WOW!!! I’m literally in tears right now because when I injured my back, I haven’t been able to exercise like I use to. I went from someone who had no problem with exercise or weight gain to NOTHING!! Everything stopped. I was able to do these exercises, not feel any back pain afterwards AND felt the burn!!!! With my new diet (keto) and these moves, I actually feel hopeful for the first time in 5 year!!!! Thank you for sharing! God is GOOD!!🙏🏾

I’m a truck driver of 26 yrs. I’m tiny and all my driver friends said I’d be fat in a year. I do these exercises while driving. Still weigh 115 lbs and my tummy after 4 kids and a hysterectomy is flatter with better abs then most in their 20’s.

I can’t do crunches or sit-ups too well because I broke my tail bone roller skating years ago and it gets so sore even with a pillow it’s uncomfortable. So I am so excited for this type of workout for my stomach area! So hopefully this will be..GOODBYE MUFFIN TOP 🙌
@@canditamcguckian1031 I can't do crunches or sit-ups for the rest of my life cuz of a full lumbar spinal fusion. So anything that doesn't require spinal flexion is a life saver for me!

During regular exercise... at least 5 times a week... i do these workouts for 10 mins to 20 mins.
Thiese are for abdominal muscles.
For thighs different sets will be required.... depending on fat levels in the thighs. If muscle content is higher muscles in legs may get bigger.
Spot refuction is not possible. Muscles can be toned up.
When you lose weight fat moves out from wherever it is stored.
Genetic coding is also a factor.
Esting less calories than you spend is a sure way of reducing fat.

Thank you. No silly gimmicks or preaching!! After a physical my doctor told me I needed to make some lifestyle changes or … I was up to 230lbs. High cholesterol, borderline diabetic, high blood pressure etc. And pretty much the same diagnosis for my wife. We changed our diets and started exercising. It’s been about 8 weeks. I’ve lost 16 pounds and she’s lost 9 pounds. We feel 20 years younger too. We needed some stomach exercises and we just watched your video and we can feel they are very effective. Thank you for your time and common sense instructions. We just subscribed too.

Simple and efficient! I've done a variation of these since my lumbar fusion/metal fixation surgery in the 90's. This is hands down the most affective AB workout I have ever done. I have tried so many AB regiments but this particular muscle group and his description have produced results like I have never seen before. Thank you for producing this video, I encourage you to continue your good work.
This went viral on tiktok & I saw people trying it for 1 week straight. There were RESULTS! However it wasn't major results but you could see a slight difference in just a week. So imagine if someone stays consistent for months. I'm definitely adding this to my workout routine as a warmup & mix in other ab workouts for maximum results

@@dennisechristensen8060 After showering, apply bleach to toe nails on a daily basis. Let bleach dry., only takes a couple of minutes. I use an ear bud to apply all over toenail. It will take about a month to see results but it worked for me..
Just what I was looking for. Easy to do. You can feel that muscle. Great for strengthing the back.
Eat half, walk twice , laugh triple. You will have a long healthy life. Stress that make you gain weight, grow old ,get sick so you can meditate while you are walking. This formula came from a place thousand of years ago. The average age of this village were 95 years old. Maybe it helped they did not have fast food restaurants and traffics and cell phones and Netflix.

Hello, Dr. Mandell. I've been doing these abs exercises for a week and I can notice my tummy getting flatter! After FOUR pregnancies I've been doing the regular sit ups and with no results. I'd discovered your video last week after I did a search for a better way of doing sit ups. And, holy cow! I love your version! And, to see results after one week! (I take pics so I can see the results!) Thank you for these videos!

I needed this!!! I'm working for over 7 yrs as a nanny, I keep doing the wrong lifting, get injuries whatnot, and at some point despite hard work I noticed my belly muscles got loose, my spine got into a horrible posture, and I kept getting shoulder pain and pinches, including rottator cuff pain... I literally had to break my posture and worked on it for several months now, but being in pain couldn't do much of an workout, especially after 9 hrs on my feet, bending and working. This was the last link I needed and I loved this routine. I felt it in no time. Once I went through all the pain I need to tighten my belly muscles so I never feel such agony again!!!! Also it's nice do do some use sitting in the chair. I have a bar at home, and I workout as much as I can trying not to heavy lift anything or put more pressure one my already tired body. Thank you!

Thanks Doc, I felt the difference, Now I'm working on discipline, I have cut ✂️ sugar a LOT, eating healthier, before pandemic I was going to exercise class 3x's a week,, in May I started walking 2-3 x's a week, now nothing 😔 and my body definitely notices that I NEED to move, muscles are getting weaker, I've been picking up my 5lb dumbbells, it helps, Will start walking again very soon, especially since snow and ice is coming, Thank you for all you do 🙏
