In the anime there were more trainers that were from Pallet that got the starters before Ash. What if Red was one of the trainers who showed up to Oak before Ash? I mean people do say that Ash was the worst trainer they faced out of Pallet and they claim to have faced multiple Pallet trainers right before Ash.

Hey Protoman, I can honestly say I have an issue with using the time from Pokemon Origin. The reason behind this though is due to the fact that the time at the end represents the length of the video (21:18 meaning 21 minutes, 18 seconds). However, reviewing both Pokemon (anime) and Pokemon The Origins, I found that Ash actually arrived earlier than his father due to his mom saying "You already in Viridian City? It took your father 4 days to get there when he started training." In Origins, the time it took for Red to get to Viridian City was never really mentioned but Red did in fact arrive at Pewter City in 5 days. I think this is more note-worthy evidence that Red is not Ash's father.
It would also be unlikely that Red is Ash's father since Red defeated Team Rocket. How likely would it be that Red defeated Team Rocket in his story and yet they would exist strong in the time Ash came about?
Pewter city is farther than Viridian city. It's perfectly possible that Red got to Viridian in 4 days and took one day getting to Pewter. Unless Ash actually got to Pewter in 4 days, whereas it took his father 4 days to get to Viridian.
Fun fact about the Lavender town theme, it did actually have the high frequencies in it, if you had sensitive and very good hearing, it just MIGHT give you headaches.
there is proof that the ghost girl is searching for her "lover" or "boyfriend" (or possibly her brother). in the station in Lumoise City, behind the farthest board is a note from her to her lover telling him to hide and she'll get help, AND to meet in their usual place. (this is my headcanon it MAY not be true that its related to her but its a theory that fits to me) and nearby that board there is a boy who wonders to himself if he is in the right place, which could be the "lover". my headcanon is that the reason you find the ghost girl in the building is because that might be 1) where she died 2) (my theory) her lover might either used work there or just hang around there. you also find her at Hotel Richissime where she tells you not to speak with her so she can hear the elevator. she could be waiting for her lover or the help she mentioned in the note. from my perspective this all fits, other people have their ideas and the could be right. I has been my theory that the Anime and Game universe are alternate universes yet they are similar with the the same regions, towns, pokemon etc. But I remember reading that Ash is in fact based on Red so maybe Ash IS Red but in a different universe making them in a way related.
What again was the evidence that Ash and Red don't live in the same universe? That towns have a different layout in the game than in the anime? But I mean they are the same towns and the path to Indigo League and all the things that happen on their way is mostly the same in both, so there are clearly more similarities than differences. The game is an RPG, so as a player you're supposed to come up with a creative name and possibly a background story for your character. That's why the game lets you choose your name and gender. And that's imo exactly what they did in the anime. They took the protagonist from pokemon red/blue as a template and gave him the name Ash and a personality.
I have a theory regarding cubone, there is a posibility that cubone is a charmander , due to a rare disase charmander is born in and pale brown colour and it is unable to lit its tail , tbe mother charisard does not accept it as one of its own , so it abandons the baby at a charisard cementery, youngling looks for its mother but all it can find is skulls and skeletons so it wears its mothers skull as shelter and a symbol of sorrow , the evidence that supports that is charisard's skull and cubones skull helmet are exactly the same, the end Keep up the good vids Mr ProtoMario :D

Well this is kind of a good theory but it has a few gaps in it. If Charmander has no flame on it's tail, it sort of dies... Also rather than Cubone evolving into a Charmeleon with a skull on it's head it changes into a Marowak.
i think red and ash are the same people in parallel universes, because red disbanded team rocket, but ash still has to deal with them, which points to ash being before red. however ash had a filled pokedex, which points to red being before ash. Of course team rocket could have been reformed, but this would have taken years to do, and Giovanni in the two series seems not to have aged. Although, in Giovanni could have given a fake order to get red off his back, but his thoughts are narrated, so we would have known this. summary: (Rocket disbanding= after ash)+(Pokedex filled= before ash)= Paradox
They couldn't have lived in the same universe or time anyway because the landscape is different, brock and misty seem to be different ages, team rocket continued to exist with ash although red disbanded them, and the pokemon league championships are held differently.

