I have a soft spot for low end PC I understood the feeling any person would try their best to make their favourite game playable I been there doing these sort of stuff surprisingly the pixelated graphics doesn't bother me at all. Also I love the way you do stuff records gameplay at phone and immediately switching settings like I used to do when testing any increase frames method. Love the content, stay simple.
Some games you've tested that has slow motion upon testing, it has to do with the game following the physics framerate and I like you did listen the advices about capping the framerate and minding the CPU and GPU usage to let LS breathe some room for it
while an actual potato is a bad idea, something like a more recent device or a steam deck is a good candidate for anything that gets stable 30-40 normally.
Despite the poor graphics, when you consider what was being used, it is still impressive. There are quite a few Cherry Trail Z8000 machines out there that perhaps might show a decent enough performance to make it just worthwhile for some titles.

In all seriousness whenever you showed the graphics settings it was always showing fullscreen so that was the reason I thought you wheren't using borderless :P Besides the weird outlier of NFS MW 2005 the results are pretty impressive considering you handicapped yourself in 3 areas at once which is very aged hardware combined with being a low end product of the time and ultra low power consumption with probably below 10 watts of package power (idk if power consumption readout of the OSD is total package power or cpu only which is the more likely scenario) which is even less than the Steam Deck's power budget. Btw did you know that the performance OSD overlay has a performance cost in itself? I tested with a power meter measuring directly from the wall and whenever I turned on the OSD via the toggle I had an increase of 10 watts in power consumption from the wall. Tested by using a very low usage program that would allow for the overlay to trigger while idling. For powerful systems the difference is probably very negligible to the point of being margin of error but for a very low power system like this you could try if fps would improve by simply disabling the overlay (verify by counting frames on video capture if you have a fast enough camera like a phone supporting slow motion capture or while using 2 programs that measure fps and disabling one at a time which would enable you to find out if you could find a more lightweight fps counter without hardware readouts. You could still show both results depending on context or if you think it's relevant). Regarding the power usage, I definitely think MSI Afterburner is showing the power usage for the whole package (CPU + iGPU), as crazy as it sounds, cuz when my CPU usage is very high, but integrated GPU usage low, the power usage is at around 2 W, but when the usage of the Intel HD Graphics is also very high, the power usage is usually at 3.5 W.

I think at some point installing steamOS is a better idea. I don’t think Linux tops windows largely due to lossless but a point exists where you just need more RAM & you aren’t gonna magically overcome that with Lossless. Lossless can only achieve so much before it’s a bridge too far but I heard that steam operating system can work some magic voodoo on an older machine. I don’t even own a machine old enough or under powered enough to try.
What about games that this PC can actually run at 30/60 FPS like Classics NFS? Also, what about Outrun 2006 Coast to Coast and Slipstream (the newer one)?
the app is great, im using it just to insert FG into games, with reflex on and boost theres no input lag either, double framerates and keeping native 1440p.
If you set your monitor on its high resolution like 2k or 4k you will same performance but 3x improved picture quality and the settings I used in lossless scal- scaling type custom and set 3 or 4 and enable resize before and select lsfg 1.1 then check the performance and also select integers option

@@gnrtx-36969 Unfortunately, no. Intel HD Graphics 2000 supports up to DirectX 10.1 only. Lossless Scaling requires DirectX 11 to work. Even if Intel HD 2000 supported DirectX 11, I wouldn't recommend using the integrated GPU for Lossless Scaling cuz the performance would've been really bad in high resolutions, and by high resolutions I mean even something like 800x600 or higher. On my gaming laptop with GTX 1050 4 GB and i7-7700HQ, when I use the i7's Intel HD Graphics 630 for Lossless Scaling, even when the game is running on the GTX 1050 as normal, the performance is quite poor compared to when I'm using the dedicated GTX 1050 for the frame gen too, especially in 720p or higher resolutions.
Thanks god i have a6-9220e which in cpu performance better than his celeron by 39% and in igpu which is r4 graphics its almost like gt 610 which is way better than gt 210 with ddr4 1866mhz ram :) i get over 40-50 fps in gta 5 on 720p lowest settings after optimization and my texture are also loading because of 512mb vram :)

The way you get 768x432 on your PC is by downloading a program called "Custom Resolution Utility". When you keep 432p as the main resolution. You don't need lossless scaling "scaling type". Just keep "scaling type" off and apply lossless scaling on your games in "full screen". It's guaranteed to get 30FPS and get 60fps from lossless scaling. If you have a high refresh monitor like 120HZ. You can play in 120FPS on garbage Celeron. 768x432 is king 👑 for Celeron gaming.
The thing people constantly forget about when it comes to frame generation is you need an overhead in performance to gain a benefit. You need at least 4gb of vram to even really get a ideal uptake in performance. You would want at least 6gb's for the actual overhead. Basically you need VRAM because frame generation requires a decently high amount of it. Else you end up using your regular ram and when that runs out you use your page file. If the pagefile then gets used up, you're stuck with a instant crash.

Yes, but you have to use very low resolutions. 640x400 is the highest resolution I would recommend for the Intel HD 2500.

You should set the games to run at very low resolution, such as 640x480, in normal Windowed mode (not Windowed Borderless).

Lossless scaling might work better if you can save up for a GTX 1650, RTX 2050 or even decent AMD radeon intergrated Graphics
