    I have been travelling a week plus and missing workouts. Finally landed in a hotel with a reformer machine and what I did was I googled reformer workouts. I have had done Pilates before (but it’s been a while) but gosh! Loved your workouts. Sooo easy to follow. Thank you again! ❤

    I've done all your reformer workouts several times and this one is my fave! Your pacing and instruction are just right for me. I love the jump pike move and the burn in my abs and gluts at the end.

As for the box workouts, I do try my best to give modifications during those workouts and/or in the description so that if you don't have one available you can still get the most out of those workouts!     I'm on a Dez kick--3 days in a row! I decided to try your earliest one--just as nice as the others that I did. Always a little surprise move (like the pike move in this one). At first I hesitate on these, always afraid to fall flat on my face, but then I give it a try. Not as elegant as you but fun. Thanks for putting some of those in--not too many that I feel the workout is out of my range, yet enough to challenge me to go just a wee but beyond my safety zone.

    Thank you for a very good workout. Love the complete full body ones. I used to go to IMX Pilates and this workout was very similar to it except they would do some cardio jumpboard to make it really complete in a 50 min time frame. Thank you again.😊

    Just came back to do this workout, and I loved it!🥰 Your instructions on which muscles to activate during each exercise are so helpful. I always like to know where to initiate from because I think it’s so important in order to not get hurt. So thank you for that!!!

      I purchased the MetroIQ one from BalancedBody! It's a bit pricey, but its really sleek and can be stored underneath a bed or upright in a closet (if you choose library wheels). It feels exactly like a studio reformer - some at-home reformers don't have springs, so you don't feel the same impact.

    Thank you. I bought a machine about a week ago. I have been disappointed because the videos I have tried are to fast, queuing with different lingo than I am used to from the studio and hard to follow. This was the first video where I am not cranking my neck to see what is going on!

    Great workout! I love your classes. At 44:04 when you say abdominal lifted - is that the same as sucking in your abdominal? What does it feel like so I know how to activate the right muscles ? Thank you!

      Hi! Thank you! I wouldn’t say it is the same as sucking in, more like a small contraction in the lower abs lifting them away from the floor. You will want your core to still be working during the single thigh stretch in order to protect the weight from spilling into your lower back. Hope that helps!

    I like your workout video. I am 5’2” and I have balanced body studio reformer, revo type footbar. What is my adjustment in order for me to do your work out? Thanks

      Thank you! I’m not as familiar with the balance body machines, but on the Stott reformer I would suggest the gear bar be at one and the stopper be at one. You may also be OK with two and two.

    Hi Dez, I just got my reformer and it has green red and blue springs (mimics the one I had been using at my instructor's studio). Are your red springs the heaviest in your set? Do you have blue and yellow? Please advise. my "heavy" is green at this point - maybe it's a bit too much?

      Hi! Yes on my machine red is the heaviest, but I have used machines with the green as well. The green is typically the weight of one red and one blue together… so yes it is heavier than one red on its own. Hopefully that helps. Sorry I know I don’t call out green typically as it isn’t as common. Also your yellow is most likely equivalent to the weight of the white on my machine. Let me know if you have any other questions!

    What's your bar on Dez? High or low? I always do low for ft wrk but your bar looks higher. Stott ref's are so smooth. Greta videos btw!

      Mine is on the highest setting, but you can definitely take the option to lower it if it's more comfortable. Yes I love the Stott reformers and thank you so much!
