Yamil Z. Vazquez Considering malva is part of the Kalos elite 4.....not exclusively. He was talking about all of the elite 4 at different parts of the show.
I like how he says that when Lance used Hyper Beam on a human it helps proves he is evil. But in the anime, Ash uses Thunderbolt on the Team Rocket members a lot. Does that mean Ash is evil as well? And then... the Pokemon league isn't Pokemon government they are just a test for trainers. All they did was train their Pokemon and get to that position to battle the best trainers. Isn't that the point?
Assuming Lance is evil, he may have been concerned about the Magicarp evolving solely because it would prove a threat to him for a large amount of people to suddenly be owning Gyradose. Or it would be a threat if people got their hands on technology that allowed them to evolve Pokemon instantaneously.
I remember a post/meme about Lance. Lance hates people evolving pokemon against their will, but carry an army of under level Dragonites before their evolution level.
and in the manga the elite 4 of gens i and ii were part of team rocket, as well as 4 out of the 8 of kanto's gym leaders, minus giovanni, though blaine defected after red caught mewtwo plus in gen iii gym leaders each sided with team magma or team aqua based on their preferences or personality, though quickly turned against them when groudon and kyogre went out of control, making them neutral
rubikfan1 >implying the 8 strongest trainers in the country (except for the elite 4 obviously) are beaten on a daily basis with challengers flooding into the league. Not to mention it's pretty much confirmed that the league tournaments are only held once a year-ish. The game just allows us to challenge whenever we want out of sheer convenience.
the elite 4 are like sport men/woman that get gold medals. they are only good at fighting fair. they are not trained to be law enforcers. same goes for education. just because you are smart doesnt mean you are good at teaching it to others.

agreed. the elite four have nothing to do keeping peace. they are just to fight. they live to fight and that is all they want to do. personally I have never liked the elite four, just the idea, I prefer something closer to the indigo plateau you see in the anime. but I don't play much of the games anymore. Well, in Pokemon X and Y, Malva, the fire user of the elite four was once apart of (SPOILER alert! Keep reading if you know or you want to find out) team flare, but had realized what she did was wrong, and said it herself.
Yeah, it's easy to assume that Malva is a memeber of Team Flare when the symbol that only appears when you battle a member of Team Flare comes up when you battle Malva.
Malva: Member of Team Flare Siebold: Cares only about Chef's similarity to trainers. Drasna: That Sinnoh Girl is way too nice Wikstrom: Busy being a 19th Century Guy who says 'Well Met' Diantha: Actor.
not to mention the fact that Lance flat out admits to Gold that he saw how well Gold was doing on his own so he "just hung back". oh yeah, such a loving champion.
I am a little surprised. Not from the statement that thee elite 4 is evil. I already knew that. I am surprised that te fact that in the manga the elite 4 attacked Red and nearly killed him was not used as an reason. I can accept this if he was only going of of the games or show
Joey Medrano Yeah exactly, not only was Lance planning to commit Genocide on the entire human race essentially (with the whole elite 4 following him freely too!) but a few of the gym leaders were openly members of team rocket like Blaine who was a scientist that created Mewtwo for team rockets gain by combining his human DNA with the DNA of Mew.
In my opinion the E4 are constrained by rules to not get involved, sort of godly in a way. The only time they do intervene is maybe if it is their home or they feel that it will lead to ultimate destruction if they don't. I think they're fully aware of the main character and his potential and actually know that they don't need to step in, that it's not their destiny. But then when one of their own hometown is under attack they have to step in obviously.
Which Elite Four do you mean is say "evil"? Looking at the Pokemon Adventures manga, the Kanto Elite Four could be considered evil. In the Red/Green/Blue chapter, they only appear once as silhouettes at the Indigo Plateau. But in the Yellow chapter, they're pretty intense. They actually wanted to destroy all of humanity so there could be a place for Pokemon to live. Lorelei froze Red in ice, Lance blew up Vermillion City, Agatha tried to kill Green (I'm referring to him as Prof. Oak's grandson. Deal with it), and honestly, the only one that didn't do something insane was Bruno who had most likely been brainwashed. In the Gold/Silver/Crystal chapter, they're all past villains. Bruno and Koga started as a kind of bad guy reform, and even helped out Red and Green with getting to Ilex Forest during the whole Mask of Ice thing. Will and Karen, on the other hand, worked alongside the Mask of Ice. But they joined the bad guy reform anyway. In the Ruby/Sapphire chapter, the entire Hoenn Elite Four joined forces with Wallace and Steven to prevent Kyogre and Groudon's warring from destroying Hoenn by taking control of the Regis and getting the translations of the stone tablet to find the Regis in the first place. In the FireRed/LeafGreen, the only member to appear was Lorelei, who was defending Four Island. That's about it. And in the Emerald chapter, they never appeared. Ever. All that villain-stomping was the Frontier Brains and the Dex Holders. And up to where I've read in the Diamond/Pearl chapter, the Champion was the only one to help, and the Elite Four themselves haven't appeared at all. So yes, they're evil, but they're also good. It's all dependent on who and when though.
