    Future reference, add the curry powder to the oil to properly release the curry oil/flavor. The dish will taste sooo much better!

I took notes through out the whole video and I will be getting some of these ingredient next week when I can fully start on the reset plan.     I made the garlic rosemary chicken with the butternut squash roasted salad and my husband went nuts!! We had leftovers and the salad was even better the next day roasted a bit in the oven. Can’t wait to try all the recipes from the Hormone Reset ❤️❤️❤️

    Please don't use plastic containers for hot foods and drinks try to avoid them completely but especially for hot foods they leach chemicals into your food or drinks that disrupt your hormones among other very bad health consequences

    So I have tried the Hemp Oatmeal - it’s so delicious and filling! I have had this every morning for breakfast this week. It keeps me full until lunch, and even then a small veggie wrap gets me to dinner. I add a tablespoon of ground flaxseeds to it as well and throw some fresh blueberries in there. SO good.
    I also made the coconut pumpkin curry and it was fantastic! Again, I could eat it every day. It is so filling and warm and delicious! I served it with rice to my husband and kids and just ate the curry myself with lots of leftovers for lunch and I loved it.
    I am making the pesto and Salmon tonight, can’t wait!
    I have PCOS, estrogen dominance and have been trying to balance my hormones for awhile with medication, however I recently got my IUD removed and am going the nutrition and supplement route at this point

    So glad to have discovered your channel! I'm 58 yrs old and I have lost a lot of weight doing KETO but I have noticed the stubborn belly fat (hormonal) that is very slow in leaving.     thanks for the new recipe from the hormone reset plan. I am so in love with the hemp seeds instead of regular oak meal.     I made the coconut curry last night and LOVE it ..I have enough for several days and I'm waiting to eat it for lunch . I also LOVE the Hempoatmeal dish ..so good !! I don't add ice to my smoothies but I think I'll start doing that

    Hi! I love the noatmeal recipe idea. I just went and got all the ingredients at the store after watching this. I’m curious, would this work as an overnight version too! Hemp, chia and almond milk overnight, then add the berries and nut butter etc in the AM?

    Recipes look simple and very tasty. Using the chicken and fish straight out the pkg w/o washing though was hard to watch. Food safety should be used and shared. Some people don't know better and do exactly as shown.

      Dont wash meat because it is actually more dangerous it can create a lot more bacteria. When you cook the meat properly it will kill everything. Make sure you use a thermal temperature for making sure your meat comes to the proper temperature or you can get sick. For chicken the internal temperature needs to be 165 degrees or higher to be safe to eat.

    Okay after watching these videos I just have one question do you take the supplements before you eat every single day for a reason or can us sensitive stomach people take probiotics after our breakfast? I've always struggled taking any type of vitamin or capsule early in the morning before I eat so is there any reason that you took it before eating breakfast? Also your chubby pitbull is everything 💕

      You can take with food and adjust the timing accordingly for the capsule

    I have fibroids but I tried to stop my coffee several times but I just couldn't... any advice please

      Take a gradual approach where if you drink coffee all day stick to just the am and switch to tea in the afternoon. Once you get that down for a few weeks, switch to half caff coffee in the am and tea in the afternoon, then switch to caffeine free teas in the afternoon. After a month of this you should be able to switch to decaf in the AM or just tea. Cold Turkey doesn’t work for everyone so if you need to gradually wean off of it that’s okay too!!

    Microwaving your food and using plastics and food in plastic and aluminum can mess up your body too. Even the stuff you wash with and things that have coloring or dye and non organic foods.

    Hello, love your channel just subscribed. Your dog's face and eyes are really red though! I have a similar breed dog who was suffering from allergies and inflammation. She now gets homemade cooked food and some raw food. It is slow cooked in a crockpot and essentially low/carb - keto. I would be happy to share the recipe here if anyone is interested. Her skin cleared up right away and no more trips to the vet for allergies!

      Oatmeal has tons of amazing properties however my ladies with hormone in balance is tend to do a little bit better on a slightly lower carb approach and again nothing wrong with oatmeal, however my focus on this video was to help people find ways to get the nutrients they need to address the deficiencies that result from imbalanced hormones

      You are not in a state of nutritional ketosis on this plan, and the carbs and fiber are higher, and the protein is higher
