    My family has had this exact reformer for years and the videos it came with are so old + not nearly as good as these videos! I'm so happy I found them because I was going to give up on my at-home-Pilates journey! THANK YOU DEZ!

      Love your workouts Just got a reformer since the gym no longer feels safe and comfortable. Your workouts have been terrific! I’d love to see more full body intermediate and advanced workouts .

    Super fun workout with the pole! I've done all your reformer workouts so far, except for the two with the pole, because I didn't have one. I took advantage of the MERRITHEW Black Friday sale last week and upgraded my original springs to the high precision package and bought a pole. This was my first time using the pole, and it was a really fun challenge! My At Home SPX is over 15 years old and still going strong. Thanks for sharing these workouts -- I'm so glad I found you!

    Enjoyed the challenge of this video. It involves lots of flexion. Would love to see some routines that emphasize neutral and extension, for those with osteoporosis. Keep up the good work.

    Ouf, tough on the upper body yet you manage to always wake up my abs. Love the maple pole although I must admit I was afraid when feet were on it that the pole would come off and hit me in the face! It didn't :)