I thought the Elite 4's goal in Yellow chapter was a world where the weak die & strong survive. Their ideal Kanto probably would have had wild Pokemon past Level 80 everywhere & only the few trainers who could survive in said world would be deserving of life.
so does that mean when you become the champion you become tied with the government the elete four are in and can be taken down if you do something they dont like ...like say i dont know Banish a certain trainer to mt silver
Maybe red overheard something and was caught so to keep anyone from finding out or him from saying anything he was exiled to mt silver as for blue he really didn't care but in gold silver and crystal he is looking for red
Hey ProtoMario Who was the Champion of Kanto before Blue??? Who did blue defeat to become Champion or did the Elite Four just assign some random kid to be Champion???
well in the game after you defeat lance he says the following: now that you have defeated me you are the new champion! or you would have been, but someone just bacame the champion a Little while ago: and as we all know blue is the new champion, but if defeating lance makes you the champion then is it possible that no one has been able to defeat lance and take the championship? other than blue that is
ratchetandclankfan2 oh and one more thing, if lance WAS the champion of the League then there is a kanto elite four member (now former) that we didn't get to battle because lance was moved from champion to leader of the elite four, so who is the mysterious person that blue defeated that isen't in the kanto elite four anymore?
its true, if they had asked all the elite four to group up and fight in all the seasons, Team Rocket, Magma, Aqua, Plasma, Flare, galactic will be defeated instantly the elite four sits/relaxs in their air-con battlefields and waits patiently for their next battle
***** Dood....she is the announcer for the Holo Caster News. Which Lysandre made. Which he runs. Which he uses to promote propaganda. We see her before we get to the E4 plenty.
I'm going to make a point to the team rocket one, team rocket's goal was to stop mewtwo from being lose and maybe the elite four knew about this so they let this stuff happen (also thats why they don't let anyone fight mewtwo in Cerulean cave)
They should make a game where the main character is 14/15 and is hired by the E4 to clean up the evil organization. And the gym leaders are a way to raise your rank to handle harder missions. Pokemon Ranger is close I guess.
Well, that explains how Looker in Platinum is incompetent when it comes to Team Galactic. He allows you to single-handedly disband the organization only providing helpful advice here and there.
I thought he elite four weren't usually allowed to leave their area except for events or emergencies? Like in the anime we see Aaron having his public training session which was a special event. Or with Loreli having her town being attacked it was an emergency. Of course the crime organizations would be an emergency too so I don't know if this affects anything.
Sexually active, Ash gets pregnant and gives birth to a Dunsparce that eventually transforms into a Ditto. Ash discovered his life is a lie. Spaghetti everywhere.
Well, in the manga, the Gen 1 Elite Four are evil, however completely separate from Team Rocket. In the games, on the other hand, I doubt it. Let's run some facts and draw some conclusions: Fact 1: pokemon have been used for war (confirmed in Gen 1 by Lt. Surge) Fact 2: the Elite Four are close to the most powerful trainers in the region Conclusion 1: Elite Four member is probably at least considered, if not actually, a military position. Also explains Lance's coldness when dealing with the Rocket, as they were an enemy combatant. Fact 3: it is considered poor form, at least in the west, and a sign of weakness in the international community to use military personal for civilian law enforcement Conclusion 2: the Elite Four and Champion are probably legally barred (or highly discouraged) from taking part in civilian law enforcement. Fact 4: Gym Leaders are commonly viewed, and act as, protectors of the city (mostly manga and anime, but there is an example in gen 2 at least with Jasmine helping the Ampharos in the lighthouse). Using the above, we can analyze the scenarios laid out. The Gen 1 Elite Four didn't get involved with the Rockets because it was a civilian law enforcement matter. Directly taking out Giovanni would have been a political nightmare, as he was the Viridian City gym leader, and thus a very important person to the population. Lorelei could interfere at the Sevii Islands because it was her home, and few would argue with one helping out at home. In Gen 2, Lance was probably trying to stop Team Rocket from making a comeback, so he got involved in the Lake of Rage incident. He almost certainly could have cleared them out himself, you were just along for the ride and to save at least some from his wrath (I subscribe heavily to the theory that the Elite Four chambers have power limiters in them). That would have caused a political firestorm (and perhaps some soul searching), which he was still dealing with when the attack on the Radio Tower happened. Remember, it was a very short time between the two attacks (one each of gym, route, and cave). Now, this only applies for Gen 1 and 2 (as I didn't learn the storylines and Elite Fours of other gens that well).
given that they were useless during the whole possible destruction of the planet in gen 3 i am willing to believe they are either really evil or really nihilistic.
