Imagine reading the bible and thinking "hey, I know that from Metallica!"
🤣🤣🤣
"Wait, o know that. It's a classic"
Heavy metal made Bible study More interesting lol ….don’t tell my dad.
Passover is International Non-denominational Metallica Day.
@@colonelquack and I am here for it
You know what I love? That Dad, at the beginning, was almost lost and catatonic....UNTIL Metallica started cranking, then he came alive right before our eyes. Kick ass!!
Lol
Dont forget Dad would have been 40 years younger when Metallica wrote this (1984). So this guy headbanged to this stuff decades earlier
Oh damn I didn't start til 85
The Berlin wall came down in 1989. This concert was held just prior to the dissolution of the USSR.
Also the Berlin wall was in Germany. :P
2 fukn million people woooyeeea
I believe this was one of the largest concert crowds ever. Free show. A lot of people showed up. Monsters of Rock in Moscow, Russia. KAPOW!
Technically the Soviet Union. I think this was September 1991.
Some people died at this concert as well
Trash metal
Nice video, guys. 3 generations banging their heads together... awesome!!!!
Guitar solo you could see in the teenage girls eyes she just became a metal head
Have he seen more people than that? This was the biggest happening ever. It was over 1,2 million people right there
Naw, he's never seen a crowd like that. No way
This was as closes as we’ll come to world peace 😂😂
This concert was held in Moscow 1991 just months before the fall of URSS ( Union of Soviet Socialist Republics or Soviet Union) . URSS included Russia, Ukraine, etc. I think more than 10 countries. The concert had an estimate of 1.6 million people in the audience. ´The site was an abandoned airport of the Russian Army.
Metallica just released the black album in 91, one of the most selling albums of all time and they were opening for AC/DC and the concert was a celebration of democracy and freedom that were just around the corner.
Levis jeans, Coca Cola, american music were all just arriving in a legal way to Russia. You can see the army in the end they were celebrating too. The Berlin Wall fall 2 years before and the cold war was ending, hard to believe that this was all the consequences of WW2 that ended in 1945.
Months after the concert URSS no more exists, and Ukraine, Belarus, Slovenia and many more were free independent countries again. Russia too.
Hard to believe too that now, more than 30 years after... you cant drink a coca cola again in Russia, no more concerts, etc. etc. beucased some crazy guy named Putin want Ukraine again.
Check Master Of Puppets from Metallica, Unforgiven, with lyrics ;)
All the best.
Look at her eyes! me too when i was your age. Metallica always delivered live. This song in particular sets the place off. Get ready...DIE,DIE,DIE...such a great part of the show
Concerts were so much better back then. All general admission. Like he said "back in the day." 89 was rhe first time I saw them. Still one of my favorite shows ive been to.
Nice 💪🔥🤘
1.6 million at that show!!! Monsters of Rock tour
1.6 Million people saying "Die!"
Soviet Military, "Yeah, we're out of here!"
Priceless eye reactions in the middle there lol I'd love to see a reaction to Mercyful Fate just for girls eyes.
Oh no….Oh goodness you left off the best part. The ending. I see it tho’. I see the metal head growing in the eyes of the one in the middle. I’ve seen that look before.
That was my thought, she was in awe.
They have instruments!
Where have you ever seen a crowd of over a million people at a concert?
I Have Hair! This is Back 🎸

Rod Stewart performed at Copacabana Beach for New Years eve and 3.5 million turned up
Wow
why is the video ending so abruptly? y'all didn't even react to the full song
We believe the video didn't fully export from our editing program. We didn't notice this until after we already deleted the video and were unable to fix it. Sorry. We did figure out how this happened and it won't happen again in the future.
Hi Dad and Chad welcome
Love your videos!!! have you aver considered KISS?
Way back in the '70's the members did individual albums that are all equally good. You should check them out. You won't be disappointed.
We added them to our list. Thanks for watching.
Ed sheerans tour in 2018 attracted 4.86 million people in 2018...
Why cut it off at thr end?

ALL NIGHTMARE LONG - Mexico
Just found this channel, 3 in a row, lovely 😊, especially the grand dad ❤❤❤awesome 👌
Thanks so much! 😊
over 1.4 million
Rod Stewart, 1994-3.5 million
The largest concert ever was Rod Stewart in a concert on the beach in Rio di Janeiro 3.5 million people. I actually took two seconds and Googled it. I am sure there's at least three phones and a computer in front of you 2 seconds. Great reaction though I do like your Channel. Have you ever heard religious scripture sound so good.
Dad looks confused by this thing called a computer. ;)
We think he was lol.
1.6 million people
when Metallica at super bowl? they deserve it
great concert ever...i was i was there
Just my favorite fuckin' band! James Hetfield of Metallica is an influence on me when it comes to playing the guitar and singing. He's a fuckin' powerhouse on the guitar and on vocals, holy fuck! He's got a kinda strange way of holding his guitar pic. He's holding it between his middle finger, pointing finger and thumb. That's really kinda odd for a guitar player.
1.6 million over three days at Moscow
Why do you think that he who plays drums has a flag from Switzerland, but they live in the USA now,, a member of it died in a car accident in Sweden when they wanted to play in Gothenburg,,,, they always have their flag with them. ..... Greetings from Stockholm 💙💛
It's a Danish flag. And it was a bus accident.
Wrong. It's not the flag of Switzerland. It's the national flag of Denmark, where Lars family is from and where he was born.
It also was not a car accident. Metallica's tour bus rolled over and killed bassist Cliff Burton
Hello reaction alice in chains song man in the box live 1990 seattle.

You may be cool, but you will never be cool enough to get 1.6 million Russians to chant "DIE!!!"😂
NEVER.
Imagine Doing this song with Breathing Sounds instead of instruments like those “home free” dorks
You are very late!
Rod Stewart holds the record at 3.5 million in attendance.
Metallica in Russia
Do Pantera DOMINATION..........From the same concert......BETTER!!!!!!!
Added it to list
I second this!! Was “imo” one of there best live performances! And at the same concert with this crazy crowd🤘🤪
Hi
please reaction to Dimash Kudaibergen " show must go on " 2017 I' m singer
Added to list.
there were other big bands there for this concert
Apparently, to my utter disgust, the general consensus is that the largest ever concert was put on by Rod Stewart in Brazil at Copacabana. The crowd is estimated to have been between 3.6 and 4.1 million. That’s a lot of people with awful taste in music. I have really diverse taste in music; I like everything from Metallica to the Beatles to Mr. Bungle to Robert Johnson to John Coltrane to The Clash. But Rod Stewart is weak sauce. WEAK, I say.
Most of them would be there anyway to see the fireworks.
Concert was just before the wall came down long going joke is that Metallica broke Russia lol so deff was a big deal for them to be there cause we still were in a cold war with Russia this was September 91 December that year the wall came down
