Crazy to see the noticeable difference in your body between this training vlog and the previous. My suggestion is try unwind tricks and add variations to them - eg unwind hyperhook
@@dan16587 sometimes it feels like it's not worth it and in all honesty I think pushing it as far as I have/plan to is counterproductive. It's more of a personal goal/challenge for myself, the performance benefits were maxed out a few bf% ago
