- looking for a short but intense pilates inspired, low impact workout, that burns away your saddlebag in a limited time only?
I invite you to try this workout with me.
There's absolutely nothing wrong about having saddlebags around the hips area, nor is it bad to have a "hip hole", but if it bothers you a lot, you can always try to sculpt some body parts with the right exercises.
no matter if you want firmer hips, less fat around those areas, or filling it up with some muscles.. this workout is created to help you achieve your goals.
I combined the exercises in a way, that your muscles has to work constantly.
Slow and low impact is the key.
You can always take breaks if you want, but the goals is to be able to push through the full workout without a break :-)

Been doing this every day, for 14 days now. After 10 days I can see a clear difference in my cellulites getting way smaller. I also can notice and feel my leg muscels getting stronger, toned and more visible. This is defenetly a hidden treasure as someone else said in the comments!

Could you please be detailed more in your results like maybe your measurements and what did you notice? Like toned or slimmed or more curvier hips and did the saddlebags dissappear or at least became less? Please and thank you. 😁😄😅
@@habibashanab6924 sure! i didn't take measurements before starting this so i cant tell you about that, but- i always struggled with a lot of fat, especially around the hips and saddlebags and i found this one, so i usually did it after 30-40 mins of a hiit workout and yes, my hips became more toned, and the saddlebags became a lot less than they were before. hope this helps!

@@shrutigoswami3773 hi, im sorry i've never measured it or anything and i don't do this everyday, i only workout 3x a week and i use this vid on leg days only. also, what i meant by "killing" is burning my outer thighs not getting rid of it. but my outer thighs sore the day after doing this and i started to see the results BUT i don't get it only from this vid, i use other vids as well. (sorry if it's too long T_T)

It does hurt but still that part is not toned yet.
In my body shape it doesn't work much but when I Started this exercise with diet I can see my result fast .before my thigh were 54 cm with saddlebag now it's 51.5 cm within 2week .
please share your diet tips:)) because for me i eat quite healthy but majority of times i lose cm from my upper body
@@birutec8725 If u have fat in lower body like me u have to avoid eating oily food and drink enough water and try to eat your dinner before 07:00 PM or have snacks (it help u most ) . I hope u see results more fast :):):):)

You are right fat loss is 70-80% depend on diet.
I followed fit tuber fat loss diet plan and it was effective.
@@princess-us6sd it's a fat around ur joining of butt and thighs, and it is also called outer thigh fat too.

This was by far the most intense outer thigh workout I have ever done as much as it hurt Im gonna keep doing this for a week cause I know I will see such great results

It is best saddle bags workout I've ever done, I have done literally so many workouts for outer thigh, but all were more targeted on the inner thigh, but this one is really a gem

Hi Angie!I have been doing so many exercises to reduce those stubborn saddle bags and outer thighs..haven't ever got a considerable result..today is my second day doing this exercise ,already my saddle bags are crying out in pain..i have really high hopes these exercises will help me crying in happiness too!!!

This was so funny because after the exercices on the floor, when I had to stand up and keep going my legs were shaking 😂😂😂 I guess that means I was doing something right.
This was fun! I enjoyed it and also "suffered" through it, but the burn I got was so satisfying!!! And it was never so hard that I felt as if I couldn't do it, it just asked for a little bit of extra effort, but what I like so much about your workouts Angie is that anyone can do them, at their own pace, making it harder or easier depending on their level.

Did it before for 1 week but had to stop cause i got sick. I noticed the more you do it the easier it become.

Day 1:- done, my god i am telling you guys this is not easy but it doesn't mean that it is impossible... my outer thighs are burning now... i am not able to walk right now...
Day 2:- done, i guess second day is more painfull...

Day 5:- done... loose skin on outer thighs or say that saddle bag muscles are getting slightly tight...

Day 14:- done... this workout is very effective and helpful for those whose having saddle bags just like me... guys i am not saying that my saddlebags are completly gone but they reduce and do not look awkward at all just like before.... go for it guys...
I like this workout because it isn’t too hard but isn’t super easy either. The only move I have problem with is the 2nd move the bent over lateral raise. This move is hard for me cause I can’t keep my 🦵 straight and it is hard to lift sideway.

Hi this is awesome. One question: I do 30 minutes of Jogging each day, and since my saddlebags are very stubborn , I decided to combine my cardio in the morning with your 10 minutes outer thigh workout. Do you think I should do this ten-minute exercise before my running or after to get the best fat-burning result? Or it just simply doesn't matter? :
Can you make more of outer thigh workouts which are more intense than this one ( with weights too),I just want to lose that fat . Sometimes I feel like it's not going to work coz it says ' low impact '.
