    Thats Great!! Very effective for sure! Because its very similar like were using for bellydancing! Stretching fingers and arms before using finger cymbals.

    I can’t do the last stretch due pain but the first two were doable and quite helpful. I have an autoimmune arthritis. My knuckle pain has increased 40% in the last year. I will keep doing the first two stretches whenever I’m hurting. Thanks!

    Thank you Doctor, I have swelling and soreness in my middle finger in the middle joint. I just followed your video and it reduced the pain greatly. I can’t believe the improvement and just doing the stretches you just showed and I will continue to do so.
    Thank you for this very valuable and helpful information.
    I was getting ready to make an appointment with my doctor to see what to do but I’m not going to do that right now. I’m going to continue stretching each day. Maybe it will go away completely I am hopeful.

      Is this something g that could cure osteoarthritis if that is even what is causing the pain? I haven’t had it diagnosed as yet.

    I love the atlas exercise now I’m doing this hand exercise I would like more on the thumb on my Hair Designer and my son gives me some problems Plus I get a lump right below my thumb on my wrist when I do excessive work or lifting

    Thanks again, this really helped a lot the first time I tried it this morning. I only have a problem with my right middle finger in the middle joint. It has gotten worse until this morning when I followed the stretching.
    My question is, how often do you recommend doing this stretching routine? And does the stretching work as a cure from the Osteoarthritis that I think I have? Again, only my right middle finger is the only finger!

    My hands are profoundly arthritic. Tried this exercise. Almost fainted with pain. Thanks but no thanks.

    I have 1 joint that has bothered me. Did this minimally in bed! It worked!!!! 😳

      It's taken me 4 months of GRADUAL exercise manipulation to achieve this exercise, broken index finger on dominant hand with neck and back injuries ANY EXERCISE MOVEMENT you can accomplish is a WIN... any movement albeit gradual will prevent immobility... your fingers are the most sensitive part of your body. I've had 2 spinal fusions and felt less pain.