Killer Ninja Wallace is there to help you in Ruby, but he just escorts you to Cave of Origins with Steven and pretty much says "you have the orb, you go inside fight legendary Groudon who can upset the balance of nature." So much of being helpful...
I don't think the Elite Four are good or evil, the feeling I always got toward them is that of pride, and indifference. They don't help fight crime and stop disasters because they feel they are above that. They only get involved when it affects someone or somewhere that's important to them, otherwise they sit atop their plateau, ignorant of the "petty squabbles" of the outside world. Only a trainer who can defeat them is deemed worthy of acknowledgement.
Anyone considered that being the most powerful trainers, they have taken an oath to not interfere for good or evil? For it is the winner of history who decides what is good and what is evil... and what would stop them from taking over and ruling the world if they were allowed to interfere? There might be laws within the universe of pokemon that prohibits the elite four to take action.
Because it is for the only ones arcreus see that are worthy of acceding their full potential while others are not fully powerful but not worthy as well. Just how the god works.
A couple things to keep in mind: The Anime, the Manga, and The Games all have different canon, so any cross referenced pieces of information are invalid. Additionally you cant just fill in the unknown factors with assumptions. Lance may disappear at an inconvenient time, but that doesn't mean that you assume he just bailed on you. Since we're arguing without much of a factual base we have to make the kindest assumptions of our opponents, and your video requires a lot of strange leaps to come to the conclusion that the elite 4 is evil. What if Lance was originally on his way to his mother's house and then found out about the magikarp situation, freaked out, then midway through calmed down, decided that you could handle the rest, and took off? As for Elite 4 needing your help, then leaving it to you, its entirely possible (and even plausible, given what multiple canons have established) that the Elite 4 didn't have their fully leveled team on them at the time. If they had only a few of their lesser trained pokemon, its completely reasonable to assume that at that particular moment, you were more capable than them. Additionally we're not really sure what role the gym leaders, and Elite 4 and champion really play in government in the pokemon multi-verse. If something is outside of your job description, or outside of your know-how it doesn't make you evil to decide that you're not confident enough to take it on, even if you're capable. Maybe its not particularly empathetic, but calling anyone evil because they chose not to be the good Samaritan and help the guy getting mugged is an extremely black and white, and wrong view of things. You also are generalizing a LOT here. You group ever elite 4 member together because one is probably a member of team flare, and Lance has a serious temper. What about Agatha, who at the very least in the anime canon is very helpful, and nice? Anyway, I'm out of time and must go to work, but I really feel like what you did for this video was set up your conclusion, then looked for the facts to lead you there, as opposed to looking at the evidence first, then determining the conclusion from there.
Was it Pokemon Adventures that had the Elite Four and all the gym leaders as part of a conspiracy and ultimately members of Team Rocket? That story was so much more interesting than the actual one.
In the Red/Blue/Yellow mangas, aren't Lt. Surge, Erika, Blaine, Sabrina and Koga part of Team Rocket? That also includes Giovanni, so 6 of 8 Gym Leaders are part of Team Rocket. That would make sense that the Elite 4 would be either a complacent party, or turning a blind eye (until it become too chaotic) to the activities of these terroristic orginizations. In the Gold/Silver/Crystal Manga it is also revealed that Pryce was the emerging leader promoting Neo-Team Rocket (correct me if I am wrong) and that Neo-Team Rocket also featured a number of other gym leaders. This trend may continue throughout Gens 3-6 as well, and I would not be surprised.
Well, Lt. Surge, Sabrina and Koga were avid members of Team Rocket, but Blaine was just a scientist they manipulated, and he ran off with Mewtwo and Yellow later to stop the Elite four, and Erika was thought to be evil but turned out to be good, and never had anything to do with Team Rocket. In fact, she hated them. In the manga at least the Elite four didn't really care about Team Rocket all that much, but Lance did help out Silver in taking down Neo team Rocket. I don't know what you mean by featured, but no one else in Johto or Kanto was a Gym Leader and part of Neo-TR, although Lt. Surge still wants to serve Giovanni and old TR and many of the grunts in old team rocket are also in Neo-TR, as evidenced by the fact that they remember Lt. Surge and treat him as boss after the brainwashing lost its affect. In general I agree with your statements.
Daniel Ragonese Yes but how many ordinary people have you seen stopping robberys, and such. Doesn't mean they have to be cops. They're the most powerful trainers yet they don't offer any help? Cops aren't the only one who can stop criminals in the world.
TubezThe1 The elite 4 is the number 4, there are 3 elite four members mentioned in the show (lance, lorelei, malva) 4 x 3 - 12, 12 / 4 of course being 3. Half-Life 3 confirmed with Red as main character, Rothschild Studios is currently in development of the game using the new revolutionary Illuminati game engine.