( just wanted to say that.) anyways there are places in or/as and x/y where the ghost girl has the same dialogue as the girl in or/as in a hotel. thee is also two hex maniacs by two different elevators. both in lumios city. the office building (ghost girl) and the hotel (hex maniac). the ghost girl tells the player that they are not the one. as does the girl at mt. pyre in or/as. the girl in the hotel in x/y tells the player not to talk to her or she won't hear the elevator. lumios station has a message on the back of the back bilboard saying for someone to meet at "the usual place" to wait for help. there's a little boy who asks "it was around here wasn't it?" in lumios station by the hidden message. kiloud city has a hex maniac in a house. the house has 2 beds but only one npc. people claim that this is all tied to the hoopa event. I can say that is false. I have hoopa and I tested the theory myself. no matter if you have hoopa or not or if you tip the guy on rt. 14 or not she still shows up. so. that leads me to believe that x/y will soon be x/y/z bringing back the the extra game in the series. like in gen 1 it was r/b/g/y in gen 2 it was g/s/c gen 3 was r/s/e and gen 4 was the last of the extra game cycle with d/p/p. b/w and b2/w2 took place a few years apart but it still broke the 3 game cycle excluding gen 1 which had 4 games. so now we have or/as and x/y. ge (gamma emerald) could be a possability as well as z. i say gamma emerald because gamma is usually associated with the color green. just as omega is with red and alpha with blue. my point is that IF they make one more game for each of the sets, then maybe, just maybe, they will explain the 4 ghost girls and the secret message if x/y and or/as. sorry my theory is so long. it's 2:42 am right now and I'm not tired. Don't know if anyone else brought it up but Red's Journey didn't take less than 2 days. In the first episode when he talks to the people outside Brock's Gym. He states he began his journey 5 days ago. The game time and the time of the journey are not the same apparently.

Ash is just the anime adaptation of Red like how Gary is the anime adaptation of blue/green. Plus when you start a new game on red/blue one of name defaults for Red and Blue are Ash and Gary respectively

about the ghost girl, from gen VI (x and y): i done a little research. at start I searched for clues in the actual games of x and y. but i got nothing that isn't known already. then I searched for clues in other games that i have (gold, ruby, diamond). then, after searching for clues I found one. I've seen pokemon trainer, who had a black dress like that ghost girl. Then, I've googled that pokmon trainer, and i discovered that her name is hex maniac (what a beautiful name) which is the same name of that ghost girl, and i discovered that that girl appearing in 3 gens: gen III, gen XI, gen III remake. THEORY: pokemon creators created that girl in gen III for no reason, but later at gen XI they got an idea for a cool part in gen III remake, but to make it cooler, they wanted to make her mysterious and cool so they putted her in gen XI. maybe she'll be a gym leader or one of the elite four. but the coolest part will be discovering her death story!

So, Ash & Red are the same person. Maybe Ash has two personalities. One being himself & the other being Red.
Red and Ash being in different universes is a plausible idea because in the delta episode of ORAS Zinnia talks about how her ancestors believed that there is a another universe slightly different from theirs where everything may be the same with the exception of a few things

Because team rocket is still together in ash's world. But red convinced giovanni to disband team rocket. But if you watch origins, red was still a kid. So... I don't think ash is reds father.

It was not the same mewtwo as the one in the first movie,it was a mewtwo clone created by scientists (Who that one guy was working for) and That mewtwo explained that they were testing it for other things at the time of its escape but it had been granted the alternate form and the ability to change between the Y form and its regular form with little more than a bit of concentration. There was no mega stone involved, and unless the XY anime has introduced mega stones, it is not yet confirmed they exist in ash's universe.

In regards to Red/Ash, we can always talk about how Ash woke up late in Episode 1. Remember in the anime that others got their starters, which left Ash with Pikachu. The only thing poking holes in this idea is the existence of Gary. Did Gary actually have multiple rivals, some of whom gave him nicknames like Blue? Then again, there is also the fact that forms of passive entertainment, such as anime, don't always sync with normally related games. Not only has this been seen with Pokemon, but that has also been seen with Mortal Kombat, Double Dragon, Mario and Donkey Kong (in a way), Megaman, Sonic the Hedgehog, and many others.

