    Thanks for the video. For a red light therapy device that has the guidelines of 125mw/cm2 @30cm about 6 inches away, do you think a 5 minute session directed at the sternum about 2 hours prior to bed would be sufficient?

      Hi Jeffrey,
      Yes, a device with that output will deliver 7.5 joules/cm2 per minute, meaning 37.5 joules/cm2 in 5 minutes. The study used a dose of 30 joules/cm2 so you'll be hitting that target in that time. You could even go 4 minutes front and 4 minutes back of body for best results.