This is a good theory. And very entertaining i might add. Definitely a good attempt to make sense at the madness. I hope to see the actual people of pokemon come out with stuff, but you also would have to remember the whole "Higher consciousness" thing, which is another good theory.
how about this theory, if you were the STRONGEST MAN ON EARTH would that give you AUTORITY to arrest people? they are "strong guys" not "cops" that the difference
I love how every theory goes so in deapth on the solutions, while most of the answers are probably game freak got lazy, or he just connected pieces game freak didn't mean to be connected XD
Correct me if I’m wrong and this is pretty recent (even tho I may have some memory gaps due to not playing the game in while) but didn’t Lorelei intervene in cerulean city in the let’s go games?
How can you include images from the manga, and not mention that the elite four ARE villains in the manga! Like in the yellow saga, they are the enemy, and everyone has to stop them! Even team rocket helps! I get that you are video game theories, but that could have helped your case! Come on man...
hey sorry for ignorant question i was wondering were did the small clip showing ash and lance together in an animated form was that an actuall animated show? if so what is the name of it and again sorry i just wish to know
SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER (if you have read this far then you're gonna get spoiled) SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER pokemon adventures yellow chapter proves what you say. Lance, and the Elite 4 try to take over the world. But also in Ruby and Sapphire chapter the Elite 4 help Steven awaken the Regi trio to stop Kyogre and Groudon fighting.
Is Pokemon Adventures cannon? As in was it created or been acknowledged by the makers of the Pokemon franchise such as Gamefreak or Nintendo or is it a manga that some in the pokemon comunity decided to take as truth because they liked it?
Zakkwilkins And that quote definitely fits if you ask me. I just think there is a difference between standing idly by, and being "evil". In Black/White the Elite 4 doesn't do anything because Alder told them to protect it while he traveled. I thought that was cool to give em motive.
Red doesn't return from his challenge from Bruno then a little straw hat boy takes his pickachu to go find him. And I'm like wtf, I'll read more tommorow
It is revealed in the Yellow arc that the majority of the Kanto Elite Four have the goal of wiping out humanity and recreating the world as a paradise for Pokemon. The only one who isn't interested in this goal...is Bruno. He, however, is under Agatha's mind control for most of the arc and so is an antagonist during that time. In the GSC arc...there is no Elite Four for Johto...but two of the members from the game are followers of the Mask of Ice...and Koga is a former Team Rocket Admin as are Sabrina and Lt. Surge. Make of that what you will. In the Hoenn arc...the Elite Four are active participants in saving their region from the disaster looming overhead. True, they are mostly working behind the scenes under the direction of the League Director and Steven Stone, but they are at least involved. I haven't read enough of the Sinnoh arc yet to know about that region's Elite Four or any arc afterwards. I am a bit behind if you can't tell. Point is: *some* of the members of the Elite Four for certain regions are arguably evil...though Lance and Lorelei do both reform after their defeat in the Yellow arc as do Karen and Will after GSC. Koga had already reformed somewhat between the end of Yellow and the beginning of GSC. Mostly he just wanted to defeat Green Oak in a fair fight. Crazy ninja.... Sorry if my response is a bit long, but....you did ask. And I like to give complete answers.
in the case of malva she was a member of team flare which is why she talks to the player like that. this is revealed when the player starts helping looker in the post game
Malva said she was in flare in game but she is not now and the elite four are in different places so do you think that if i was in my hometown it would take 3 seconds to go to a completly different island/town
Lysandre invented the holo caster and he was part of team flare, so since he's from team flare, the person who does all the reports on it should be from team flare too. And Malva is the person who is on the holo caster so she I from team flare.
its the government.. the elite four hires team rocket to create chaos because it distract the citizens from what they are truly doing.. maybe they use team roket to get the rare fossils, the legendary pokemon(s) and other things.. my theory.
Not sure if anyone mentioned this, but Lt. Surge, Koga & Sabrina are TR executives wheras Blaine used to be an ex-executive. Also Pryce who is Mask of Ice who forms Neo Team Rocket which was operated by his subleaders Will and Karen of the Elite Four who were kidnapped by him to be his students. It can also be assumed that Lance, Giovanni, and Pryce are all friends in one way though they may have their differences. Gio leaves Lance and Pryce to teach his son Silver how to battle.
This is a low grade Game Theory knock-off, relying heavily, by the video maker's own admission, on assumptions as opposed to evidence. In addition, our host is noticeably awkward to the point where he's wasting almost half the video time stuttering, stammering, and failing to get his words out. Technical aspects, like audio quality especially, are quite low quality as well, and between all of this, I can not recommend watching this dreck to anyone.
Well excuse me if we cannot all be perfect and original like you. Because you do not make mistakes and was the first one to use a cartoon character as your profile picture.
itachimadra Uh, what? What does any of that have to do with anything? First off, I never claimed to be perfect, nor did I claim all my content was completely original. Lord knows I've made shit videos, and derivative ones too. Secondly, what does my profile picture have to do with anything? Listen, I'm not upset with his content being inspired by, or similar to someone else's. I'm upset because he did an incredibly bad job about it. He doesn't have to be "perfect" or free from mistakes. I'm criticizing him because his video was bad, not because it wasn't completely flawless. No one should be above criticism.
