I could admit to naive character creation being new to the game lore back when oblivion came out, to be fair the name and look was misleading at the times considering the guards and legion didn't distinguish race specifics everyone usually had a tanned complextion that wasn't suppose to blend with subsaharan hues, I didn't get the sunken continent invader and cultural appropreation memo till some novelty Elder scroll lore lectures like this were found, but hey Skyrim gave clarity and not to mention hearing about redguard adventures lack of choice in terms of character options plus flop, woke noob new generations can have Hammerfell for it's adorably absurd timing and choice of location, didn't learn their lesson with ESO 'WoW' style dissapointment.
