    I check for 'ose' ending ingredients, actual sugar as well as starch. Thank you for your channel. Just discovered. What a relief to know I'm not going crazy only through a new stage, hence a new approach is needed. Really - thank you

    I started using natural estrogen via evening primrose oil. I also use olive oil daily. I also eat avocados daily. I am lactose intolerant so can't do dairy. I love Alaskan salmon!!

      @Fired Upp Fitness yes. But been feeling a drop in my hormones. My drive has gone down, not much sex drive. I started taking dong quai and that helped me to nor feel so dry and been feeling more like my female self. Got a hormone blood test done today. Will get results next week.

    I do read labels a lot. I appreciate your video!! There's a lot involved with labels that you drew my attention to which I wasn't as savvy on. I use my own homemade house products.

    Always read labels ..i look at how many ingredients and if there are any chemicals,syrups and -oses. I stay away from majority of what you said, but I see some improvements i can make…such as less than 25 g of sugar in ingredients and healthier fats

      ❤ that you’ve correlated this because you’re absolutely correct! When our insulin is unbalanced it wreaks havoc on the rest of our hormones.

    I’m stressed and I have anxiety and I’ve put on weight I need to loose the weight fast I’m 38 and I’m not comfortable running outside and when I’ve tried to run outside there has been people whom on purpose try and get in my way but I will be running on my treadmill but I suppose walking would help my anxiety

    • @FiredUppFitness
      @FiredUppFitness  2 роки тому

      If you feel the stress and anxiety, I'd suggest focusing on good sleep and trying as many outdoor, leisure walks as much as possible with some strength training for exercise. Implement daily stress breaks like deep breathing -- even for just a few minutes. Focus on some positive affirmations for yourself and you being your AWESOME self! Who cares what those other runners are doing, girl. You be YOUR best self! Try some of the herbs I mention in this video for stress help, too: ua-cam.com/video/L14PcULc_FM/v-deo.html You've got this!!

      I don't stress much about calories or sodium, but sugar is a key one to stay on top of to keep insulin levels down.

    Hi, i'm 16 and i lost my period due to hormon imbalance caused by weight loss. I need tips to get balanced but not gain weight while doing it😊

    • @FiredUppFitness
      @FiredUppFitness  2 роки тому +2

      Hi there! I would recommend talking to your parents and scheduling a visit to your doctor to rule out anything else beyond weight loss that may be causing amenorrhea (loss of menstrual cycle). Make sure you are eating enough and not over-exercising. I would recommend eating 3 balanced meals focused on whole foods that contain protein, healthy fat, and unprocessed carbs (vegetables, low sugar fruits, quinoa, brown rice, oats, etc). Eat mindfully taking at least 20 minutes to eat your meals and eat until you are 80% full. Losing your cycle in your teens for long periods of time can decrease your bone density, so I definitely recommend you talk to your parents and doctor about this. I hope that helps. :)

      @@FiredUppFitness thank you so much! I talked about it with my mom, i hope she will take me to the doctors soon. I stoped over exercising 3 weeks ago, and now i try to eat more balanced🙂

      When you lower the amount of processed and refined carbs you eat, it's actually good to include sea salt or pink Himalayan salt to help keep your electrolytes balanced.

    • @FiredUppFitness
      @FiredUppFitness  Рік тому

      Protein is one of my top ones, too. I recommend focusing more on sugar than calories and keeping total sugars to a max of 25 grams daily. Both of these have made a significant difference for me. Thanks for watching!

    What about vegetable oil?

    • @FiredUppFitness
      @FiredUppFitness  2 роки тому

      You really want to avoid all processed seed and vegetable oils (i.e. canola, corn, soybean, palm, safflower, etc). These all cause inflammation and can lead to health issues because of their high content of omega-6 fats. Swap these for extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil and MCT C8 oil.