C'mon now, we're watching a video about Pokemon, a children's anime, a video game... we're not looking at some world peace topic on an important worldwide televised forum, I believe these theory videos are for pure entertainment and should be viewed as such.
how can I help the mavericks proto? I will be happy to lend my skills as a critic, and kaiju and Pokémon exert to help the cause (not sure how those skills will help though)
Correction it has been CONFIRMED that malva was is in team flare and she was an admin for 3 reasons 1. She has bright red hair like all team flare members 2. she was fine with threatening you and 3. when you play through the looker missions she wants you to come to hotel rishisemme then states that she was a high ranking team flare official but when it was shut down she stopped leaving the pokemon leuge and is doing it full time AKA she was a team flare member but realising she would get canned from the pokemon liege she quit team flare Louis
In post game of X and Y its clearly shown that Malva was part of Team Flare yet Diantha made her one of the Elite Four cause why not and she gave no fucks
If you read the pokemon manga, the Elite Four were the main antagonists of the Yellow Series. In the Ruby and Sapphire Series, however, the elite four of the Hoenn region did attempt to help stop the calamity that was taking place.
honestly if im not mistaken 3 members both current and previous kanto e4 were at some point known team rocket members koga Lance in the main league and of the committee of gym leaders marks that up to 5 of 12 6 if you count previously associated members
Elite four members that are "fishy" to me
Gen 1 - Agatha
Gen 2 - Will
Gen 3 - Drake
Gen 4 - Bertha and Lucian
Gen 5 - Grimsley
Gen 6 - Crazy fire lady
Thunderbolt Johnson Malva
Why Drake?? Shouldn't you be questioning Sidney instead??
And why Bertha?? Lucian I can understand, but Bertha?
Jake38nine Old age doesn't fool me
Thunderbolt Johnson then why not Sidney??? There's something sinister about him.
Jake38nine Your right.
Widely assumed... She outright states that she is a member...
Well if the elite 4 are government. Then the champion is like president.
So IMO Cynthia was the best president out of all.
may I mention Lance has an under leveled Dragonite? Looks like he's been using that Lake of Rage too ;P
What if his dragonites were FORCEFULLY evolved? that would explain why he saw the need to screw up TR at the lake of rage

Lol good point
wow lance basiclly killed someone. it seems as if it is more of something thats persanol rather than something he is doing because he is a good guy :T
and also true that would be calling ash evil. he isnt doing it 2 help he is doing it because its persanol like lance is
The guy that got hit by hyper beam says : "I had no chance" they battled..... rattata vs dragonite Kappa
It was proven in the Pokemon manga, that the elite 4 was evil. Especially the Kanto Elites.
Maybe they didn't help because the game would be fucking boring.
This is theories haha what is the problem please be quiet and DONT make pointless comments

Siebold: Cares only about Chef's similarity to trainers.
Drasna: That Sinnoh Girl is way too nice
Wikstrom: Busy being a 19th Century Guy who says 'Well Met'
Diantha: Actor.
The protectors of the pokeworld ladies and gents
Real patriot Who?
this group of misfits that you mentioned, they're our great protectors lol, ONLY ONE of them is a member of a criminal organization
Real patriot Hmm, yeah
Malva: mmm...No
Siebold: Give us food
Drasna: Dragon Trainer
Wikstrom: Night
Diantha: Gardevoir will DOOM us all.
You don't talk about mah boi sibold like that
not to mention the fact that Lance flat out admits to Gold that he saw how well Gold was doing on his own so he "just hung back". oh yeah, such a loving champion.
I am a little surprised. Not from the statement that thee elite 4 is evil. I already knew that. I am surprised that te fact that in the manga the elite 4 attacked Red and nearly killed him was not used as an reason. I can accept this if he was only going of of the games or show
Joey Medrano Yeah exactly, not only was Lance planning to commit Genocide on the entire human race essentially (with the whole elite 4 following him freely too!) but a few of the gym leaders were openly members of team rocket like Blaine who was a scientist that created Mewtwo for team rockets gain by combining his human DNA with the DNA of Mew.
xXDarkxIdealsXx EXACTLY!!!!!!!!
Well obviously but both, mainly the manga because I can't think of anything for the *cartoon right now, have details that support hi theory.
That's true.
These loser understand none of this. I love the manga it is awesome.
leopardstar100 I have to read the manga.
I thought the Elite 4's goal in Yellow chapter was a world where the weak die & strong survive. Their ideal Kanto probably would have had wild Pokemon past Level 80 everywhere & only the few trainers who could survive in said world would be deserving of life.
