Healing Affirmations | Guided Meditation with Channeled Messages (528Hz)
Thank you all so much for your support, this will be my last video on this channel.
I thought it fitting to share with you some of the channeled messages I've been receiving lately in the form of guided meditation. I hope that they can become healing affirmations for you and encourage you to connect with your own channel and spirit guides. Like I've been loving to learn with @Saralandonlife.
It is a certainly bitter sweet moment. While I am saddened, I am also excited for new projects in the near future. I love you all, dearly. Thank you again for being here and showing up for yourself on your healing journey.
As you listen to the channeled messages in this video, I hope you can feel my heart. These healing affirmations are my final words to you all. They are all the wondrous things I wish for you so you can know how incredibly beautiful and magnificent you truly are.

    🙌 Amazing video, Courtney! 🧘‍♀ 👣 Your toe tapping exercise seems like a soothing ritual before bed. The connection between simple physical movements and stress relief is so interesting! The parasympathetic activation and the idea of drawing energy down from an overactive mind is a concept mirrored in other relaxation practices too. ✨ Love the emphasis on being present and processing emotions slowly - such a mindful approach! And those sensations like tingling could be evidence of the release of energy, maybe even engaging the endocannabinoid system, which plays a part in mood regulation and stress response. 🌿 👍 Can't wait to incorporate this into my nightly routine for better sleep and less anxiety. Thanks for sharing your wisdom and guidance. Will drop thoughts after trying this out for a few nights!     I never cry during ho oponopono until now. I was crying half way through. I am always so hard on myself even though I try not to me. I will keep coming back to this❤

    I really liked this but was disrupted partway through the I'm sorry statements with a commercial. I was quite surprised by that. Usually meditation videos don't have a commercial.
