
    Voila! & Buon appetite! :)

      Sounds delicious but too much effort for me! Anything more than taking a lid off a bottle and pouring it our is too much effort ;-)

    Hi Andrew, I know people inundate you with recipes but Im going to tell you mine anyway! Lol Peel and grate 3 medium size Sebago (they have to be dirty ones - not sure why). When grated, grab the potato and squeeze hard to get the excess juice out. (Don't do this in the sink because it sets like concrete! - starch). Place grated potato on your sandwich press and cook for 15 minutes. Turn and cook another five (my top is hotter than the bottom). It makes the BEST hash browns ever!! But does not work so well with other types of potatoes as they don't get as crispy on top. Salt and pepper. Very yum.

    Thanks Andrew for these types of videos. Maybe you could make some play lists? It's helpful when I like to just replay your videos on what you eat in a day. Or rather how you eat? Thank you!!🍉

    Andrew, don't take me wrong BUT pls pls pls, never put your hands inside the food processor without turning the power completely off! Pause mode is not enough... I have a machine exactly like yours and I love it, but it's dangerous/very powerful. Kisses to you and Mandy.

    Nice video, thank you! And I watched it twice to catch whether the spuds were raw, so thanks, Mandy, for thinking to ask! I did the cooked spuds in the waffle iron after watching your vid, and now I'm looking forward to doing this style! Gotta go get me a panini grill tho! I'll stick with slicing by hand for now. You've got some great machines there!

    • @SpudFit
      @SpudFit  8 років тому

      No need for the machines. A fry pan would work fine I reckon.

      +Spud Fit Indeed! And they seem to crisp up nice in there, from what I hear! Lol. I'm wondering, does the grill get hot on both top and bottom parts?

    • @SpudFit
      @SpudFit  8 років тому

      +Sherri Amaral Hodge yes both parts heat, you can choose to turn the top off if you like though.

    Also discovered easy way to wash really clean yr muddy spuds by sprinkling on the wet spuds some bicarb soda and wash with a scourer sponge under cold water

    • @SpudFit
      @SpudFit  8 років тому

      That would've comne in handy at the beginning of the year but that's another thing that's too much effort so I only by pre-washed spuds these days :-)

    Hey dude,
    I am at the moment looking into doing a udemy course for some extra cash. I am sure that you could do a course on how to lose weight in a healthy way as I have noticed there are several paleo diet courses - which we both know is not healthy at all - on there. See what you think man could make you some extra cash and spread the word.
    Dyl :)
