Yes yes yes to all of this. It’s been so sad seeing the devolution of these features from Morrowind to Skyrim, and Fallout 4 suffered the brunt of it. Instead of relying on a system that takes the separate Nif files of a sheathed weapon Bethesda needs to implement a system that ‘creates’ a way for it to take your modded weapon and have it displayed out in the open. DR in FO4 actually does take into account how much damage the enemy is doing, the ratio between the two is what determines the percent reduction. So it is very easy to achieve say 50% damage reduction against a 100 damage attack (100 DR needed) , but very hard to achieve 90% damage reduction vs a 10 damage attack (about 1000 dr needed).
Its really cool I can see the sources for the handmade weapons and even find them as regional homemade weapons. So manual indexing revolvers and a period lever acti9n scope and offset silencer is cool. The double mp4 was actually a real world experimental weapon and both the east and west built on it for a while to increase hit probability.
I'd love a mod that introduces the differentiation between normal weapons and power armor weapons, making it impossible to wield heavy weapons without PA due to the weight, and making it impossible to wield regular weapons like the deliverer, 10mm pistol, combat rifle etc. due to big mechanical hands of PA being unable to fit their grips, unless of course you enlarge them at the weapon workbench. It would really help differentiate playstyles, making you modifyng your loadout depending on if you want to use PA or not. Expanding on this, as more friendly alternative we could also have a mod where you can't acces your inventory while in PA, instead, while in PA, you automatically equip whatever weapon you pick up, and drop it when you holster it, however, if you modify the PA pieces to add weapon hard points you can holster the weapon you carry, adding an hard point to the right leg lets you holster pistol grip weapons, one on the left leg lets you carry one handed melee weapons, and one on the back allows you to holster rifles, two handed melee weapons and heavy guns, and when you exit the PA those weapons remain on the PA, you could also modify the PA inventory at the PA station. Same thing while you're on foot, in older to holster weapins you have to add holsters to your armor pieces at the armor work bench, not only that, in order to carry junk you need a backpack, a pouch for stimpaks, etc. Having the ability to carry tons of stuff while naked by storing it into an alternate dimension, and being able to hold a small pistol in those goant PA mechanical hands ruins the immersion.
Really cool detail on the cranky shotgun I noticed is that the primer is struck on the shells, now looking closer they all look like that but since the most visible shell is the one on the left in your face, and it’s right after the chambered one implying it’s been fired means that all the shells after you fire them look like they’ve actually been struck by a firing pin. Small detail that wasn’t in any way necessary and most people would never notice but I really love that attention to detail.
This is the GOAT of juicehead mod list videos. The only thing that could top this is one is a video listing all the dlc sized mods once they've released.
@@rottenspooks3518 But weapon mods which add NEW weapons are by definition NOT CUT FEATURES. The experimental MP40 is actually really cool, it's actually an Italian weapon. Designed in ww1 for aircraft use, they modified it for infantry use, it saw little success but was used in combat a whole 18 months prior to the MP18
juice you missed out the combat zone remake. where it was turned into a fighting arena where you could fight in it or bet on others. it was removed from the xbox mods for some reason but it's still something worth mentioning
One thing i wish I discovered that there was mechanics to show your actuall outfit you're wearing being in your PA. As many cool mechanics it was abandoned by Bethesda and not implemented, except for the vault suit.
I love the classic holster weapon system F4NV team did. Doesn’t need a plugin or any linking and such in game for them to appear. Best of all it works with modded weapons with ease.

Nobody ever realizes that if you want to have quick access to a rifle, you can place it on your hip and draw it like a sword, the barrel points behind you towards the ground, and the stock points towards the sky.
Fallout 4 doesn't have damage resistance, it has a hybrid of damage resistance and damage threshold. Say damage is 10 and armour is 10, damage you will do is 5 but if armour is 20 and damage is 10 you will do 2.5. Likewise, if your damage is 20 and armour is 10 you will do 15 damage.