What if reds journey came after ash? Because in the origins, they heal their pokemon very quickly, but in the anime, they have to preform operations on the pokemon, and actually heal them. All i see in the anime is regular pokeballs too, not ultras, greats, etc. also, no potions, revives, or anything like that can be seen in the anime. Maybe the technology wasnt discovered yet in ash's time. Just my theory
I figured out the Pokemon in the top left corner of the Parfum Palace hedge maze. Each corner seems to have a Pokemon with a different number of evolutionary stages. Solrock is one stage; Pyroar is a two-stage; and Chandelure is a three-stage. By this logic, the top left would be a four-stage. The only instances of fourth stages are Mega Evolutions, and the Pokemon in the maze all seem to be Fire-type, or at least fire-related in the case of Solrock. This reduces the candidates for the mystery Pokemon to Mega Blaziken and Mega Charizard. Based on the appearance, and that there are two different kinds of Mega Charizard, the conclusion is that the top left Pokemon in the Parfum Palace hedge maze is: Mega Blaziken!

4:45 is wrong. Before the Red and Yellow games were sent to America, the Americans remade the Lavender Town theme song and took the high pitch out. Which explains why there was the mass suicide in Japan, but no suicide in American kids at all.
Supposedly the re-molding of this world also created the evolution stones, but I don't quite understand how. The fact that they are aliens also explains why the different Pokemon can communicate and have deep conversations despite only being able to say their names, because they are all psychically linked to one another.

This is me and my friends theory on the Ghost Girl and why you never meet your dad: Once there was a very powerful ghost type Pokemon and her Trainer. They went on a extremely hard quest one day and something happened that separated the Pokemon from her Trainer. The Pokemon's only way of surviving was to use a stray Ditto's powers and mix it with hers to transform into a girl. Where the building where you find the Ghost Girl in is, used to be her Trainers home. So she walks around looking for her Trainer. Who is your dad.
In the train station thres something written behind a board that relates to the ghost girl and you can see her again in the hotel and the thing written behind the board is that she was waiting for someone.
the ghost girl is at my pyre in ORAS, next to the stairs on the first floor. my personal theory is that this will either relate to an event Pokemon or that she will play a major side story role in an upcoming Pokemon game.
The ghost girl has a stroy: she was with her boyfriend in luminous as it was being build. The girl and boy were walking when they were attacked so the boy went for help. But after going to the southwest kalos town he disappeared. The girl died waiting at that building which is the meeting place it says if u click the back of the train station time chart. But she waited until she died on that one floor. The boy had also been trapped in the train after it broke down. That's why only 1 train works. So in the end the ghost girl is waiting for her friend. Little does she know he is dead... just like her so her spirit is trapped in that floor waiting for the guy...

I have a theory regarding cubone, there is a posibility that cubone is a charmander , due to a rare disase charmander is born in and pale brown colour and it is unable to lit its tail , tbe mother charisard does not accept it as one of its own , so it abandons the baby at a charisard cementery, youngling looks for its mother but all it can find is skulls and skeletons so it wears its mothers skull as shelter and a symbol of sorrow , the evidence that supports that is charisard's skull and cubones skull helmet are exactly the same, the end

actually one thing about that theory is that if a charmander's tail fire goes out it "dies" which is why it always protects it's tail like in the anime
Well this is kind of a good theory but it has a few gaps in it. If Charmander has no flame on it's tail, it sort of dies... Also rather than Cubone evolving into a Charmeleon with a skull on it's head it changes into a Marowak.

i think red and ash are the same people in parallel universes, because red disbanded team rocket, but ash still has to deal with them, which points to ash being before red. however ash had a filled pokedex, which points to red being before ash. Of course team rocket could have been reformed, but this would have taken years to do, and Giovanni in the two series seems not to have aged. Although, in Giovanni could have given a fake order to get red off his back, but his thoughts are narrated, so we would have known this.