Proto If you have completed the Looker Files it perfectly states in one of the missions by herself that Malva is indeed a member of Team Flare
so does that mean when you become the champion you become tied with the government the elete four are in and can be taken down if you do something they dont like ...like say i dont know Banish a certain trainer to mt silver
Maybe red overheard something and was caught so to keep anyone from finding out or him from saying anything he was exiled to mt silver as for blue he really didn't care but in gold silver and crystal he is looking for red
Hey ProtoMario Who was the Champion of Kanto before Blue??? Who did blue defeat to become Champion or did the Elite Four just assign some random kid to be Champion???
are you sure you don't mean the other elite four member
Lance was the champion remember
well in the game after you defeat lance he says the following: now that you have defeated me you are the new champion! or you would have been, but someone just bacame the champion a Little while ago: and as we all know blue is the new champion, but if defeating lance makes you the champion then is it possible that no one has been able to defeat lance and take the championship? other than blue that is
Youngster Joey and his Rattata
ratchetandclankfan2 oh and one more thing, if lance WAS the champion of the League then there is a kanto elite four member (now former) that we didn't get to battle because lance was moved from champion to leader of the elite four, so who is the mysterious person that blue defeated that isen't in the kanto elite four anymore?
ok so the finally question
who was the champion before blue or the e4 member that got kicked off
its true, if they had asked all the elite four to group up and fight in all the seasons, Team Rocket, Magma, Aqua, Plasma, Flare, galactic will be defeated instantly
the elite four sits/relaxs in their air-con battlefields and waits patiently for their next battle
That's impossible almost all of them were defeated by Ash except for Team Flare and Team Rocket
I'm saying that the Elite Four never defeated all the crime originations
***** your right I'm I said the wrong I was off topic
Lance also has under levelled dragonites so he's helping gold in the lake of rage because he doesn't want others using the early evolution water
At least Malva is kind of evil in X/Y
***** ... "Never see her" How about in the elite 4 and the looker side quests.
***** Ok, thanks for clarifying.
*****
Dood....she is the announcer for the Holo Caster News.
Pokemon Ranger is close I guess.
kyuubi bomb I actually like that idea, it would be a fresh take on the typical storyline of pokemon games :)
Well, that explains how Looker in Platinum is incompetent when it comes to Team Galactic. He allows you to single-handedly disband the organization only providing helpful advice here and there.
u do know that in the looker mission she openly states she is in team flare
I thought he elite four weren't usually allowed to leave their area except for events or emergencies? Like in the anime we see Aaron having his public training session which was a special event. Or with Loreli having her town being attacked it was an emergency. Of course the crime organizations would be an emergency too so I don't know if this affects anything.
The position is probably considered military grade, which puts special restrictions on them getting involved in civilian matters.
Pokemon Theory: Ash's Relation with May
Sexually active, Ash gets pregnant and gives birth to a Dunsparce that eventually transforms into a Ditto. Ash discovered his life is a lie. Spaghetti everywhere.
Well, in the manga, the Gen 1 Elite Four are evil, however completely separate from Team Rocket. In the games, on the other hand, I doubt it. Let's run some facts and draw some conclusions:
Fact 1: pokemon have been used for war (confirmed in Gen 1 by Lt. Surge)
Fact 2: the Elite Four are close to the most powerful trainers in the region
Conclusion 1: Elite Four member is probably at least considered, if not actually, a military position. Also explains Lance's coldness when dealing with the Rocket, as they were an enemy combatant.
Fact 3: it is considered poor form, at least in the west, and a sign of weakness in the international community to use military personal for civilian law enforcement
Conclusion 2: the Elite Four and Champion are probably legally barred (or highly discouraged) from taking part in civilian law enforcement.
Auron3991 Z
if i remember right in the manga the elite 4 was evil
Skye Wolf
wow i wish thy were evil in the game and anime
Which manga what gen ?
Don't you have read manga it's owesome it was Kanto
@@omarsawalha149 Pokemon Special, also called Pokemon Adventures in America, Yellow arc, Kanto.
Sorry if I'm way too late xD
given that they were useless during the whole possible destruction of the planet in gen 3 i am willing to believe they are either really evil or really nihilistic.
I really think it's dumb you have to fight the elite four in black and white when there's a freaking castle rising out of the ground
Have you read the Emerald Chapters, because Emerald disagrees.
exactly, there's freaking evil people trying to destroy the world, but you have to defeat like 10 people before you can help save the world
What Gym Leader was that at about 5:20, one of the psychic ones? I don't remember her, but it has been a while since I played Ruby :/
That would be Sabrina..
Tiramisu Creme
Ah, sorry :/
Killer Ninja Wallace is there to help you in Ruby, but he just escorts you to Cave of Origins with Steven and pretty much says "you have the orb, you go inside fight legendary Groudon who can upset the balance of nature." So much of being helpful...
