Not everybody has the ability to "care about others" the way most people do. Look it up. For them people other than themselves are not really people, but objects to use when is beneficial to them. With a few necessary pieces missing upstairs (no conscience so to speak) I'm sure she sleeps very well at night.
These people are very sneaky cause they are very good actors/actresses and they can pass themselves off as normal with ease. Unless you have the privilege of being with them when they totally lose their sh*t over a perceived minor slight.
Maybe some day we could see some smaller fMRI scanners in court to check the brain real quick. Some spots may be dark like North Korea at night there.

It's not an act. She studied law, did she not? She's trying to make sure there is no ambiguity in her answers, she is aware of how the prosecutor is phrasing questions to present her as guilty to the court, she is only being precise to give answers in a way that doesn't do her an injustice. She clarifies the questions, she doesn't 'pretend to not understand'.

I can't believe how smug, arrogant and uppity she comes off. And that wide eyed stare, as if she's innocently participating, only to argue and disagree with every single point the attorney makes -- it's alarming. THIS is a woman who cannot be wrong. EVER. And when it comes to her brother's upcoming prosecution -- god help him...because she is NOT going to testify for him in any way that could possibly implicate her.
I'm not a fan of her but I can understand her frustration with the prosecutor's questions. He is framing her divorce actions in an extremely negative way, very likely more negatively than she deserves.
He says "dropped the bomb" about divorce as though it was a surprise.
He makes it look like she took "his" children away...she was right to correct him and say "our" children.
He puts interpretation and attitude around the type of wedding they had.
He insinuates that by not consuming media about the case as her lawyer advised, she doesn't even care about who the murderer was.

The prosecutor is quite annoying. I'm surprised the line of questioning was even allowed. It seems like she and her brother are on trial but this is Katherine Magbanua's trial.

I doubt she will be charged though. It seems likely to me she was either involved or knew about it, but I don't think they have enough evidence about Wendi specifically.

Thank you for posting. I watched the trials back in 2022, but today in rewatching her testimony it just reinforced her involvement and as a lawyer her style to control every question.
She is not “controlling every question.” Not everyone refusing to be bullied by an attorney’s question is guilty. That’s the problem with people getting their legal “expertise” from Law and Order. She is answering every question asked and when the other attorney makes a statement and doesn’t ask a question (which is not allowed during examination), she calls him on it. She handled the questioning flawlessly!