( just wanted to say that.) anyways there are places in or/as and x/y where the ghost girl has the same dialogue as the girl in or/as in a hotel. thee is also two hex maniacs by two different elevators. both in lumios city. the office building (ghost girl) and the hotel (hex maniac). the ghost girl tells the player that they are not the one. as does the girl at mt. pyre in or/as. the girl in the hotel in x/y tells the player not to talk to her or she won't hear the elevator. lumios station has a message on the back of the back bilboard saying for someone to meet at "the usual place" to wait for help. there's a little boy who asks "it was around here wasn't it?" in lumios station by the hidden message. kiloud city has a hex maniac in a house. the house has 2 beds but only one npc. people claim that this is all tied to the hoopa event. I can say that is false. I have hoopa and I tested the theory myself. no matter if you have hoopa or not or if you tip the guy on rt. 14 or not she still shows up. so. that leads me to believe that x/y will soon be x/y/z bringing back the the extra game in the series. like in gen 1 it was r/b/g/y in gen 2 it was g/s/c gen 3 was r/s/e and gen 4 was the last of the extra game cycle with d/p/p. b/w and b2/w2 took place a few years apart but it still broke the 3 game cycle excluding gen 1 which had 4 games. so now we have or/as and x/y. ge (gamma emerald) could be a possability as well as z. i say gamma emerald because gamma is usually associated with the color green. just as omega is with red and alpha with blue. my point is that IF they make one more game for each of the sets, then maybe, just maybe, they will explain the 4 ghost girls and the secret message if x/y and or/as. sorry my theory is so long. it's 2:42 am right now and I'm not tired. Don't know if anyone else brought it up but Red's Journey didn't take less than 2 days. In the first episode when he talks to the people outside Brock's Gym. He states he began his journey 5 days ago. The game time and the time of the journey are not the same apparently.

about the ghost girl, from gen VI (x and y): i done a little research. at start I searched for clues in the actual games of x and y. but i got nothing that isn't known already. then I searched for clues in other games that i have (gold, ruby, diamond). then, after searching for clues I found one. I've seen pokemon trainer, who had a black dress like that ghost girl. Then, I've googled that pokmon trainer, and i discovered that her name is hex maniac (what a beautiful name) which is the same name of that ghost girl, and i discovered that that girl appearing in 3 gens: gen III, gen XI, gen III remake. THEORY: pokemon creators created that girl in gen III for no reason, but later at gen XI they got an idea for a cool part in gen III remake, but to make it cooler, they wanted to make her mysterious and cool so they putted her in gen XI. maybe she'll be a gym leader or one of the elite four. but the coolest part will be discovering her death story!

Ash was originally created to become the champion of Kanto, but the makers of the anime took a different course so that they can make more stories about Ash traveling around the whole world & catch them all. So, Ash & Red are the same person. Maybe Ash has two personalities. One being himself & the other being Red.
Red and Ash being in different universes is a plausible idea because in the delta episode of ORAS Zinnia talks about how her ancestors believed that there is a another universe slightly different from theirs where everything may be the same with the exception of a few things

The thing is, even if ash and red are in the same universe, which there is no evidence to support. That would mean red's journey would have to take place after the entire anime, X and Y included. Because team rocket is still together in ash's world. But red convinced giovanni to disband team rocket. Now, red and ash were watching the same match, so were they in the same universe, red would have to have been an adult by the time he disbanded team rocket. But if you watch origins, red was still a kid. So... I don't think ash is reds father.

wolfie615 In the origins anime, Red's Charizard mega evolves into it's X form, while in ash's universe mewtwo turns into it's Y form. This could mean they are in the same world, different universe. It makes some semblance of truth.
***** The difference is that the charizard evolved via a mega stone, the mewtwo mega evolved as the result of the genetic experiments that went into creating it. It was not the same mewtwo as the one in the first movie,it was a mewtwo clone created by scientists (Who that one guy was working for) and That mewtwo explained that they were testing it for other things at the time of its escape but it had been granted the alternate form and the ability to change between the Y form and its regular form with little more than a bit of concentration. There was no mega stone involved, and unless the XY anime has introduced mega stones, it is not yet confirmed they exist in ash's universe.