I feel like anytime anyone says “it just works” I imagine we’re mocking Todd for his cursed quotes
“A tactical MP40” *Cries in horrors against history*
"15 Features Bethesda Removed From Fallout 4" shows weapon mods....
Ah yes, weapons aren't features of the game
@@himedo1512 show me a source for G3s, mg42s, and ww1 Italian double barrel machine guns being cut content from fallout 4.
@@himedo1512 if they don't change the way you approach the game - no they are not.
@@KoylTrane every weapon changes how you play the game. The fact that there are weapons is a feature, more weapons expands the feature
@@rottenspooks3518 But weapon mods which add NEW weapons are by definition NOT CUT FEATURES.
A cut feature is something more like a missing game mechanic (weapon holstering) or the missing sidequest that takes place in the cut basement floor of the Museum of Freedom that you can do while or after you are saving Preston.
2:37 ahaha he said it. HE SAID IT!
I want to see a holster mod that actually shows a holster, and an animation that shows you shouldering rifles
6:30 "which i think look much better"
Literally just puts a magazine in the gun and skipa the charging handle animation.
"There's some content that was just a part or a fundamental
feature in past Fallouts that were passed up on when it came to Fallout 4."
You mean like a good story with good RPG mechanics?
Broo I was looking for a cowboy repeater and damage threshold mod like a month ago and was sad but this is the best news.
Does anyone else feel like you should be able to remove the big dirt/leaf mounds in some settlements without needing a mod?
I really appreciate that you just brought in a few other mods that don’t exactly fit in but you think need more coverage, I appreciate videos that don’t need to adhere to an agenda all the time
The experimental MP40 is actually really cool, it's actually an Italian weapon. Designed in ww1 for aircraft use, they modified it for infantry use, it saw little success but was used in combat a whole 18 months prior to the MP18
When they removed weapons appear on your hip or back, i was disappointed. I loved seeing my rifles on my back and 3 and NV,
14:24 That's a villar perosa aircraft gun. It was also present in battlefield 1 :D
juice you missed out the combat zone remake. where it was turned into a fighting arena where you could fight in it or bet on others. it was removed from the xbox mods for some reason but it's still something worth mentioning
One thing i wish
I discovered that there was mechanics to show your actuall outfit you're wearing being in your PA. As many cool mechanics it was abandoned by Bethesda and not implemented, except for the vault suit.
I love the classic holster weapon system F4NV team did. Doesn’t need a plugin or any linking and such in game for them to appear. Best of all it works with modded weapons with ease.
Fun fact those two " mp 40s" stuck together is actually an italian smg called the pilla verosa
1)Villar Perosa
2)It is NOT. BF1 version isn't Villar Perosa, it's a prop gun made for movie Sicilian from two turned over MP40's and MG-42 handle. Villar Perosa looks differently. Sticking together two random SMGs with magazine sticking at the top doesn't make it Villar Perosa.

Fake - www.imfdb.org/images/1/1a/Fake_Villar_Perosa_from_The_Sicilian.jpg
Fun fact, the twin mp40 you mentioned isn't actually an mp40, its a gun developed in 1915 by the royal Italian army, named the villar perosa. Originally a plane tail gun or for anti infantry defence, it was later made a practical infantry weapon.
The double barrel MP40 is the villar perosa from battlefield 1, it was usually mounted on fighter planes
great video, game clips go really well with what your saying at the time and it's well spoken. Hot diggitty looks like exactly what I need to enjoy another play through. Thank you.
Minor gripe with the 10mm SMG: it clearly has an under folding stock but the modification for a stock adds in a stock that vaguely resembles an AR stock
You’re very good at pointing out how GROSSLY lazy Bethesda was with this game.
The MP40 was definitely not in the "OG Fallout" (FOT is not OG Fallout). Also, that's not "two MP40s stuck together", it's a Villar. I am the MP40 Police, and I have spoken
The double barreled MP40 seems like something straight out of Wolfenstein.
Okay, knock it off Todd "It Just Works" Howard
what depth of field mod do you use?
Love this channel gonna add a bunch of these mods for a playthrough
9:04 Raider: You gotta reload sometime! Not when I can cancel reloads boy
But. Juicehead this is just a weapon mod showcase..Now they’re pretty cool but I was looking for some stuff that Beth scrapped in the concept art and that modders restored.
That's juicehead for you. Fallout 4 mod showcases are 99% showcases of weapons, that are too advanced and tacticool to not even fit in the game...
Mirra I’m so, so sorry for not being able to reply. Yt notifications don’t work. Good point tho
14:23 those were usually mounted on aircraft back in ww1, i think it resembles the vilar perosa smg. Its not an experimental mp40.
The gun is present in Battlefield 1
The "Double MP40" is a Villar Pirosa. A WW1 Italian Weapon, used by the Italian Shocktroopers
Most of these weren't removed from Fallout 4, they're just past weapons and features.
My laptop thanks you whenever you take a break from F4 mods but it breaks my heart but now another amazing mod video from you later and my laptop and game are struggling to run again, good job 👍
Seeing you bastardize that beautiful MP40 sent chills up my prostate
It came bastardased already.
The handmade shotgun just looks like it was “copied” from the metro series.
14:03 As a German, I would just like to add that when I saw the "tactical MP40" something died inside me ... What's next a tactical K98 or a MG42 ... Come on you guys 😂😂😂
hmm doesn't Germany still use heavily modernized Kar 98's, I swear I've seen picture of modern variants so it might be possible for a Tactical Kar 98...

