- Finally, the time has come for Dagoth Ur to lists the reason for hating the Mongrel Dogs of the Empire, otherwise known as the Imperials, the people who rule Tamriel, establishing the Tamriel Empire. Uriel Septim, Caius Cosades, General Tullius, Titus Mede and others are the Mongrel Dogs of the Empire.
Dagoth Ur is unhappy with the Imperial region and the Imperials for multiple Reasons.

And also, the Illiac bay was based in the Mediterranean so Bretons are Kinda Italian

I'd say nords are Danish/norse from the invasion of england (norway is atmora), and in the North West its anglo-saxon with the South West being Scottish.
And the bretons are Italian in the border lands with hammerfell while the more separated are French.
Obviously, the Imperials are roman Italian and bits from the roman Empire as a whole.
To be honest, I think the most viking like are orcs.
And morrowind is like Asia.

It doesnt, there is no space, only planes of reality with nirn being finite and the planes of oblivion infinite. The sky is a projection of aetherius and the planets are how the planes of oblivion are perceived from Nirn. There are no stars, those are literal holes produced by the magna-ge when they noped out of there.
