I'm a guy and love your work outs. It's because of the grace you put into your form, it's because of the focus on balance and the smaller muscles which are sometimes missed in mostly male work outs. Even back in the 70's and 80's some pro NFL athletes were doing ballet behind the scenes for the balance and flexibility. I can really see the difference in my athletic performance just like the greats did back in the day. Great work out and thanks for the training.
yes when I was at in college at USC all of the football players were in my ballet class, struggling - hehe. It really does create a beautiful blend of balance, muscle control, and coordination. So I am 52 focused more on stamina, balance, and maybe just a touch of grace. I have to say your workouts especially the ballet is very challenge but greatful you can share your professionalism to the public and UA-cam 😊
Workout 5/5. Music 5/5. This workout is my EVERYTHING. From the gentle slow movements that are sculpting and challenging, to all the muscles large and small that are worked, to the way you teach with grace and softened yet encouraging tone, to the music that empowers me. I'm sure I've left 5 comments that all say the same thing but I just can't help but remind you and hope everyone sees how good this is.

This one was great for me rehabbing from surgery on broken ankle! I broke it about 11 mos ago and am just now able to do this type of exercise!! Loved it!
I just started this and I LOVE IT. I enjoyed dancing, gymnastics and I was a champion baton twirler when I was young. For whatever the reason I find this meditating and relaxing. It doesn't bore me. Ty👍
I was fooled into thinking that this is an easy session 😅 I had to take mini breaks so many times that I felt like I was cheating! But I burned 250 calories in just 30 minutes. That’s how challenging this session is for me. Probably because of my body weight (my BMI says I’m severely obese) and my joints are petty stiff. I understand how important to keep my 46 year-old body healthy and ensure my muscle be agile and flexible enough to stay in motion and avoid injury while doing my daily activities. Sessions such as this is definitely challenging for me but I will try to follow through and hopefully I will see some improvement over time. Thank you Jacquelyn! Do continue to help people like me ❤️

I’m slowly getting back. At almost 60 it’s not easy, but this was perfect. Challenging, but gentle enough for someone who’s starting over. I LOVE your videos! I just have to tell you there is one group of exercisers you forgot to mention. This video is perfect for older women. I am 69. I feel like I’m loosing my strength and flexibility and balance. I’m feeling clumpy. Haha! It’s awesome to feel like I can work toward feeling stronger and more graceful. I’m going to do this gentle video a few more times, it seems to hit all the areas that need hitting. Then will try moving on to some of your more intense workouts. Thank you!!

This felt so lovely- as a former dancer, being in those positions and the plies and moving slowly felt amazing! I'd worried I'd injured my hip so I stepped away for a couple of days- this was the perfect re-entry. So glad to be on this journey with your guidance and support!

Question: is there a reason to hold your weights with your fingers out instead of wrapped around? Note: I do NOT have a ballet background whatsoever. She’s good at reminding you of postures, which I really need. Comments: Loved this! Easy on joints and has a couple unique movements compared to other UA-cam videos I’ve done (not just by her). No sweat (and I easily do), but can definitely feel it.

I loved this video and I am excited for this series this week. Question… Is there a video about knee safety? I’m not sure where my knees should be tracking when I am on my toes (I get with squats they don’t go over the toe), but I didn’t hear safety instruction/mods included in the audio.
