We do your strength in Tuesday’s, your balance in Wednesday’s. Our class is an hour long so I usually just double up on your videos. Thank you very much Meredith! It was absolutely great! I found out your exercises some months ago, and I started doing some exercises every day. In the morning, I decide about which of your lessons I want to follow, and then I start. Sometimes I do something shorter, or lighter, but I do it every single day. With your wise teachings there's no chance you can injure yourself, unless you want to do what a young man/woman can do. That time has gone forever, we (seniors) have to accept that we're getting older and older. Anyway I have many physical issues, so I do everything with calm. Today I found this new lesson (for me), and I did it. It was really good, I liked it. I'm not surprised though, because all that you do is always absolutely perfect for seniors! I use dumbbells too, and I follow the exercises for beginners and seniors. We have to remember that from a certain age it's easy to lose muscles, and really very hard to gain them. My advice to seniors like me (over 60, and from a former Geriatrician)... follow the lessons with Meredith in which she uses dumbbells, not only stretching. And very important, if you are a Senior (I'm not talking to someone who is already trained, of course), Seated Core And Abs Workout for Seniors And Beginners is fantastic, and really helpful, believe me! With Meredith, obviously!

Just started doing your moring and evening stretches I’m 60 years old and have had a physical job my whole life arthritis is creeping in and stiffness and hardly any flexibility. This has helped a lot I will continue these untill I can advance into more of your classes. Thank You
