Yes, we like it spicy to but it’s sometimes hard to adjust when using spicy peppers so I usually sprinkle pul biber when serving and we add more if we want to😊 my pleasure 🙋🏻♀️

Günaydın Aysenur, We are long time viewers and obviously love your videos: cooking, travel, and shopping in Istanbul! We have finally made it to Türkiye, and in August we will be in Istanbul ! While watching your new Menemen video Joyce, my wife, is making my breakfast omelet, ellerine sağlık, The ingredients are very similar to menemen, but the cooking is reversed: first fluff and cook the eggs, then add the cheese, tomatoes, etc. It would be great to visit with you while we are in Istanbul. Kolay gelsin, Toby and Joyce
Hello dear Toby and Joyce, I am glad to hear you are visiting Türkiye. I hope you are enjoying you trip here. Sorry I saw your comment just now a little late. YOu can check my travel videos for ideas to where to go Istanbul too!
I have just found your channel this morning. I saw people eating this on Turkish TV series and it looked delicious so i went to Pentrist and found several recipes. Each had some different ingredients but the base was the same. I make mine more like you do. I sometimes include onions, it just depends on my taste the day i am making the dish. I have been watching Turkish series sine 2015 and i love them. I am waiting for the new releases for fall. I love tea, cold and hot, and I love most Turkish food. I think I could live in your country very easily. I live in the State of Arkansas in the USA. I will watch your vlogs as I certainly enjoyed this one. I just liked and subscribed. Thanks so much for sharing. It is most certainly delicious.
I noticed that on some of the Iranian channels they make something similar but they add in onions and they eat it with their flatbreads. Thank you for the step by step instructions. It’s very helpful.
I just came from Istanbul where I fell in love with menemen. I had it for breakfast every day. When I returned home, I looked for a menemen recipe online. Thanks for this video!
Ayşenur- I do it regularly- and I’ve tried switching up some of the ingredients- like adding cheese- mozzarella. It’s amazing! I’ve always used onions. I didn’t know that onions were not a must!
Assalamu alaikum kum. Like turkish people I met you are treasure of us in friendship and food Simply best ....memories of my life ...all the best .... thanks for helping me to remember ...
The recipe for this food is so intuitive that I think it is universal, not from a specific country. I made it so many times even before the internet appeared and without imagining that other nations would prepare it considering it a food from their country.
Love it!! Menemen quickly became one of my favourite dishes for breakfast. So comforting and flavourful. I also like to add some oregano in the recipe. 😋 And the tomato and peppers sauce alone is absolutely fabulous for making pizza!

Svaka cast. Divota. Pozdrav iz Rima od Srbkinje 👏👏👏🍀🌹💐
Menemen is one the great Turkish dishes! 🇹🇷 I like mine spicier with more hot pepper but that is personal preference 😊🌶️❤️ I especially love it for dinner ❤ Yet every time I see a Turkish breakfast I am in awe. The most beautiful gathering of food 😍 And since watching your channel I make my jams your way. It’s much more flavourful than overly thick North American jams. Thank you for the constant inspiration in the kitchen! ❤❤
Yes, we like it spicy to but it’s sometimes hard to adjust when using spicy peppers so I usually sprinkle pul biber when serving and we add more if we want to😊 my pleasure 🙋🏻♀️
Muito bem explicado, sempre tive vontade de fzer esse prato.
Mas não tinha conhecimento de alguns ingredientes.
Parabéns pelo canal, espero ver.mais vídeos seus.
Günaydın Aysenur,
We are long time viewers and obviously love your videos: cooking, travel, and shopping in Istanbul!
Kolay gelsin,
Toby and Joyce
So simple and yummy! I would definitely use onions and garlic !
It makes it heavier and is for dinner then
I noticed that on some of the Iranian channels they make something similar but they add in onions and they eat it with their flatbreads. Thank you for the step by step instructions. It’s very helpful.
Thank you very much for sharing with us you tube viewers. Looks delicious.
My pleasure 😊
I just came from Istanbul where I fell in love with menemen. I had it for breakfast every day. When I returned home, I looked for a menemen recipe online. Thanks for this video!
Love the menemen. I always make it for breakfast with my children.
So good!
Ayşenur- I do it regularly- and I’ve tried switching up some of the ingredients- like adding cheese- mozzarella. It’s amazing! I’ve always used onions. I didn’t know that onions were not a must!
Sunt din România și vă urmăresc cu interes! Îmi place mult bucătăria și rețetele turcești 👏👏👏vă mulțumesc mult!
You are amazing. I am from India. I love Turkish food. Thank you.
Love it!!
Menemen quickly became one of my favourite dishes for breakfast. So comforting and flavourful. I also like to add some oregano in the recipe. 😋
And the tomato and peppers sauce alone is absolutely fabulous for making pizza!
Yes, thanks for the tips!

Muy bien explicado!!!...me encanta la gastronomía turca. También aprendo el idioma (muy difícil) desde hace un año.
2 years I went to Turkiye for holiday, and I'm in love with the Turkish breakfast. Came back to Malaysia and the only turkish breakfast available here is so expensive. Thanks for the recipe. I will try it at home 😊
Looks delicious. I watch Turkish shows and always think the food looks so good.
