@@habibashanab6924 sure! i didn't take measurements before starting this so i cant tell you about that, but- i always struggled with a lot of fat, especially around the hips and saddlebags and i found this one, so i usually did it after 30-40 mins of a hiit workout and yes, my hips became more toned, and the saddlebags became a lot less than they were before. hope this helps!

Been doing this every day, for 14 days now. After 10 days I can see a clear difference in my cellulites getting way smaller. I also can notice and feel my leg muscels getting stronger, toned and more visible. This is defenetly a hidden treasure as someone else said in the comments!
In my body shape it doesn't work much but when I Started this exercise with diet I can see my result fast .before my thigh were 54 cm with saddlebag now it's 51.5 cm within 2week .
@@birutec8725 If u have fat in lower body like me u have to avoid eating oily food and drink enough water and try to eat your dinner before 07:00 PM or have snacks (it help u most ) . I hope u see results more fast :):):):)

This was so funny because after the exercices on the floor, when I had to stand up and keep going my legs were shaking 😂😂😂 I guess that means I was doing something right. This was fun! I enjoyed it and also "suffered" through it, but the burn I got was so satisfying!!! And it was never so hard that I felt as if I couldn't do it, it just asked for a little bit of extra effort, but what I like so much about your workouts Angie is that anyone can do them, at their own pace, making it harder or easier depending on their level. As a pear shaped body with short legs my thighs are one the biggest insecurities especially outer thighs i did so many outer thigh workouts but none of them burns as much as this workout. I am going to do this workout for atleast 14 days

Dont ptessure yourself too much but for an example just swap out certain things,like soda for kombucha or water with fruit,maple syrup in coffee instead of sugar etc. But please dont starve yourself. If you do you will get gut issues like I did :/. Not fun at all.
I like this workout because it isn’t too hard but isn’t super easy either. The only move I have problem with is the 2nd move the bent over lateral raise. This move is hard for me cause I can’t keep my 🦵 straight and it is hard to lift sideway.
first workout for me where i actually feel the burn in my outer thighs! trying it out for 1-2 weeks day 3: i can make it through the workout only slightly out of breath now so i’ll take that as an improvement!

I followed fit tuber fat loss diet plan and it was effective.

Dont ptessure yourself too much but for an example just swap out certain things,like soda for kombucha or water with fruit,maple syrup in coffee instead of sugar etc. But please dont starve yourself. If you do you will get gut issues like I did :/. Not fun at all.

I like this workout because it isn’t too hard but isn’t super easy either. The only move I have problem with is the 2nd move the bent over lateral raise. This move is hard for me cause I can’t keep my 🦵 straight and it is hard to lift sideway.

first workout for me where i actually feel the burn in my outer thighs! trying it out for 1-2 weeks
day 3: i can make it through the workout only slightly out of breath now so i’ll take that as an improvement!

Can you make more of outer thigh workouts which are more intense than this one ( with weights too),I just want to lose that fat . Sometimes I feel like it's not going to work coz it says ' low impact '.