In regards to Red/Ash, we can always talk about how Ash woke up late in Episode 1. Remember in the anime that others got their starters, which left Ash with Pikachu. The only thing poking holes in this idea is the existence of Gary. Did Gary actually have multiple rivals, some of whom gave him nicknames like Blue? Then again, there is also the fact that forms of passive entertainment, such as anime, don't always sync with normally related games. Not only has this been seen with Pokemon, but that has also been seen with Mortal Kombat, Double Dragon, Mario and Donkey Kong (in a way), Megaman, Sonic the Hedgehog, and many others.

the original lavender town theme actually did cause suicide as the two tone song combined in the brain causing alot of pain, it was soon recalled the theme became one tone, and Nintendo never made another game with two tone sounds. id go more in depth but i whenever i type that much i end up deleting it XD

What if reds journey came after ash? Because in the origins, they heal their pokemon very quickly, but in the anime, they have to preform operations on the pokemon, and actually heal them. All i see in the anime is regular pokeballs too, not ultras, greats, etc. also, no potions, revives, or anything like that can be seen in the anime. Maybe the technology wasnt discovered yet in ash's time. Just my theory
I figured out the Pokemon in the top left corner of the Parfum Palace hedge maze. Each corner seems to have a Pokemon with a different number of evolutionary stages. Solrock is one stage; Pyroar is a two-stage; and Chandelure is a three-stage. By this logic, the top left would be a four-stage. The only instances of fourth stages are Mega Evolutions, and the Pokemon in the maze all seem to be Fire-type, or at least fire-related in the case of Solrock. This reduces the candidates for the mystery Pokemon to Mega Blaziken and Mega Charizard. Based on the appearance, and that there are two different kinds of Mega Charizard, the conclusion is that the top left Pokemon in the Parfum Palace hedge maze is: Mega Blaziken!

In pokemon origins, Red tells the people outside Pewter city gym that he has had his pokemon for 5 days even though the game save says differently. So it is actually very possible that Ash is Red's son considering Red is nowhere to be found and Ash is from the same town.

4:45 is wrong. Before the Red and Yellow games were sent to America, the Americans remade the Lavender Town theme song and took the high pitch out. Which explains why there was the mass suicide in Japan, but no suicide in American kids at all.
Supposedly the re-molding of this world also created the evolution stones, but I don't quite understand how. The fact that they are aliens also explains why the different Pokemon can communicate and have deep conversations despite only being able to say their names, because they are all psychically linked to one another.

This is me and my friends theory on the Ghost Girl and why you never meet your dad:
Once there was a very powerful ghost type Pokemon and her Trainer. They went on a extremely hard quest one day and something happened that separated the Pokemon from her Trainer. The Pokemon's only way of surviving was to use a stray Ditto's powers and mix it with hers to transform into a girl. Where the building where you find the Ghost Girl in is, used to be her Trainers home. So she walks around looking for her Trainer. Who is your dad.
In the train station thres something written behind a board that relates to the ghost girl and you can see her again in the hotel and the thing written behind the board is that she was waiting for someone.
the ghost girl is at my pyre in ORAS, next to the stairs on the first floor. my personal theory is that this will either relate to an event Pokemon or that she will play a major side story role in an upcoming Pokemon game.
The ghost girl has a stroy: she was with her boyfriend in luminous as it was being build. The girl and boy were walking when they were attacked so the boy went for help. But after going to the southwest kalos town he disappeared. The girl died waiting at that building which is the meeting place it says if u click the back of the train station time chart. But she waited until she died on that one floor. The boy had also been trapped in the train after it broke down. That's why only 1 train works. So in the end the ghost girl is waiting for her friend. Little does she know he is dead... just like her so her spirit is trapped in that floor waiting for the guy...
Buried Alive's dialogue was
"I'm trapped...and I'm lonely...so very lonely... won't you join me.."
and after the battle
"Finally...fresh meat..." and you get eaten.
