    THANK YOU. ive been telling my doctor this , got blood work done and was told it was all normal. I kid you not I work out 5 days a week , I don't eat out, I stay below 2000 calls. I was in a deficit and was concerned it was making things worse. I had no energy. I eat high protein meals to preserve and build muscle. I felt CRAZY because I followed everything they recommended, showing them my food journals and everything.They would look at me like I was lying.

      SAME. literally everything. I also do not eat processed and have been that way my whole life since my parents are from the Caribbean. My labs are always normal, even optimal & they think I am lying about my diet.

      @@tianalo6512 and they wonder why alot of us are losing faith in these systems. so thankful I had enough sense to take control of my health as much as I can. Im not going back unless Im on my death bed. Ill figure it out myself.

      I have the same problem I eat so clean and workout a lot and I gain more and more weight. Now I made a Hormone Test and Im exited what it will say because its not normal anymore that I cant lose weight. So your not alone🫶🏽

      @@c_yber18 can you give us an update when you get your results? If you’re comfortable sharing ? It’s seriously so hard to find others that are struggling with the same issue. I search for UA-cam videos and it’s always people sharing results that they just fasted or ate less and exercise more and it’s literally not that simple. I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for three months along with walking 3 miles a day, upping my protein and not a single pound has been lost. So I’m stopping fasting but continuing the rest. I plan to get bloodwork done again soon. This is so frustrating

    I have insulin resistance and want to lose weight. I have lost a lot of weight but am tired of this. I am tired of sabotaging my weight loss efforts etc.

    I walk 5 to 6 days a week and lift weights 3 days abweek. I am 14 weeks PP and am still almost 20lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight. I am also exclusively breastfeeding. Why am I stuck around 160 still?!

    Thanks for all of this info Christine. I quite caffeine in January because of high cortisol and hormonal imbalance but am struggling with constipation still due to the lack of caffeine. Do you recommend anything to help combat it? Thank you!

    I had about 9 pounds worth of Fibroids (the fibroids were neighbors with my liver). It has been a traumatic experience. It wasn't until 2022 that I found out I had estrogen dominance, which makes me realize that I had a lot of things stacked up against me every time I tried a new diet plan or strategy. I have a question: after the hormone reset plan (which I believe is 21 days) which kind of diet do you recommend or do you recommend to stay on a hormone reset plan type of diet? Thanks for all you do.

    I have estrogen dominance and I always plateau when I am trying to lose weight. I will lose 20 pounds but no matter how I reduce calories or exercise I can't reduce my weight further. It is a frustrating battle. I have issues with Dim and have extremely heavy periods with an increase of cramps. Is lndole 3 carbinol better? Also what are your thoughts about calcium d gluterate and NAC with helping estrogen dominance?

    I’ve had a hysterectomy and take HRT… I’m lost and can not shift weight. I’m no longer taking progesterone as it’s apparently not necessary after a hysterectomy. Wondering if I actually should be taking progesterone to help level hormones and thus with weight loss?

    Is rebalancing possible after a hysterectomy 18 years ago forcing medical menopause? 😢 I feel like my efforts just keep me in place. I’m 52 now ovarian cancer stage one 18 years ago. I take zero hormones.

    hi, I recently got my hormone tested ,
    Progesterone 1.94 nmol/l
    Estradial 363.4 pmol/L
    Gives me a ratio of 6 ( very very estrogen dominance )
    DHEA 4.2umol/l
    Testosterone 0.8mmol/l
    HBA1C 5.7
    TSH 3.06
    I'm 45 yo having irregular period.
    In ur opinion, do u think my DHEA and Testosterone is low ?
    I'm thinking of trying out your recommended supplement .
    Which one should I go for ?

    What if you have to have a hormone imbalance due to cancer? Being triple positive I am not aloud to increase any hormones. Only what my endocrine system is producing and I reduce that even with spearmint. Being put i to full and total menopause in my early thirties. How do i lose this joint wrenching weight?

    I find that getting even 20g of fiber is hard for me even with added veggies and greens. How do you get 30-40g? Can I use supplements?
