    In my honest opinion, the weight gain journey is frustrating with the limited amount of

I am 58 years old doing jogging 20 mins, 100 Jumping Jacks, High Knee Spot Running, Burpees, Mountain Climbers, Abs Exercises( Strictly as demonstrated at your video ) , Planks, Resistance Band Exercises, 75 Push Ups , 100 Squats Yogas for Lower Backs, Pranayam(Every Day) Divided in Schedules over 3 days,.. May I follow this Supplement as prescribed by you ? Just a Yes or No. If No please give alternative. Thank you.

    Namaskar Sir, I am one of your biggest fan and you have been my idol since I joined gym.
    Sir, could you please clarify one thing as I have been doing gym since last 01 year and taking all kind Suppliment as per your advise such as protein, bcaa. Multivitamin, omega 3, ashwagandha etc.. Today my trainer advised me to take medicine (steroids) to bulk my body and advised me that my body alreday bulked according to shape of my body.

    I have started taking :-
    1. Protinex Original = 30gm daily
    2. Becosules performance = 1 capsules daily
    3.Natural Diet that includes ( daal , dahi , salad , fruits ( Banana , Apple , Guava , orange , carrot ) , Milk with soaked Almonds +Dry dates + kismis ) Is this good for me or should I modify or add something else .

    How to avoid muscle spasm and muscle knots. As you grow and carry on the workout regime, eventually you lift more weights and perform more intensely but unfortunately the recovery doesn't boost with age thus you are more prone to muscle aches, stiffness, cramps etc. If you highlight the topic and enlighten us it would be really appreciable..

    I need a suggestion. I do exercise at home with trade mill & dumbbells. I also do skipping everyday for 20-25 mins. I do exercise 2 times daily from last 2 months. Thanks to lockdown. I have lost about 8kgs. I am a vegetarian.
    Can you pls suggest should I take these supplements..?
