@Yatinder Singh Hi sir i am just a beginner I struggle in losing weight , I have put on muscle but the fat is still there , I take EAA instead of BCAA and can i take creatine though my body has a lot of fat?
Eaa and bcaa is waste of money instead according to research and u should definitely use creatine, do not get fooled by using bcaa and eaa

For 1 kg chicken - One spoon turmeric, one spoon Sault, one spoon red chilli powder, one to two spoon ginger garlic paste (for more flavour add chicken masala). Mix properly and put in pressure cooker - low flame - wait for 4 whistle and zero pressure inside cooker.

So you are saying that if I don't consume any of these Supplements, I can't build muscle. What about Diet and Progressive Overload ! And you are supporting MyProtein, a Brand which doesn't even give out Amino Acid profiling on their products !
There is a limit for natural growth.
Try having protein at 2gm per kg body weight jus throw diet then you will understand how hard it wi be to consume it only through normal food and 2gm is jus for gaining lean muscle if you want to bulk up you have to take even more...
