    Loved this workout! Thank you. Can you provide additional details on how to best set up the dowel rod (i.e. how far apart should the straps be? Ideal placement of feet? Etc.). I appreciate YOU! 💝

      When the dowel is in between the loops or handles, you want to make sure the dowel feels balanced. Keep the loops about shoulder or hip distance apart. Hope this makes sense and helps you out!

    I haven't heard anything about the Pilates breath. Is that no longer necessary

      Typically the rule of thumb is to exhale when are exhorting the most energy and inhale when not.
