I'm so glad you shown two ways on making falafel. The baked version looks wonderful!!
I made this recipe for the first time and it was perfect ! I am totally hooked, and have cut my burger consumption by at least half.
Wow so glad to hear it. Thanks so much!
Tuu
he oils you are using are all ;;;;;SEED OILS...... AND ARE HIGHLY TOXIC. Please use ....olive extra virgin....instead///
can you freeze falafel?
@@rufaidahkaduji1646 yes you can, but if you’re gonna freeze them don’t add the baking powder to the mixture and add them later after it thawed
I love that you did 2 versions of the falafel!! I am literally obsessed with your page. every time I have friends over, I go on here to get authentic Lebanese recipes and recreate them.
I love falafel, who doesn’t ? Great recipe ! I love Lebanese food and gastronomy, it’s the best in the world. I’m from Norway, I got the chance to study Arabic at the American University of Beirut eight years ago, it was wonderful.... beautiful country, people, rich culture and history. This is Lebanon in a nutshell. Shokran!
I am going to make this recipe but I will spray with olive oil and do them in the air fryer 🥙
Love this!!!!
Unfortunately, my husband does not, I end up cooking them for just me😂
I have tried many diffrent Falafel recepies but finally found the perfect one 😍 Thank you 🙏 Xx
Totally addicted to these falafels! My kids keep asking for them weekly. 😊
I really love your channel. In a strange way it makes me emotional because it reminds me so much of my grandmothers cooking.
Awww I'm happy to hear you enjoy it and I'm honored actually that it reminds you of your grandma's cooking :)
Thank you for doing real subtitles!!
It takes time and effort which is why so many channels use auto caption and never even bother to do a quick proofread, but when subtitles are done right it is REALLY, REALLY appreciated.
If you use that kind of bread, I can really recommend, to tear it apart, so that you have two round sheets. Then wrap everything in one of the layers and then the other layer around. It holds better like this and the bread gets a nicer consistency. All the good falafel stores here make it like this.
Thank you! Beautifully presented!
Thank you so much for this recipe. I tried and made a whole lot of Falafels today. It was so tasty .
A personal favourite!😋 They're so tasty, even if you just have them as a snack on-the-go, plain or with fresh lemon juice.
I made this recipe today. All from scrach, the falafel, the pita bread and the tahini sauce. It was the best falafel that I ever made. I loved this recipe. It is easy and tasty. Thank you for sharing. Next I want to try the houmous with the mince meat and pune nuts.
These looks amazing, I can't wait to try it! Thank you!
Thanx for providing both options of making the filafel.
I enjoy that you use only a few simple ingredients.
I've been making these for a while now but came back to see about baking them. Thanks. Turned out great. I cooked extra and used them, cut in quarters, as "croutons" on some lentil soup.
I've always wanted to try more vegan recipes and this seems like a perfect post-workout snack as well! Thank you for such a clear and easy-to-follow video!
I have cooked the recipe today and everyone in my house loved it. They are my best attempt at falafel and I'm adding the recipe to my cooking notebook, this is my falafel recipe for ever! Thank you very much. I've also tried the humus and it was very good, but skinning the chickpeas was a bit hard work. Thank you again.
Beautifully explained, your narration is fantastic. Thank you for making me do it right away!
You're very welcome!
It's amazing to me that so many people in America love falafel yet so few have had it so good and authentic like your recipe.
you just showed an awesome recipe with all the tips and tricks...i really appreciate your efforts..thanks so much🙃🙃🙃🙃
My whole family loves this recipe. Thank you so much.
My pleasure 😊
decided to make these because it is the week before Easter Sunday and did the baked version with yogurt and cucumber it was fantastic thank you very much
Thanks for sharing your thoughts about food respite
Thank Youmna! We absolutely love it!
Thank you so much for clearing out why one mustn't use canned chickpeas. Making them for the first time tomorrow. Was surprised to learn they're not cooked per se!
If you add chickpeas you got hummus
Very nice recipe really. Thanks for such nice detail description
Finally a recipe that explains all steps in detail. Thank you
You're so welcome!
Absolutely delicious, I love Lebanese food---I make flax wraps for my falafel sandwiches. When I go all out I make falafel, hummus, dolmas, and avgolemono. I've never tried to bake falafel, I will now. Thank you for this!
That sounds amazing! Definitely give this a try in that case!
Do you make your own flax wraps and how? Thanks!
@@annarepetto2430 I do! Here's one of the recipes I use: ua-cam.com/video/cCzgAeAIOqE/v-deo.html

I am Lebanese, and grew up eating all the delicious dishes, but never knew that I was missing out on falafel! I can't wait to make this with the tahini sauce. Thanks for sharing.
I'm glad you came across this! Excited for you to give it a try!!
Excellent video. this is exactly the way I make it. But, I never tried baking it before, always fried. I think I will try the air fryer on it next time and see what it tastes like. Thank you from Ohio.
Still loving this recipe
Hello, i just made your recipe today and it was delicious :)
You explained everything so well. Thank you.
Glad you found it useful! You're so welcome!!
I also made this recipe and it was absolutely AMAZING! Don't over process to ensure that your falafel filling doesn't become mush and remains crispy!
Wonderful!

Thank sooo much for sharing your falafel recipe. Its was absolutely delicious ! My first time making them and the aroma of it after frying them was heavenly. So thank you again.
Most welcome! I'm so happy to hear that!!
Made for the first time, just delicious! Thanks!!
so glad to hear it!
Hi, I made this recipie today. I divided the mixture into two, just like you I baked one batch and fried the other. I would say I definitely prefer the fried version as its more crispy. The baked are also good however you can taste the rawness of the ingredients. I cant wait to make some falafel wraps!! Thankyou so much 💓
Sounds great! I totally agree with you that the fried is better!
Smile on face, beautiful presentation. Beautiful recipe and cooking skills.
A Mexican Lebanese here, love your recipes and your clear English

Lebanese here too, and recently read that tacos al pastor were created by Lebanese immigrants to Mexico. Pretty awesome :)
Joseph A, yes, there are various styles, al pastor Style is one of them, some others are called "tacos árabes". So yummy,..! But shawarmas are still on top.
Thanks Yumna, looks amazing.

Thank you so much!
MaaShaaAllah excellent 👏 thanks
Thank you!! You're welcome!
What a great recipe, I swapped the flour for chickpea flour as I have some to hand, this keeps it gluten free and seems to be a very logical swap if it's simply to mop up excess moisture. Love the tahini sauce too. I have been making these weekly now, they're that good!
Thank you so much!
Chickpea flour is an excellent idea, I will try that, too!