Or lance didn't want everyone getting a gyrados
Cynthia is evil, im into that kinda stuff. Im also into Cynthia. Hell ye
lol
Wow both of your profile pics are anime
Davaatseren Tseren e
I don't think the Elite Four are good or evil, the feeling I always got toward them is that of pride, and indifference. They don't help fight crime and stop disasters because they feel they are above that. They only get involved when it affects someone or somewhere that's important to them, otherwise they sit atop their plateau, ignorant of the "petty squabbles" of the outside world. Only a trainer who can defeat them is deemed worthy of acknowledgement.
so the elite four are the illuminati of the pokemon world?
Got it.
Anyone considered that being the most powerful trainers, they have taken an oath to not interfere for good or evil? For it is the winner of history who decides what is good and what is evil... and what would stop them from taking over and ruling the world if they were allowed to interfere? There might be laws within the universe of pokemon that prohibits the elite four to take action.
it is not like they are the police or anything, right? Do we expect martial artist to run out on the street to catch criminals?
But Proto! All Hail The Helix Fossil.
NO
***** YOUR WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL HAIL THE HELIX FOSSIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Benjamin Lindbjør no you are wrong, i asked him if he was the real prophet and it said no
Lord Omelete is the Prophet?
David Toborg no its lord amber of the old Gods
Malva is an admin on Team Flare. Do the Looker Quest Post-game and see for yourself. IF you do not know what it is, look it up.
malva used to be in team flare before she quit.
It says Malva was part of the elite four in one of the looker missions. She says so herself.
If the elite four did the work for you then there no point of playing the game
Another thing that supports this is that Malva, the new Fire-type Elite 4 member is actually a former member of Team Flare!
Also, DOCTOR EVIL!!!!
Hey proto is there any evidence as to why only certain Pokemon can mega evolve ?
Because it is for the only ones arcreus see that are worthy of acceding their full potential while others are not fully powerful but not worthy as well. Just how the god works.
Simple, Nintendo is just to lazy to make them all
it exhibits the hidden energy in pokemon and only happens when the trainer cares for its pokemon(the game explains it
William Bennett oh derp I thought you said why they want to see how people react to it and HOW DO YOU GET EVERY SINGLE STONE BLARG
718 mega stones in one game. Do you see a problem with that?
hey proto, why can pokemon fuse together like kyrem and resharam or in the anime blastoise and venasaur? [plz use it]
A couple things to keep in mind: The Anime, the Manga, and The Games all have different canon, so any cross referenced pieces of information are invalid.
The way I see this is that the Elite Four is that they could be just picky about who they fight now, Pro! Be well, Pro!
This could be completely wrong but I always thought champion had more power than the elite 4
Was it Pokemon Adventures that had the Elite Four and all the gym leaders as part of a conspiracy and ultimately members of Team Rocket? That story was so much more interesting than the actual one.
also in pokemon manga hoenn elite four helped
Aero and Cyndar Wasn't the Ice Gym Leader in Johto found out to be the one behind Neo-TR?
Samual Isaac Clark Yeah, Pryce. He was controlling Neo-TR to try to get back his dead Lapras.
Aero and Cyndar So he has dementia, that explains a lot. ha! GG
Samual Isaac Clark lol yeah
What about cyintha? She was going around helping you on your adventure threw diamond and pearl.
Cynthia was the only one that went out to help but she never really helped to stop team galactic
Malva is a member because if you play the Looker side missions you see her in the hidden laboratory in lavandere's cafe
BUT PROTO SOME ELITE FOUR MEMBERS ARE PASSIONATE AND KING LIKE DRAGSNA
AND LETS NOT FORGET THERE POKEMON TRAINERS NOT COPS
Daniel Ragonese Yes but how many ordinary people have you seen stopping robberys, and such. Doesn't mean they have to be cops. They're the most powerful trainers yet they don't offer any help? Cops aren't the only one who can stop criminals in the world.
Daniel Ragonese
there are cops their just lazy
well it's true that they have the strongest pokemon to defeat them they were probably busy because of other trainers challenging them
Yeah thats y u are the only one in the hall of fame...
What type of sink is that at 4:04
hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up... Did you just refer to the Elite Four as the Illuminati?
7:12 global world government, new world order...illuminati confirmed
The picture from the pokemon adventure manga. om 07:18. Where did yoy find it? Asome video btw.
I think Malva is just a Sadist Dominatrix :I
I do too, really.
I love how every theory goes so in deapth on the solutions, while most of the answers are probably game freak got lazy, or he just connected pieces game freak didn't mean to be connected XD
...People actually asked for "BUT PROTO" to be brought back?!
Its funny ;D
Many people did, they requested that I do that or the Butt Pictures.
ProtoMario Well, the Butt Pirctures were, actually, pretty funny.
Come on man...
hey sorry for ignorant question i was wondering were did the small clip showing ash and lance together in an animated form was that an actuall animated show? if so what is the name of it and again sorry i just wish to know

pokemon adventures yellow chapter proves what you say. Lance, and the Elite 4 try to take over the world. But also in Ruby and Sapphire chapter the Elite 4 help Steven awaken the Regi trio to stop Kyogre and Groudon fighting.
i havent played 1st gen but maybe he wants to make the world a better place or get rid of all the bad guys
Its the manga , not the game. You can't play books.
