Dok Gary noong 2004 ay nagka-major blood clot ako at na-ICU ng 2 weeks. Mula noon itinigil ko na ang paninigarilyo at pag-inom ng alak. Pero bunga ng aking panga-abuso sa katawan ako ay nagkasakit ng diabetes. sobra akong nabahala dahil sabi sa akin ay life time na raw akong maggagamot. Pero hindi ako pumayag at nagsaliksik ako. at isa nga diyan ay natagpuan ko ang VIRGIN COCONUT OIL . Mula noong 2005 ay gumamit na ako ng VCO at ginger at lemon grass at itinigil ko na lahat ang medications ko. Ako po ay going 72 na at salamat sa Poong MayKapal hindi ako nagkakasakit ng grabe maliban sa seasonnal flu at lagnat paminsan-minsan. Basta iwas carbohydrates ako pero umiinom pa din ako ng softdrinks kung naiinvite ako sa mga party. Pero lagi akong may baong tubig kahit saan any time. Lagi akong umiinom ng tubig at exercise everymorning 1 hour everyday yan. At hindi ako takot maarawan basta may baon akong tubig.Kung may sipon ako ay tubig lang ang katapat. Saludo ako sa bisa ng VCO at noong pandemya ay yan ang gamit namin pati mga alaga kong aso at pusa. Every morninng bago magkape ay 2 tablespoon ang take ko and at the same time ay energy booster ko pa yan.

Nakwento po ng dad ko na noong nasa NIST pa daw po sya, si Dr. Dayrit daw po ang senior scientist doon noon, at gumawa daw po ng mga studies sa health benefits ng VCO, na nagtrain pa daw po sila sa pag-extract from fresh coconuts. Brought him good memories. 🤗
My dad takes 2 tablespoons of VCO every single day. Kaya pala ang pilit nya magpahanap ng authentic VCO locally. Natikman nya na lahat ng brands pero ang pinaka ok daw ang lasa sa lahat is (NOT PAID) yung isa sa big mall chains sa Metro Manila, na kaapelido nyo po yung may-ari. 🤭 Seryoso po.

Doc, sobrang tama po talaga kayo.Matagal na po namin food supplements ang virgin coconut oil..Si lolo ko po 102 years old na po ngayon, si Lola ko po 94, si mama ko po 71, ang sekreto po talaga nila madalas ginataang isda po ang ulam, at ginataang mga green veges po.At hindi po sila mahilig sa matatamis na mga pagkain po.Wala po silang mga maintenance po.Ang daily routine po nila, walking at kwentuhan with mga apo's po..Miracle po talaga ang virgin coconut oil po,,kahit po sa pagluluto..Coconut oil po ang aming gamit..Salamat po Doc..dahil na topic niyo rin po.

Hello po ❤, good morning 😁! I grew up my Nanay used to make cooked the coconut 🥥, and that produced oil and latik. I know it’s good for the hair, but this is the first time I have learn how much more beneficial the coconut oil is all about. I know that there are some VCO here at the grocery store nearby me (South Carolina)I can get it and start on using it again. Thank you Doctor Sy for your un ending health guidance for all of us. Thank you, Dr. Gary for sharing this. Back in 2006, my son and I had dengue. 2 weeks na di bumababa ang lagnat namin. Sakto na may nakatabi akong VCO sa bahay dahil pinapainom ko yon sa mga anak ko everyday na parang vitamins at naisip kong anti-viral ito. So naisip kong inumin namin 'to at baka makatulong. Kinabukasan, nagsimulang bumaba yung lagnat namin. Sobrang nagulat ako sa instant effect niya. Doon talaga ako naniwala na magaling talaga ang VCO.
