- Last year, I experienced lower back pain pseudo sciatica symptoms as a result of a slight misalignment of my sacroiliac joint. These exercises are a combination of what my chiropractor recommended and what I've learned from Body & Brain to relieve lower back pain. Please take it easy! Depending on the level of your pain, you may have to work yourself up to the last exercise, all the others are very mild yet effective. I hope they as helpful to you as they were to me!
