Root/core issue for me was an abusive x husband...lived in flight or fight mode for years...he was seriously slowly killing me and my adrenal fatigure and lack of cortisol production were my signs. I left -healed my body and becoming better and better every day. People don't talk about this enough when it comes to relationships - you must leave them in order to heal not only your mind but your body as well.

This is an under rated video that deserves alot of views and focus to anybody dealing with psychological issues as well. After an year of anxiety and another year of medication and still getting those bursts.. learning and practicing things that actually helped me. All of it is summed up here , I'm yet to try more of nutrients like magnesium, but exercise, focus on gut health, breathing (box, sudarshan kriya) if stress is like fire, all these are like water shower, though we think how are they gonna help with stress, they are not addressing the cause of stress ...but these are magical things that changes our view, or equips us to handle things with ease. I wish I had seen this video earlier.

Reading my Bible and prayer is the most effective way for me to reduce stress. If you give you problems to the Lord, He will in turn give you peace. That’s a lot easier than 25 other things that just take more time and resources … which is probably part of the reason we are stressed to begin with.

Topic: As an Olympic Decathlete and Holistic Doctor, you would know about, and have personal experience, this. Strength building in conjunction with a ketogenic nutritional program.
My personal interest in this is diagnoses of MS and Type 2 Diabetes. I've lowered A1C from 12.9 to 6.4 in 10 weeks, gone from 250 to 185 lbs in 5 months (since March) and feel like I can start to exercise now (and have started 30-minute, overall body, resistance band workout) to overcome muscle atrophy in right leg, neuropathy in feet, overall weakness, etc. Seeing many positive results already

Wayne Rogers for muscle atrophy, joints...check into acupressure. I had neurologists, all kinds of specialists making money on tests or whatsoever attest that I am close to a paraplegic and there is no need to test again. Accidentally in Singapore I ran into a reflexologist who after an hour rubbing at one same location in between toes, I walked out with no pain for the rest of my life. I didn't know Keto then and many acupressure practitioners are vegetarians eating one meal a day. I vowed never go back to those specialists, only listen to Dr Eikberg, my favorite and practice acupressure daily besides the list of things shown on this video. Life is perfect and I'm grateful. Check out the temples. The monks are not there to make money. You have to see their practice to believe. Know that they can show you how to cure because they believe if anything comes back within 6 months then they did not cure anything. Trust me, you will be cured.

I've been doing a strict keto diet and monitoring of my calories, macros, and weight and have been frustrated to have stalls in progress after I've had a highly stressful week.
