I watch this vid of yours Thursday Evening and I gave it a try. I started Friday morning. I put a timer on my cellphone to drink water every two hours. I ate just like what you mentioned. We don't need to go hungry, just balance and moderate amount of food. This Monday morning , after the three days detox, I lost 1.36 kg, that's 2.9 pounds . And I'm feeling great. Thank you for the push! Your vid is so encouraging! I shared it to friends to give it a try too.

For decades, I've been drinking 8 oz
distilled water with 1 tbsp apple cider venigar every morning on an empty stomach & at night as well as intermittent fasting & does weight bearing exercise & tandem biking with my husband at least 3x/ week.

Watching what you eat can make a difference and do wonders for your health. I love to eat, 🥰 but 'll make sure that i don't overdo the sugar or carbs or do away with it completely.

Intermittent Fasting po, Doc!
Siguro, depende na rin sa health status ng tao. Late 50s at no maintenance, ok naman po yung OMAD or one meal a day.
Or at most 18/6... 18hrs fast, 6hrs eating window. One full meal only... avoid sugars for 4days a week.
Pero pang iwas sakit lang po iyan. Ayoko din naman umabot ng 90. Dasal lang natin na di tyo magiging pabigat sa pamilya natin 🙏
