I've had back pain for years and haven't been able to identify the imbalance in my body which has been causing my pain until now. I hadn't come across the bretzel stretch until now. The first time I did the bretzel 1.0 i noticed on my right side an abdominal muscle and rib pain from a very old surfing injury, it was a relief to stretch thus area and immediately after the stretch I felt an incredible relief from my lower back pain.
This fist stretch helped so very much for my pain helped more than chiropractic care I got.this helped immediately iam just in awe at how fast this works
Since I started to do the 5 tibetan rites I have no longer any back pain (if I don't forget to drink enough water) but it takes time to build this up, weeks or rather months. But I recommended Milton Chiropractic Clinics stretches above to a relative and a friend and both were very happy indeed - they were surprised of it's fast results. Thank you.
Wow.. hurt my back deadlifting or squaring 2 months ago.. after resting and working around it I went back in but very carefully.. workouts were fine but I have been noticing some stiffness on standing after sitting.. was doing the basic cat cow child pose etc for 3 weeks with no help or relief .. was getting reallly worried andI was going to get an MRI .. I came across these lightly different movements and started doing them twice a day in conjunction with the others .. I can’t believe the improvements in 2 days.. thank you soooooo much for sharing 🥰

thank you, i play bball and my back is giving me pain wc prevents me to play and enjoy the game but after i tried these exercises the pain subsided wc enabled me to resume playing, i tried a number of different exercises here in youtube but yours worked for me, super thanls
