Agreed, watching a video compared to being in the game are quite different things, glad you liked it :) Hopefully its less buggy now as I think there has been an update or 2.
+VRexperience i watched MatPat from Game Theory play it and i was like "no way it would be as scary as he seemed to react like it was", but your playthrough had higher volume and less talking so i could actually tell what was going on this time. that added to immersion and i can see why the sound cues could cause scares at least, they are loud and sudden x.x
meh looks like a mediocre game with cheap jump scares ... the only thing mate ...that will kinda freak you the most ... did you noticed that your cupboard/wardrobe opened by itself ... and the more you go into the video... it opens evens more
Much of the atmosphere doesn't come across in video unfortunately, after you are absorbed into room scale and spend a bit of time in there it feels so real. I think its the best horror game I have played in a while. The physics let it down more than anything I think :(
It is on my list but I have been trying to focus on more obscure titles that haven't been done to death, happy to do it if it interests people though :)
Just finished playing through this game and you honestly won't understand how scary it is until you try it in vr. It's so terrifying

You can turn the lights on in the church by flipping the light switches. Just saying....
The light switch didn't work, unless that was changed later on.
Should have put your charge HR stats on the the screen

yeah , those physics are awful ... you should try job simulator next ... it changes its game design depending on the room size
