When Chris went "oh HELL no" I died. It's amazing that Chris can still fail exercises, it's motivating for me to see that EVERYONE's got a limit, and all we're doing is pushing it.
You two together are fun to watch! First video was fun to see you going outside of your comfort zone. This video is great so far! Hopefully more collaborations in the future!
It's cool to see your first video together with you saying we're definitely going to do more of these. Cut to a year or more later and here you are still collaborating with Magnus.
I won against you for the first time in my life, I have done the the 3 fingers pushup right after i saw you failed it. can't lie it was quite painful afterwards, but the victory over Chris Heria made me forget about that pain. Thanks for the inspiration brother and of course you had a role in that.
Think there might have been an elbow or two in the hips of Magnus planche, but still a great effort for something he was convinced he couldn't do. Always inspiring
Bro, to accomplish each level of these exercises would result in super human strength. Excellent video tutorial from both you and Magnus. Thanks for all of the hard work. ❤👍❤
Ab roller - Level 1 was difficult. Finger pushups - level 1 was easy. Thumb almost fell off trying level 2 X Tricep extension - Level 1 was a struggle Bent arm planche - Level 1 Can't balance myself. I can do about 25 regular pushups but just don't have the strength to lift myself with my hands midway down my body Ring pull up - I have no rings at home but I can't do one chin pull up with my hands that close together, so fail I have a ways to go before i could call myself A ThenX athlete
Chris, I'm dying to see you do the "Bring Sally Up" push up challenge and see how many times you can get through the song! You're an inspiration to millions, thanks for your work man
Bro I was wondering when are y’all gonna do a collab together since the last video y’all said would the first of many collabs… great to see you two together
I'm sure you know this, but to people watching: the "one-armed bent arm planche" isn't technically a one-armed bent arm planche at all. It's called an elbow lever/croc and it's rather a one-armed version of the peacock pose (arms under the body - no shoulder strength required). You're right that it's all about the balance, but it's also a very technical pose where you just have to learn how to position your body so that the balance becomes pretty easy. There are many good videos on it on UA-cam.
i know there are different levels on many exercises but ive been doing calistenics for some time and i can tell you that it takes a lot of time and discipline to do fairly okayish all basic trainings for all body parts but thanks to heria i learned a lot and still trying to push myself even if it feels impossible at least try it
Yeh I can do one arm planche, but I've been practicing ashtanga yoga for 10+ years! Definitely balance flexibility strength and focus required! Took a long time 🙏
I like how the video starts and Magnus is already completely covered in mag dust before anything even happens. I think at this point he sweats chalk. :)
I never did finger pushups, until i had injury in my wrist, so i wasn't able to do pushups like normal but what figured during training was that finger pushups doesn't hurt my wrist, so I accidentally started doing finger pushups, did it for 3 months and i was able to do 100 reps in sets of 15 to 10 in my warms ups.
Its not only about power. I can only do 10 pushups, but one on 2 fingers each and also the balance one one arm. All since the last 25 years. Now I am over 40..
I really think both of y'all could have done a push up using two fingers on both hands, because it isn't as hard as you would think. I know both of them could have done one because I can do one, But I can't come close to doing any of the stuff they can do.
For the 1 arm planch. Us alaskans have Native Youth Olympics where theres something very similar in it we go on one arm and the other arm to reach a ball hanging. Whoever gets the highest wins
Dude I don't think you know how crazy hard the ab wheel roll is. I've got the one arm pullup, front lever, and straddle planche, still can't do the full ab roll.
@@richardlee5412 it wasn’t staged. Climbers have very efficient muscle fibers and very strong tendons. Magnus Mitbo climbed in his whole life and never stopped. The dude just very strong.

“The average person I feel like can still probably do that”. Ain’t no way I’m doing the an roller on my toes
I'm still on a mission to do to 10 reps for 3 sets on my knees 😂
i'm pretty sure i cant do that and i can easily rep 1 arm toes to bar's...
