You should really limit the time you’re in the shower because of the fluoride they add to the water supply. Your skin is absorbing it as you’re in there.

But medical issues kicked in worse than in the past, and since 2015, I had a bad run with my body - surgeries and medical conditions that I have been actively following healing protocols to improve and eliminate. Thinking 💭 why does the core workouts have to suck so much (no pun intended) core workouts are great, everyone KNOWS that but the thought of them make me shake. Front core and the back core the buttock and lower back are THE toughest to maintain for me. This exercise will be a good warmup or standalone home workout exercise, I needed. 🙌🏿👊🏿🙏🏿
I really appreciate your suggestions doc, but I must add a bit on what you said in this one (out of experience!): that “as far up as you can” about raising the leg back might mislead people into firing lower back muscles. It is enough to feel with your hands that gluteus max firing as you very well demonstrated 😉 and no need to strain that lower back 🙏
If you really think about it and live in the muscles, notice you’re also firing up your hamstrings, your back obliques and your transverse abdominal muscles too! ⭐️
I haven't been able to do every everything you have showed us yet however I've stopped using sugar for the 1st time 50 years. I cheated I'm using honey.lol . However I'm feeling stronger and better and I don't need as much honey. Thank you!

I just started doing these a few days ago and let me tell you, you can definitely feel it when your done. My butt cheeks are sore! Lol These are great because I have a back injury and this exercise doesn't put any strain on my spine, so I've added these to my low impact workout. 🙂
@@sirishalakkakula8951 I just started doing these so I can't tell you for certain because I'm on a carnivore lifestyle of eating so I've dropped over 50 lbs from that alone then started exercising to get myself toned up. You'll have to be mindful of what you eat and how much no matter which way you choose, but I just know what has and is working for me. I also just started doing a variation with several other workouts and rotate from day to day. For me I had to drop weight first before I started working out because it's easier for me to exercise and move with less weight. Every person is different so you have to do what works best for you.

After I clench my glutes, if I move any part of my body, I don’t feel as if my glutes are still clenched or it feels impossible to clench the glue muscle. Is there anything anybody can recommend on how to fix this so that I can keep the glutes, engaged for the exercise?
I’m a man and I try lots of this stuff to loose butt it never works? just keep getting bigger. i would say don’t sit on your butt a lot, intense fasting, also long runs intense workouts and eating less. Sleep on your sides or sit on your sides?
I started doing this 3 months ago 4 times a week along with hiking and 80 squats a night, and everyone around me asking me if I got a Brazilian booty lift 😂 because my booty looks perkier and rounder. Even my bf says he loves how he spanks me and it jiggles 😌
