    5:58 how to make dal( not 10 mins, the preparation time is 20-25 mins ,also soak the whole moong dal for atleast 6-8 hrs before cooking)
    3:13 how to make chenna masal[not 20 mins,
    the preparation time is 25-30 mins for 100g(add 300ml- 400ml of water)
    & For 200g prep. Time is 35-40 mins(add 500ml of water)]

I don't know if you realise this but you are in your late 20's and into home-style cooking, good healthy eating habits and also having a good lifestyle. I see in your videos that you have tried to make practical recipes saving time and also using ancient Indian techniques. Who was your inspiration? Is it that your parents used to follow and that's how you got more interest in it? So many guys of your age "waste" time with unwanted things but you've channelled it in a right manner!       1kg in 1 week isnt good at all. If you exercise once a day and eat healthy e.g eggs, brown rice, chicken, veggies, salad then youll lose 1kg in 2 days

      @@CEO_Belal no you are wrong, the healthy ideal way to lose weight is losing 1-2 pounds per week which is equivalent to 1 kg, if you lose more than that it will surely lose your weight and achieve your goal faster. But it is very dangerous to our body and the body metabolism rate will slows to conserve energy, which is not at all good to our body, i surely say you have little or no knowledge about fitness. I recommend you to not spread any wrong information and spoil others life. Peace ✌️

    I am a housewife and started eating every two hours and lost two kgs already within few weeks. I eat fruit first thing in the morning after brushing it has totally increased my metabolism.     I was 95 .2 weeks ago.
    Started the diet , lost 5 kg in first week.
    However in second week I changed the diet as there is no excess work.
    One chapati with dal and curd.
    Other time just fruits.
    I lost 5 kg in second and this is the third week .
    I am just 17 so other fellas of my age can do this easily.

      But if I give you a raw advice here it is .
      Stop eating food 3 times a day eat it at one time that is in morning. If you feel hungry eat a fruit . But at one time eat only one fruit .
      That's all the advice I can provide you with. Also if you can go on a walk in morning for a hour atleast.
      Start with 15 minutes but eventually increase it.
      Best of luck

      It all depends on life routine but your body gets adequate rest between 8pm to 4:00am. Before or after that is just unnatural way.
