@@Spinach_Dhmis darn, I wish I did but I didn’t think to do that. It mainly just replaced a lot of the extra loose skin with muscle so not much of a difference but things look leaner and tighter!

These workouts are GREAT but I find it confusing when the left side is called the right side and viceversa
My guess is that she's assuming you're mirroring her, so if we mirror her position we'd be starting with our right.
Or it's filmed in selfie mode which just reverses things.. idk
