I was 95 .2 weeks ago.
Started the diet , lost 5 kg in first week.
However in second week I changed the diet as there is no excess work.
One chapati with dal and curd.
Other time just fruits.
I lost 5 kg in second and this is the third week .
I am just 17 so other fellas of my age can do this easily.
I'm 17 too but 87 kg and having PCOD

But if I give you a raw advice here it is .
Stop eating food 3 times a day eat it at one time that is in morning. If you feel hungry eat a fruit . But at one time eat only one fruit .
That's all the advice I can provide you with. Also if you can go on a walk in morning for a hour atleast.
Start with 15 minutes but eventually increase it.
