This guy is leaving out a huge help with removing certain foods. The supplement he said was a stretch stopped my knee pain...I had to find it on my own.

Could smoking be an instigating cause of finger pain? I quit smoking and my finger pain has lessened. It is still there and I am trying to identify it and see if there is something that I can do to lessen it further.

Take 500 milligrams (mg) Vitamin D? Vit. D supplements are expressed in micrograms (mcg)! 500 mg Vit. D is 20,000,000 IU - way more than you'd take in a single dose! I imagine he meant 500 mcg, which would be 20,000 IU - that's still a pretty high amount to take as a dose (I take 5,000 IU/day). Sadly, most doctors get very little education in nutrition, and he did admit that he wasn't a nutrition expert!
Yes, I was once prescribed Vitamin D and then had heart issues as I had too much D in my system to start with. Be careful with Vit D if you have or don't want heart issues.
My tendons of my right hand are very swollen and the pain is excruciating. I have a brain tumor on my left side of the brain. Can this be causing my tendons to swell in my hand?
I am watching your video right now and I have both my hands turn red all the fingertips are red and sting and are sore and this is going up my arm into my elbow and shoulder and it's getting worse by day I'm in Ontario Canada I don't know what I have I go to the hospital they send me home with a pill I'm taking pregabalin and increase dosage and it's not helping either I need some more advice I sit in bed with an ice pack on both hands that's the only relief until I go to bed and I'm taking Lorazepam for sleep
I mean I'm 27 and I literally get a minor dull pain on my hand near my knuckle I mean should be worried cuz it's not major but I notice little things I probably gotta start drinking more water
I mean I'm 17 & I'm literally getting a dull pain on my finger's "muscle" I mean should I be worried cuz it's not thaaaaat major but I noticed little things like it's turning deep red & idk if drinking would help... I think my fingers are gonna get paralyzed soon huffff annoying.. .
He blew alot of L and I claims out of the water......typing and other blue collar jobs with repetitive hand motions are just as damaging as jackhammering and construction jobs. Alot of good info on managing pain and such, alot of medical terms that non health care people may find intimidating....just remember, ironically not all doctors are good with people.
Wow how uninformed this doctor is. It’s crazy he thinks with arthritis you can eat whatever you want. There are anti inflammatory foods that for sure affect. He talks about drinking a can of soda and just holding it right.

Cut out all inflammatory oils in your diet. Eliminated soy, canola, vegetable oil.