@@maki49574 Was like wait this is Fo4 not WT hah hah yep probably gonna get that in this Operation Suffer event lol.
Can you post all mods you are using? Some of the weapon ones are really cool.
I like how most fallout UA-camrs pretend 76 doesn’t exist
It's not 2 MP40's strapped togethet it's a WW1 weapon which was essentially a gun ripped off a plane called the villar perosa
I was really surprised that Cranky and Crude Blowback guns were cut contents. I only use them as they are part of Raider Overhaul mod. Design wise they are perfect so I only can wonder why Todd cut it.
Cuz hes a water brain that enjoys watching his company crumble to ash
"Boring, Double Barrel Shotgun" *The DOOM SLAYER wants to know your location*
I was wondering if there were mods that fix locations like making the Combat Zone an actual arena were you can fight people for caps like it was supposed to be
The modding community should make a mod where when you eat food it actually shows it the time you picked to eat and you eating it as well as when you get Vodkia it should show the player taking off the cap and drinking it
This video doesn't even actually cover removed features from the game. It just covers features in the previous games implemented into this game.
One of my favorites to use is the Institute Power Armor.
3:12 was that pun intended ??
I love your vids. Always something new. Quick questions, what are your gaming PC specs, your game looks and runs amazing.
Btw the two gun thing was an Italian ww1 smg called the Villar Perosa
Damage Threshold. Gotta remember that.
They need to bring the holster feature back to FO76 -_-
I actually like the 76 10mm SMG. I just wish it had sight options. I despise its ironsights.
Classic weapons holster don’t work anymore
Great vid love the fallout 4 content
Love how people are still playing fallout 4 instead of fallout 76
Its because fo4 is far better then 76. Or people just hate the online part
ValorJ Omega crackassp
Hey juice, Check out the mod Sanguinaire, It's a vampire mod but more Vampire: the masquerade and less dawnguard.
I love that mod, using it for my current playthrough. I like the updated humanity system the author just recently implemented.
2:07 that raider has something worth raiding
Cant wait for all of these to come to PS4.
Haha sorry couldnt keep a straight face.
You can use controllers on pc too. Funny how a pc can do EVERYTHING a console can and lots more. You bought the wrong thing.
@@frankvandendool882 I have both pc and ps4... There is some advantages to have ALSO a console
What mod adds the holster at !2:15? Or did you mention it and I missed it?
The biggest thing that Bethesda cut out from Fallout 4 was an actual functioning game.
The holster mod is so fuckin good, I've been using it and it is completely bug free and I've had no issues.
Is the holster at 12:16 just a visual mod or does that work with the holstered weapons mod? Looks really neat
That isn’t two MP40s stuck together it’s actually a villar perosa which was an Italian smg used on planes during the war...
It is NOT. For fucks sake, if you know the gun only from BF1 you should at least have heard the shitstorm around it. BF1 version isn't Villar Perosa, it's a prop gun made for movie Sicilian from two turned over MP40's and MG-42 handle. Villar Perosa looks differently. Sticking together two random SMGs with magazine sticking at the top doesn't make it Villar Perosa.
And here is source, since you fuckers would try to argue anyway:

The mod author for Hot Diggity is an awesome guy. I spliced his mod and Be Exception together so that I have all the perks from both, without duplicates, working great. There was a popup that his mod adds though that I wanted to get rid off, but it was hardcoded in the script. He wrote a quick edit to the code and gave it to me so that the popup no longer appears.
Any chance you could upload that splice/patch to Nexus?
Nobody ever realizes that if you want to have quick access to a rifle, you can place it on your hip and draw it like a sword, the barrel points behind you towards the ground, and the stock points towards the sky.
Cowboy Repeater can also be found in the museum in Fallout 3.
The handmade shotgun is pretty similar looking with the shotgun from metro series