Megan Clun true but i think that the manga helped to make the story of the games
Is Pokemon Adventures cannon? As in was it created or been acknowledged by the makers of the Pokemon franchise such as Gamefreak or Nintendo or is it a manga that some in the pokemon comunity decided to take as truth because they liked it?
pablo popo I dunno...
Pretty cool theory but if anything, it seems they're more apathetic then evil.
I'm paraphrasing here, but there is a saying that goes something like "all that is needed to flourish is for good men to do nothing"
Zakkwilkins
And that quote definitely fits if you ask me. I just think there is a difference between standing idly by, and being "evil". In Black/White the Elite 4 doesn't do anything because Alder told them to protect it while he traveled.
I thought that was cool to give em motive.
I like his theories but the whole "but proto" is getting real annoying. Anyone agree?
zach wheeler sigh....i know, it's just stupid frankly. It's demeaning to us as well.
No it's good
Lol I was thinking the same thing, it's annoying as fuck.
I like it
zach wheeler I assure you poeple will really say but proto an he would have to waste his time answering their comments or he would get a flame war.
Wait in one of your video's you said T.R. Were digging for fossiles..while at 2:18 You say they are stealing them?
Aren't they evil in the manga?
I sorrta forget but I do remember agetha being evil at least
Red doesn't return from his challenge from Bruno then a little straw hat boy takes his pickachu to go find him. And I'm like wtf, I'll read more tommorow
in comics yes.
Lance is the leader of the other elite 4 I read them and let my friend so he can know
It is revealed in the Yellow arc that the majority of the Kanto Elite Four have the goal of wiping out humanity and recreating the world as a paradise for Pokemon. And I like to give complete answers.
in the case of malva she was a member of team flare which is why she talks to the player like that. this is revealed when the player starts helping looker in the post game
butt proto lance stopped the forced evolutions of the magi carps
In that game Lance has two level 47 Dragonites, I don't think he really cares about forcing evolutions
butt proto lol
Real patriot i know i just noticed that too XD
He is the champion not elite 4
Mateo Hall ll, he was a first gen elite four member
Malva said she was in flare in game but she is not now and the elite four are in different places so do you think that if i was in my hometown it would take 3 seconds to go to a completly different island/town
damn it sounds like the the elite 4 are kinda like the Illuminati
3:18
Are you saying that it's wrong to try and protect your home town?
buuuuuut proooodoooo best catchphrase ever!
Lysandre invented the holo caster and he was part of team flare, so since he's from team flare, the person who does all the reports on it should be from team flare too. And Malva is the person who is on the holo caster so she I from team flare.
team rocket.. the akatsuki of pokemon.. lol
its the government.. the elite four hires team rocket to create chaos because it distract the citizens from what they are truly doing..
maybe they use team roket to get the rare fossils, the legendary pokemon(s) and other things.. my theory.
But the Akatsui were good. TR just flat out sucks. I mean at least I liked some of the Akatsuki
But Proto..
whats up with the part in kalos where the two girls mention a lava rock pokemon but you cant get itin the game why???????????
RayLedgend it was sarcasm calm down lol
itachimadra Hard to tell, lol. Sorry :)
She has bright red hair like all team flare members 2. she was fine with threatening you and 3. when you play through the looker missions she wants you to come to hotel rishisemme then states that she was a high ranking team flare official but when it was shut down she stopped leaving the pokemon leuge and is doing it full time AKA she was a team flare member but realising she would get canned from the pokemon liege she quit team flare
Louis
In post game of X and Y its clearly shown that Malva was part of Team Flare yet Diantha made her one of the Elite Four cause why not and she gave no fucks
In the x and y update there is a side quest for looker and Malve (srry for bad spelling) states she WAS a member of team flare
If you use examples from Adventures, you can also add that Lance wanted to kill every human on the planet.
If you read the pokemon manga, the Elite Four were the main antagonists of the Yellow Series. In the Ruby and Sapphire Series, however, the elite four of the Hoenn region did attempt to help stop the calamity that was taking place.
Dat the G/S/C Pokémon Trainer Red theme in the background? (Off-topic question)
It's also Champion Lance's theme. I'm just so used to not even bothering to talk about the Elite 4.
seriously, though... how do mega evolutions just apply out of nowhere to certain pokemon..?
Malva in the Looker post game thing states that she WAS part on team Flare
Elite Four Malva had an ironic choice in fashion.
honestly if im not mistaken 3 members both current and previous kanto e4 were at some point known team rocket members koga Lance in the main league and of the committee of gym leaders marks that up to 5 of 12 6 if you count previously associated members
Hey proto, why does the champion still remain the champion even after you beat them the first time?
